The concern for our indoor pets was a top priority which calmed use down. Their setup was impressive and their experience showed. Max did a great job explaining process of cleaning, matching grout color and sealing and Anthony (his color expert) did a great job as well. Our whole house only took a few hours (including walk-in shower). Max was very personable and made me feel like family or friend. When available he included my wife in conversation and decision making. That is one of my pet peeves when someone excludes my wife and ignores her. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend Max of "Max Clean"

We've had it for 2 years or so and thought it was finally time to get it cleaned and Jordan did not disappoint! He quoted us $125 for the complete mattress cleaning and he offers a stain sealant/ resistant for an additional $100 that we opted out of just cause we bought a mattress protector yesterday. As he was heading out I asked him how much he would charge to clean our area rug in the living room and he said $30 if they already have their hoses and everything out. We asked him if he could knock it out real quick and without hesitation he said yes. And I'm glad we did it, the rug looks new again! He said he also does upholstery cleaning from couches, to chairs, and anything in between! I would 100% recommend Jordan and his crew! He is friendly, on time, has great customer service and results!! We will definitely be having Jordan back in the future for any of our deep cleaning needs!!

Several issues happened -he hides behind a phone instead of handling professionally and in person. ISSUES: 1. 35+ more stopped counting ---grout places broken- I had to pay to get it fixed. 2. Machine used throws way too much water it's been 2 days and my Saltillo tile is still wet. He wanted to seal in that condition - it would have made situation really bad 3. Cleaning - didn't clean well- they quickly came in and started spraying without cleaning- I told them to vacuum it up and they used a broom- even though I told them that doesn't work. I even pointed out so many times after they claimed the job was done - they never fully clean see the videos. 4. Lack of customer service - never showed up in person to resolve or meet third parties. 5. Remove stains- he promised he could remove them later said he never said that and made the stains worse in major walking areas. He used the wrong technique and chemicals 6. Additional cracks made in the front of the house that we didn't even talk about as the list was too long and I picked up quickly he wasn't going to solve the problem but cause blame 7. He cracked several lime stone in the back yard ............. I brought in multiple third party opinions for the tile and he never showed up. He blames everything on me and threaten me to not post negative reviews. He was so desperate for the $$ vs best interest of the customer and his company. He should have never token the job. If you have expensive tile stay away!! I have videos and voice memos, texts, Facebook messenger copies and recorded conversations so he can reply negatively but the facts and the evidence and third party opinions will speak for the themselves. I brought a company that specializes in Saltillio tile: they had to clean it all over again and they did it right using the right technique and chemicals and fixed the stains and their experience brought solutions vs complaining and blame. My tile now looks amazing with this new company.
