Came here to get a crepe this morning and was really blown away by their excellent service. I ordered a Monaco crepe minus the blue cheese (they were out of blue cheese so I wanted to swap with Brie). Soon after I ordered, I was informed they were also out of Brie. This was absolutely NOT an issue for me at all. Ideally they'd have them in stock but I understand stuff happens. I ended up with adding extra mozzarella. When my crepe arrived they offered me a complimentary macaron/drink for the inconvenience. While I declined bc I already had a drink/sweets for the day, I really appreciate the kind gesture. I appreciate how the staff kept me informed despite how difficult it is to be a food service worker and deliver "bad" news to customers. I don't believe it's worth getting upset at people trying to do their jobs. At the end of the day, I did genuinely enjoy my crepe no Brie, no blue cheese. And it's because the crepe itself was really freshly made with simple ingredients. It was a nice large portion as well. I hope to go back to try a sweet crepe next time! And I'm glad they're across the street from me basically. There's no formal seating per se but there's tables and chairs nearby. It's inside rodeo39. read more

I came here to try the Monaco crepe and it exceeded my wildest dreams. This is a flavor combination made in heaven. Tasted like a cheese board condensed in crepe form. It actually took me two attempts to come here due to the impossible parking situation of this plaza. After standing around for a while an employee finally came out. I ordered the Monaco crepe and a trio of beignets. Crepe was cooked to order and the employee brought it to me once done. It's disappointing they serve the crepe in a deep takeout box even when eating there. It was very hard to eat and I had to rip the flaps off the container to angle my knife enough to cut. They need plates for customers not doing takeout. The crepe was pure heaven and generous with the fillings. A buckwheat crepe was stuffed with walnuts, blue cheese, mozzarella, fig jam, and spinach. The sweet and salty combo filled me with joy and I was sad after it was gone. Perfect crepe texture too. The beignets were a big disappointment. The bakery case looked like a 2 day old bargain bin at a bakery outlet and they tasted like it. Old and stale was the texture and flavor profile. The trio each had a different filling. Chocolate, Nutella, and cream. They were tasty but very thick due to being old. I did love the crepe so I recommend avoid the stale baked goods and stick with the cooked to order crepes. read more

Tried the St Tropez Crepe. Love the crispy layer of crepe. Was expecting more of a Dijon taste and for them to use shredded cheese rather than slices but overall, an ok crepe when you're craving a different cuisine here. The mushrooms were diced and chicken was a bit dry but the crepe color was more of rustic brown color and tasted a bit nutty which was interesting. Relatively quick service and since it's nested in this food hall, it's a decent casual sit spot. read more

Stopped by to get some macaroons since having sweet tooth issue. They are delightful and hit the spot. Had the crepe here before and it's very yummy. Staffs are nice, friendly and attentive...abit slow but got the job done. Nice and big open stall in the Rodeo 39 Public Market and there are plenty of sitting indoor and patio too. I was so disappointed that many of the spots I loved in Rodeo 39 were closed down. So many vacant stalls, too. Came on a Saturday after having not stopped by in over a year, and it was a ghost town compared to past days. Crepes Avenue was something that wasn't there when I'd visited last. We didn't order the crepes, but we expected the gelato and beignets to measure up. They also have different colored macarons, but we ordered gelato and the beignet trio. I seriously expected that a place with so few items on the menu, and that specializes in dessert, would ensure fresh and high-quality items. They need to stick to crepes. That's it. I didn't even have the crepes, but at least they're freshly prepared. The beignets...what an insult to beignets and everyone who ever either wanted to try one or has had them in the past. They tasted like a fast food version...disgusting texture. No authenticity. Like a gross donut. What a disappointment. When I asked for a refund, I was told they don't do refunds unless the manager is there. I commented on the quality of the beignets and was told THEY COME FROZEN! WHAT?! Please, Crepes Avenue, do not serve previously frozen stuff. They were horrible and inedible. I threw them in the trash after one bite. Take them off the menu! The gelato was okay, but the ladyfinger (cookie) that came in my tiramisu gelato tasted and smelled freezer burnt. Again: stick to crepes. read more

