The severity of my depression was so horrible that besides seeing my psychologist and psychiatrist, I required Valium to help my anxiety, and moths of actively attending suicide groups at Northwestern because I felt defeated. I chose Prone Solutions because 1) they are local, 2) the rates were competitive, and 3) I received hands-on instructions. They did the job right, now I need more stuff. So we will go the extra mile to use them for their Quality of service and Quality of product. Good first word in the name to have when you really have Quality services and products. A word of caution, the rehab guy can be a bit weird at times, and does not get things done very quickly but he does get them done and he gets them done right, sometimes takes a phone call to get gears rolling again. But in my case it was one phone call to check status and boom a few weeks later I have them knocking on the door with my powerchair.
