Unfortunately, neither are available for purchase. This is a small local pharmacy serving the Clinton Hill, Brooklyn vicinity. Crest is the ultimate "mom and pop" establishment. The entire staff know your name, ask about kids, are kind, emphathic, never judgmental. They go above and beyond to help get your prescriptions asap and do their best to accommodate in those times of panic when you realize you are running out of meds right when you have last minute travel. I've lived in nyc for 20 years but grew up in a small Ohio town. We didn't lock the doors, worry about strangers and everyone knew everyone. Our bank teller, Cathy would laugh, "oh your dad forgot his card again" and give it to me to take home. Can you imagine? Crest is the first place I've ever felt that kind of trust and kindness. I never thought I could love a pharmacy but here we are. I actually feel taken care of by this business. The folks at Crest Pharmacy are incredible, kind, caring, and great at their jobs. They've been my pharmacy for over 4 years. There's never a wait and they will actually call you when your prescriptions are ready if they know it's urgent. Prescriptions are always filled within an hour of them being sent in. They ALWAYS pick up the phone within 2 rings and it's a real person on the other end who is kind, caring, and actually wants to help you. You can talk to the pharmacist within 5 minutes and they already know who you are. They know their patients by name. They're super transparent with pricing and insurance. One time they were out of one of my prescriptions (due to a national shortage) and they called me within 5 mins of receiving the script to explain the situation, and what alternatives they had to the medication so I could quickly plan with my doctor for alternatives. In the same situation CVS lied to me and said they "might get more next week" and told me to wait. Crest was up front with me, explained the realities of the national shortage and that they really can't predict when they might get more (and neither can CVS) and helped me come up with a real plan that wasn't "wait and see" because they actually care about their patients. One time the price of one of my prescriptions went up and they called me ahead of time to tell me so I could ask for an alternative from my doctor if I wanted. This is the kind of community business you hope is in your neighborhood. They take pride in caring for the people in their community and value their relationships. It's so uncommon to actually feel taken care of by a business and that's how Crest Pharmacy makes me feel. They treat you as a human and not as a number. Even when I moved to upstate New York they have continued to provide excellent care and services. Very annoying to come to a business that clearly says they are open but when I arrive they are closed over an hour before closing time. If you aren't going to be open CHANGE THE HOURS ONLINE. Change the hours via google , yelp and all the platforms you use because how else would we know not to show up. I have been coming here for years and honestly it's not as good as it used to be. So slack like they really don't care, you can barely get a delivery there always something wrong as to why you can't receive a delivery. The delivery service is no longer as convenient as it used to be. They don't even call you if the prescription you are prescribed isn't cover by insurance as a pharmacy isn't that part of the process we needs whatever the doctor order the least you can do is call n let us know we need to make arrangements to get something else that will suffice the prescription order. I went from telling everyone how convenient and reliable Crest Pharmacy is, to being happy that a new pharmacy recently opened up a block away from my home. read more

First let me say I have used Crest Pharmacy for over 15 years. I used them when they were on Flatbush Ave and it was a convenience mainly because of the relationship they have with my Dr. Recently though their services or lack of has fallen off severely. The pharmacy technician is rude and I don't recommend anyone needing pharmaceutical services to use them. I rarely go out of my way to leave negative reviews but after my recent experience I feel obligated to inform existing or future customers about this fraud of a business. I have had multiple prescriptions filled at this pharmacy given its conveniently close and the few times I've encountered issues was when the business owner (primary pharmacist) would refill my prescriptions. Just recently this pharmacist tried charging me double the price for my prescription even though it is usually half the cost (not just at this pharmacy but all others) - after much arguing he tried justifying it by saying it was costing him more because the manufacturing company was charging him more for the medication. Unfortunately he did not get my business nor will get my business in the future and I would advise all customers to be smart and double check with your insurance so that you're paying the correct out of pocket amount. AVOID at all costs. I had a serious a kidney infection that turned septic and have had a fever of 103, was in so much pain, could barely walk or stand and they *promised* they'd deliver my antibiotics before 3 so I went home to rest. At 3:30 the antibiotics had still not arrived so I called to ask when they'd be there and they said they couldn't give me an estimate. My condition was rapidly getting worse, so I had to pay for 2 Lyfts to go pick it up. Then, I get there and only half of the prescription has been filled. They promised the rest of my prescription would be delivered to me the next day. It never arrived. I called the next morning to ask where it was and they said it'd be there before 1. When I called at 5pm to follow up because it still wasn't there, they insisted their delivery person had called me and rang my buzzer but I had been home all morning and received no call and neither I or my roommate heard the buzzer. This has been such a nightmare trying to get a medication that I needed ASAP or my condition could have become life threatening, all while feeling like death, like this is not a joke and this pharmacy did not caaaarreeeeeee! Then when they FINALLY deliver it after 6pm the day after it was supposed to arrive, this dude actually has the nerve to make my sick decrepit ass walk down 3 flights of stairs to pick it up because he "can't leave his car" ok buddy me and my next level migraine and PAIN INFLAMED BACK will just hobble right on down to ya! Also they charged me twice for the second medication that they were 3 days late filling. BOY.BYE. read more

They are informed about the medications they prepare, and they make sure to let their customers know if there are particular cares or concerns about a prescription. They make the extra effort of contacting the prescribing physician if there is a question or if a prescription re-write is necessary. They provide rapid service, and they are welcoming and pleasant. Terrible customer service! Went with intentions to return an item I purchased two days prior, receipt present and I was declined. I told them I had no use for the product because I was allergic to the ingredients and asked if I could at least be issued store credit the clerk and manager both said no. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to and of course, to their convenience, there was not. With no information about their return policy on the receipt and certainly no signage describing their return policy in the store, I thought it would at least be fair to issue store credit, but nope! Keep the product that you are allergic to is basically what I got. I asked the manager if he really wanted to lose a customer over $16.00 and he responded with, "We can not lose the money." So there you have it, that's what they think of our service. I won't be shopping or filling prescriptions here ever again! read more
