She had been well treated, and we are very thankful that they found her and gave her a good safe place until we could come get her. My son said that she was so excited to see him. I waited through a list of 8 people and when I got to the top i was randomly dropped to number 5 again. I waited again. the third time i was at the top, I went to the adoption center they said my name was nowhere on the list at all. it went on and on! I was there for 2 hours of this. I know that you are underfunded but really--why is this so bizarrely inept and broken? Just make a PAPER LIST and call us, like a restaurant hostess would do. We didn't adopt, but we will from a good organization. And the place we adopt from will also receive our donation money.

They were open and told us to come in, no problem, no appointment needed. Megan was absolutely a pro and so empathetic. She was so sweet and answered all of our questions regarding this unique process. We left our girl in her care and we got her back less than two weeks later without complications. The process is not too expensive and seriously, for what you get and the care your loved one receives, the cost is not bad. I also love that they put up an ofrenda the entire month of October and highlight all the good girls and boys who passed that year. Seriously touching.
