The process of getting someone into my home to get work done was a pain. I was told the wrong day and the communication was very poor and the plumbing manager seemed very unapologetic for the fact that I took time out of my day to wait for the plumber when I was not given the correct day. The actual work was efficient and I would recommend that. I don't know if it was worth the hassle and the week and a half it took to get them to my house. read more

Initially, I was frankly - blown away at the service and attention to detail of Crew 2! We had a historic (30+ inches) snowstorm in Central WI on the day the project was to start, and even though they were traveling from MN, they were there as expected the following day after the storm. They worked 10-12 hour days to catch up and still worked all day Saturday to finish it without complaint. HOWEVER (there's always a "but")... I was very disappointed that after a week, I found a cracked tile which was covered up intentionally by the crew. I am very disappointed that this wasn't discussed with me because where the crack is, might have been something I was okay with considering the location, but the fact they covered it up, essentially lying to me, I find more disturbing than the cracked tile itself. I thought I had a better rapport with the team after they were at my house every single day for a week straight. read more

Good work. No skimping on anything. All tac strips needed replacing (which is a lot of work) due to water damage. Carpet looks great! The only complaint is that some glue dripped on my wood floor when they hauled out the trash. It was not noticed until after they left so I had to remove it using lacquer thinner because it had dried. I hope it didn't damage the finish on my floor. So far it doesn't appear to have. read more

We had a full basement flooring replacement done -- old carpet, padding, and baseboards removed, 39 boxes of new LVP installed along with new baseboards. We also left a few heavy items of furniture, a fridge, and a treadmill to be moved during the installation. I was expecting a whole crew of men to show up, but just one man came. But he was enough! He singlehandedly did ALL the work of moving furniture, removing baseboards and carpet, and installed all 37 (2 leftover) boxes of LVP in a SINGLE DAY! On the second day, he quickly cut and installed all the new baseboards in a couple hours. I was blown away. He was quick, quiet, courteous and cleaned up everything afterwards. New floor looks great! FANTASTIC! Will use Crew2 again for my flooring installs! read more
