They wanted to get the car for me, I refused and got the car out myself, though it was an extremely tight space - I'm a small woman and almost had to climb in through the window. Their spot on Global Airport Parking says 5 stars. Absolute lie. It's the cheapest one for a reason. Not worth the savings. We won't use them again.

Unfortunately, I experienced the worst service by the first class steward today on 09/23/26 (Flight AS 410). As I entered the plane's cabin, there was no welcome or greeting. I was told, not asked, to put my hand-carry and purse in the storage above my seat. It was very small and I had difficulty placing the bags in the bin. No assistance was offered by the steward. It was obvious I was struggling with the bags. Without going into too much detail, it was also clear that I had a handicap at this time. I was told, again, not asked, to make sure I could not have anything with me. And to take a seat. I felt extremely uncomfortable and rushed. The female steward was outright rude and condescending towards me. To make matters worse, the first class seat appeared not to recline more than 2 inches and the treatment and service I received during the flight was not representative of any ticket price, first or coach. In order to watch a movie, I had to use my cellphone and earbuds. No screen or iPad was provided here. Not much service of any kind was provided here in first class. I have received and experienced far greater service with other airlines in coach and comfort seats. The restroom is narrow and small as well. During the entire flight, it appeared that the flight steward had an issue with me and my flight companion. My worst experience so far on an airlines. Shame on you Alaska Airlines, please do better.

Their drivers were professional and their vehicles were spotless, they even had little waters for us. Our tour group of almost 50 used them for motor coach service and we liked them so much we even booked a private day tour out to Mt. Rainier. My mother-in-law, has mobility issues, so the driver would pull as close as possible and even arranged wheelchair service for her when we arrived at Crystal Mountain! They had full knowledge of all the local Seattle neighborhoods, history and the flora and fauna. It was super interesting and the driver was friendly and so nice. One of the best parts was knowing that Quality Town Car can arrange our ground transportation around the world through their affiliate program. One phone call, email or website visit sets you up in style. Plus, it turns out it is a female veteran owned business! We had such an overall fantastic experience with QTC that we wanted to share it with our online friends and community.

Plenty of space, especially at peak times when passengers are getting off of flights. Signage is aplenty. My biggest gripe with this is the frequency of trains. I was looking to connect to the in-flight WiFi and use my laptop to get some work done throughout the flight. I lowered the tray table and sat my laptop there, but had absolutely no room to move, and I had to apologize to the passenger on my right (I was in an end seat) as I brushed him with my elbow a few times when trying to reach certain keys. Also, each time the person in the seat in front of me would lean back, the screen of my laptop would get crunched between the tray table and the upper part of the seat. Luckily the WiFi was adequately fast and I was able to get a lot of work done during that 5 hours in the air, but I did so while feeling really restricted. I realize carriers have been moving seat rows closer together so they can fit more in and thus make more revenue, but this Delta flight was ridiculous. Had I been taller or had a wider arm span, I'd have really struggled.

Even with the seat assignments, charging for the 2nd bag and having to check in for boarding groups can seem more cumbersome and inefficient; the one thing that STILL stands out to me is the Gold Standard of customer service that has NOT changed! From curb check-in, Ticket counter and Gate agents, everyone still greets me with a smile, and goes above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. I especially would like to point out a recent experience I had at the Seattle Ticket Counter with agent: Vise - She was so gracious, and worked to reroute us even though our booked flights were over 10 hours away still, and put us in seats together through both legs of our trip and got us home a half day earlier than planned. This has helped me realize that great customer service still exists and that is why I still Fly SWA! :)

It can take a few trains to get there, depending on where you are. You still have the ability to get some snack, use the restroom and such, but make sure you have what you need before getting on all the way to the terminal, because it takes a little longer to get there. It's a little ratty and seems a bit run down. Mostly standing room, like most terminals anymore, unfortunately.

Lines 1 & 2 both leave from this station. He said the information on Google was inaccurate and there is only a monorail to the Space Needle from Westlake Station - NOT TRUE!! He then tried to get us to go in the taxi the rest of the way to the airport rather than the light rail. They are taking advantage of people from out of town.
