We have video monitors in our home and we watch their visits sometimes. They talk to the cats and brush them and generally treat our pets as we would treat them ourselves. We usually pay them in advance using Zelle although they have other payment arrangements. They refill the water fountain and the automatic cat feeder and cleaned the litter box before we bought a Litter Robot. They are familiar with this machine and know how to change the catch bag in the tray. One of our cats requires a medication and they take care of that as well. We used to live less than 1/4 mile from their home but in April 2023, we moved to Des Moines, WA. That was still within their coverage area so they continue to help us. Very satisfied.

I had no call to advise this was happening or email to let me know. I do not really think this is the best way to do business even with someone who only used your service once. I clearly indicated that we have a diabetic cat who needs 2 insulin injections per day. I proposed we have the consult the following day, 8/17 at 6pm. You then requested 4pm instead. You then wrote back again and requested 1pm. I wrote back, "Yes, we could do 1pm tomorrow. Earlier would be even better so just let me know what works." I sent you an email, text and left a voicemail for you on the morning of the 17th and did not receive a reply to either. I took the following afternoon off and waited and you didn't show. I then received a text from you after the time of our consult informing me that you didn't receive any of the many messages I left for you. In your text, you also informed me that you were unable to give injections even though this was the primary reason I contacted you. If you're going to run a business where you do the incredibly important and sensitive work of caring for people's pets in their absence, you really need to do better than this or you aren't going to make it. You're going to get labeled as unreliable and incompetent and not someone people are going to trust with their pets. Also, I was very clear about our need for one cat to get insulin injections. You really need to know what services you offer before stringing people along for nothing as you've done with me. As it was, you left me with a lot of last minute scrambling, trying to find a substitute sitter on short notice. No-shows are the worst.

I like that all of their staff walk the dogs in the same manner with the same type of leash; my dog even picked up some better leash manners with them. The overnights are pricier than Rover, but worth it knowing they are so reliable. They schedule the same staff whenever possible. On their app you can leave little quirks about your dog. For example my German Shepherd likes to be chased in circles around the kitchen island, so I usually get a pic of him running away around the kitchen. I was really nervous to leave my big dog with leash aggression but he seems to have more fun when I'm gone than if I never left! Even had one time when my return flight was delayed and they were able to find a last min early morning walker (for a fee which was totally fair). I can't recommend Frolic enough and I am so happy my Rover sitter started working there! :-)

I sent multiple emails and even Facebook messages. Still no one had reached out to me. I finally decided to comment on their daily posts on Facebook saying that I had been trying to reach out and then finally someone had called me back. The women said that they were understaffed due to sickness that week and that's why they didn't answer the phones. I decided to send her there for 4 nights because we were out of town and when I picked her up she seemed fine. I will be out of town this weekend for a trip and needed somewhere to board here again, so I called to see if I could get here in and again, no answer. I have called this company MANY MANY times and not one time have they answered. They still are doing daily updates on Facebook though. I do not recommend this place and I really do now know how they get their business since they don't answer phones, emails or Facebook messages. I tried to give another chance but this is just bad bad business.

We will never be back and I'm on here to warn other dog parents about this place.