Service was excellent. Staff are patient, eager to answer questions, make recommendations and offered samples of the gelato. The taste of everything was excellent but it's difficult to justify the price point for the quality that you get. You're basically paying sit down/fresh restaurant prices for pastries that have been sitting around for who knows how long. That being said, the beignets tasted good despite me picking it up before closing. The lemon curd (chic) crepe paired really well with the vanilla gelato. I can definitely see myself coming back for a crepe when the cravings hit. Since it's located within Rodeo 39, parking and seating can be difficult. There was no prices in the display case, but It was a pretty small portion so I was expecting it to be around $6-7 or less. Crepes Avenue Paris inside Rodeo 39 is honestly one of my go-to spots. Everything is super fresh, the service is always on point, and Jordan -- the owner -- is amazing. He's got a smile on his face every time and you can feel how much he cares about the experience. The Oreo milkshake is crazy good, and the macarons are always a must for me. Don't come here. False advertisement from pictures to what is actually presented. One of the girls I complained to, said "we don't make the pictures" and "this is how we're trained to make them". I've eaten here several times in the past since when they first opened in Rodeo 39. The owners are French and so you know the food is legit! And friendly. We've enjoyed everything we've tried and it tastes like it was made from scratch, which unfortunately a lot of restaurants don't do. My wife likes the pastries and my kids love their gelato. Tried Crepes Avenue inside of Rodeo 39 for dessert. It was solidly average. Side note: parking at Rodeo 39 is chaotic even on a Tuesday night, so come prepared for a bit of a hunt. I went with the Je t'aime crepe (your typical, Americanized banana-strawberry-Nutella combo). The crepe itself was totally fine. It wasn't anything offensive, but wasn't anything memorable either. I was craving something sweet when I stumbled upon Crepes Avenue. My boyfriend and I got the Smore's (Nutella, marshmallow, and cookies) and the Et Voila (Nutella, strawberries, and Oreo) crepe. Both were so delicious! Christopher was so nice and helped me decide which crepe to get. We are crepe snobs. We are critical of the thickness of our crepes, amount of fillings, sweetness, etc. and are always on the hunt for good crepes. We were so excited to see a crepe place opened at Rodeo 39 and couldn't wait to try it. Let me tell ya, it did NOT disappoint! The amount of fruits, Oreo, and Nutella were PERFECT. The husband wife duo NAILED the ratio and delivered an AMAZING crepe! It wasn't overly sweet, just perfect. It wasn't dry and wasn't soggy (this is a balance many have an issue perfecting). We can't wait to try to mon amour crepe and the ice creams next time! (Too full this time) The portion was perfect for two to share after a nice meal at the other restaurants. The only thing that would add even more to our dessert experience would be a cup of coffee lol. That would make the place six stars! After reading through reviews, A majority of these better reviews are based on other items (not crepes). I had such a disappointing experience. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this was such a let down. I paid $15 for the St. Tropez savory crepe. The crepe came out dry. Spinach and mushrooms were both raw and cold inside the crepe. The "melted" cheese inside the crepe was hard and cold. There were dollops of mustard on random pieces of spinach. (??) It tasted like hard cheese and mustard only. My friend and I barely finished one bite each and would have preferred a refund to another crepe. We asked for a refund and were told they don't do refunds. We threw the crepe away. Most likely will not be back. An extra star for service, because it was fine and the girl up front was sweet. The owners of the establishment should hold standards to what is being served to customers. read more

While I was at Rodeo 39 I got a little dessert here. I just got one chocolate eclair. This stand was super cute and the desserts behind the class all looked beautiful and delicious. The employee at the counter was super nice and boxed up my eclair very quickly. I took it home to eat after dinner. It was filled with chocolate cream. The pastry on the outside was light and airy. It almost reminded me of a cream puff. It was very chocolatey and tasty and I would definitely come here again to try their other offerings. I just picked up a chicken pesto sandwich, and am eating it as I write this review. I just opened a new office in the area, and worked right past lunch today. Almost 3pm, and came to the Rodeo Public Market to wander around and get a very late lunch bite. Normally this whole market area is packed. But due to the late, 3pm post lunch hour, it was a ghost town. Even PhoHolic was pretty empty. Walked by Crepes Avenue. I love crepes, but wanted to get a sandwich, something I could eat without utensils. So I opted for the Pesto Chicken Panini. The owner of Crepes Avenue is a real life French person, right here in Stanton of all places! And she was so nice and PROMPT. She delivered the pesto chicken sandwich to me in a perfectly prepared box. I'll be back to try everything else she has. Crepes Avenue has so much to try including desserts. The female owner deserves so much credit as a hard working small business owner. I hope everyone in the area can try and support this business. The panini I'm eating right now is amazing! read more

As we strolled into the Rodeo 39 Food Hall, a mouthwatering picture of a banana, strawberry, Nutella crepe on Crepe Avenue's marquee immediately caught our attention. I'm not much of a sweets person, but my daughter and nieces were excited to try it--and I'm so glad we did! We started with the popular crêpe à la fraise, banane, et Nutella, which was made fresh right in front of us through the clear window. The crêpe was parfait--a perfect balance of thinness and thickness, with just the right amount of filling. Every bite was heavenly, and we devoured it faster than we care to admit! Unable to resist, we also grabbed a box of their freshly made macarons. The owners, who were so warm and welcoming, shared that everything is made daily--and you can truly taste the difference. We sampled an array of flavors like pumpkin pie, Oreo, pistachio, vanilla, cookies and cream, and salted caramel. Each macaron had the ideal crisp yet soft exterior and a filling that wasn't overly sweet--just parfaitement délicieux. We enjoyed them so much that we went back for another box of six. My only small suggestion? A more elegant, slim box design for the macarons would be fantastic for gifting. Crepe Avenue is a hidden gem, and I can't wait to return--maybe even tomorrow! The newest addition @ Rodeo 39! I love crepes, so I had to make the stop. I went for a savory crepe, they have a few different options but I tried the Nice Crepe on the attendants recommendation. She was definitely correct, the Brie and bacon mixed well with the tomato and spinach, full of flavor and not too heavy. I also grabbed the filled pastry trio (three mini pastries one filled with a custard, a chocolate, and a Nutella). Totally worth it, if you enjoy crepes and pastries then this is a great stop! The service was quick, and the attendant/chef was friendly and knowledgable. The ambiance is Rodeo 39, so there's plenty of seating and a chill atmosphere. Onto the crepe itself -- it was a little too thick for my liking but I appreciate the degree of difficulty performing for an audience at Rodeo39 while doing your job. Big shoes to fill when you're replacing a restaurant that had prime real estate within the food hall.
