Very pleased with this company. Backstory: I was having trouble finding a company to clean the carpets because I am on the 3rd floor. Even Sears had told me no unless I paid extra for the portable (no thank you). It was recommended that I call Cricket Carpet, and there was absolutely no issue. Craig was very nice, and called about an hour before he planned to arrive. So much better than sitting around and waiting, and waiting, and waiting like some other service companies make you do. Our apartment gave us a free carpet cleaning for renewing our lease, and it was through Cricket. Setting up an appointment was easy. I called and we agreed on 9 am that morning. He let me know that it would be anywhere between 9-12. On the day of, I hadn't heard anything and it was already 8:45. I called and asked if I had time to grab breakfast before then. He said he could come in an hour. An hour passed and still no call. Unlike previous reviewers, he did not call and give me any sort of notice on when he would arrive. When I called again thirty minutes after the agreed upon hour he told me he was pulling up. When I opened the door to let him in he walked right in without saying anything and went back out to get his supplies. It took him five minutes to clean the carpet and he left without saying much other than "you're good to go" and "the tile floors will be slippery". I'm glad this was covered by the apartment. If I am ever in the need of paid carpet cleaning in the future, I will not use this company. read more

Cricket was great! I am in a third floor apartment and other companies all turned me down without even asking. Cricket came prepared with a long hose and nothing but a can-do/will-do attitude. Not only that, but for a GREAT price my pet-stained, stinky old carpeting looks and smells as good as it did when I moved in. They fit me in the day after I called and were in and out in less than 45 minutes. They even handled my friendly but insane dog with a pat and a smile. On July 26, 2018, Craig Morgan was unprofessional and rude. Then again, I cannot get a straight answer of the person that came to my home in Casa Grande. He told me he did not care where he parked his truck as he made a big deal about me needing to move my car. Then he stomped off. Not knowing he owns his company, I called to complain. He claimed he wasn't the person that had come to my door and proceeded to tell me I lied after I explained what happened because he was actually that guy. I instantly blamed myself thinking I inadvertently said something wrong, but my 2 friends said he may have been on drugs bc he seemed antsy. He was rude to the friend that answered the door. I was reminded by the friend that he frustrated me with his attitude and no professional person should treat their client like he did me. His # is 602-904-9090. Cricket driver showed up at apartment complex where I live. I informed him he was parked in a handicapped only parking spot. He refused to move out of the spot stating "I'll only be here about twenty minutes,and I can't find anywhere else to park. I then called the office and received the same excuse. In fact it was the same word for word excuse that I think I was speaking to the same guy via Bluetooth.I would not use any company that thinks it is OK to take a parking spot reserved for handicapped persons! read more

Was very disappointed in the charges for the job. I thought we had agreed on a price for both the tile and carpet and when I got the bill it was twice as much as I thought we had agreed. When the tech called the owner, he started arguing with me telling me I was at fault. I finally ended the conversation and just told him I was not going to argue with him.
