A week later they are sending me invoices for the same amount my insurer says they paid. When I was prescribed the C-pap machine it took them over a year to get me one! They drop calls when you call about a bill, but the system works fine when they want you to place an order! the lady that calls to take your order can't tell you about billing and she can't forward you to someone that can. They make it so difficult I think I may just give up using the C-pap! dealing with the phones at Prism are worse than dealing with a hose wrapped around your head , with a leaky mask blowing in your eyes!

Prone has no company name or sign on the address unit, kind of weird set up. After experiencing Prone solutions, I found other reputable companies with nice clean products and big showrooms showing the products. I eventually purchased brand new products for less than what Prone would've charged for the length on my recovery time using their smelly heavily used product and frustrating service.

They did the job right, now I need more stuff. So we will go the extra mile to use them for their Quality of service and Quality of product. A word of caution, the rehab guy can be a bit weird at times, and does not get things done very quickly but he does get them done and he gets them done right, sometimes takes a phone call to get gears rolling again.
