We stopped by here after quick dinner because we were craving did something sweet.. my friend got the strawberry banana crepe and I got their red velvet beignet and matcha gelato... the red velvet beignet was so bad.. it was super dry. The crepe was okay... the dough was very crispy and a bit dry but overall it's still a whole lot better than the beignet. The matcha gelato was alright it was more milk than matcha.. overall, it was just soso..
Yummy gelato and crepes to go. Most seating is big table and outside patio area. Next to Here coffee. Big food court area with many restaurants and bars to choose your favorite items to munch on today. Good anytime of the day. Enjoy your sweet dreams tonight.
I came here to try the Monaco crepe and it exceeded my wildest dreams. This is a flavor combination made in heaven. Tasted like a cheese board condensed in crepe form. It actually took me two attempts to come here due to the impossible parking situation of this plaza. After standing around for a while an employee finally came out. I ordered the Monaco crepe and a trio of beignets. Crepe was cooked to order and the employee brought it to me once done. It's disappointing they serve the crepe in a deep takeout box even when eating there. It was very hard to eat and I had to rip the flaps off the container to angle my knife enough to cut. They need plates for customers not doing takeout. The crepe was pure heaven and generous with the fillings. A buckwheat crepe was stuffed with walnuts, blue cheese, mozzarella, fig jam, and spinach. The sweet and salty combo filled me with joy and I was sad after it was gone. Perfect crepe texture too. The beignets were a big disappointment. The bakery case looked like a 2 day old bargain bin at a bakery outlet and they tasted like it. Old and stale was the texture and flavor profile. The trio each had a different filling. Chocolate, Nutella, and cream. They were tasty but very thick due to being old. I did love the crepe so I recommend avoid the stale baked goods and stick with the cooked to order crepes.
i can only speak for the crepes here but it was really good! it was stuffed with bananas and was a very large portion. the staff were super friendly too. there was plenty of seating as well. definitely a place to stop by if you want something sweet after your dinner at rodeo39.
Tried the St Tropez Crepe. Love the crispy layer of crepe. Was expecting more of a Dijon taste and for them to use shredded cheese rather than slices but overall, an ok crepe when you're craving a different cuisine here. The mushrooms were diced and chicken was a bit dry but the crepe color was more of rustic brown color and tasted a bit nutty which was interesting. Relatively quick service and since it's nested in this food hall, it's a decent casual sit spot.
Stopped by to get some macaroons since having sweet tooth issue. They are delightful and hit the spot. Had the crepe here before and it's very yummy. Staffs are nice, friendly and attentive...abit slow but got the job done. Nice and big open stall in the Rodeo 39 Public Market and there are plenty of sitting indoor and patio too. Overall all are good.
Service was excellent. Staff are patient, eager to answer questions, make recommendations and offered samples of the gelato. The taste of everything was excellent but it's difficult to justify the price point for the quality that you get. You're basically paying sit down/fresh restaurant prices for pastries that have been sitting around for who knows how long. That being said, the beignets tasted good despite me picking it up before closing. The lemon curd (chic) crepe paired really well with the vanilla gelato. I can definitely see myself coming back for a crepe when the cravings hit. Since it's located within Rodeo 39, parking and seating can be difficult. It's also super noisy inside the food hall.
I've gotten the gelato here which was quite delicious, but the other day I had a very intense craving for tiramisu and saw that they had one. There was no prices in the display case, but It was a pretty small portion so I was expecting it to be around $6-7 or less. I was GAGGED when the cashier told me it was $10, but it was too late to back down and I was still really craving tiramisu. I wish I could say it was worth $10, but it wasn't. It was mostly cream and there were hardly any ladyfingers. It was so disappointing!
I was so disappointed that many of the spots I loved in Rodeo 39 were closed down. So many vacant stalls, too. Came on a Saturday after having not stopped by in over a year, and it was a ghost town compared to past days. Crepes Avenue was something that wasn't there when I'd visited last. We didn't order the crepes, but we expected the gelato and beignets to measure up. They also have different colored macarons, but we ordered gelato and the beignet trio. I seriously expected that a place with so few items on the menu, and that specializes in dessert, would ensure fresh and high-quality items. They need to stick to crepes. That's it. I didn't even have the crepes, but at least they're freshly prepared. The beignets...what an insult to beignets and everyone who ever either wanted to try one or has had them in the past. They tasted like a fast food version...disgusting texture. No authenticity. Like a gross donut. What a disappointment. When I asked for a refund, I was told they don't do refunds unless the manager is there. I commented on the quality of the beignets and was told THEY COME FROZEN! WHAT?! Please, Crepes Avenue, do not serve previously frozen stuff. They were horrible and inedible. I threw them in the trash after one bite. Take them off the menu! The gelato was okay, but the ladyfinger (cookie) that came in my tiramisu gelato tasted and smelled freezer burnt. Again: stick to crepes.
Crepes Avenue Paris inside Rodeo 39 is honestly one of my go-to spots. Everything is super fresh, the service is always on point, and Jordan -- the owner -- is amazing. He's got a smile on his face every time and you can feel how much he cares about the experience. The Oreo milkshake is crazy good, and the macarons are always a must for me. If you haven't tried them yet, you're missing out. Great spot, great people, great energy. Highly recommend.
The crepe was a little hard but the service was great. The cashier was super sweet and she attended us really fast. It wasn't so busy and the music was nice. I'm mostly really excited to post about the macaroons. They were amazing 10 out of 10! Didn't give it the full five stars because the crepe was overcooked, but overall everything else was great!
Don't come here. False advertisement from pictures to what is actually presented. One of the girls I complained to, said "we don't make the pictures" and "this is how we're trained to make them". She was nice, but the owners need to do a better job and make sure they are "trained" to make them as pictured. To make things better, she did the best she can to accommodate. I'll never waste my money on this place again.
Delicious pastries had the raspberry filled with creme and coconut snowflakes. 2nd time got the mango looking pastries and lemon meringue tart forgot to take pic. This is my sweet tooth spot
By far my favorite crepe spot! The service here is always fast and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The quality of the fruit is excellent, everything tastes fresh, ripe, and flavorful, which really elevates the crepes. The portions are generous for the price, and you definitely get great value for what you're paying. Every ingredient tastes fresh, and the crepes are consistently delicious. Whether you're looking for a sweet treat or just craving something light and satisfying, this place never disappoints. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I'm craving crepes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for fresh ingredients, great portions, and excellent service! read more

Crepes Avenue is inside Rodeo 39. They offer sweet and savory crepes. As well as desserts (macarons & beignets) and paninis. We've gotten a few items from here. The sweet crepes are better than their savory ones. But I'm a savory girly, so I've always gotten those. The St. Tropez was okay - chicken, dijon, swiss cheese, mushroom, and spinach. The bacon brie was good. Service was okay. read more

I love savory crepes and am so happy Crepes Avenue opened at Rodeo 39. It's a great option to have when wanting something more low-carb. I'm glad they opened at 9:30 am just in time for me to grab one for breakfast. I got the St Tropez crepe and the chicken, mushrooms, spinach in it were cooked perfectly. I loved the mustard sauce, which goes so well with the melty Swiss cheese. Overall, just a delicious crepe! read more

I've eaten here several times in the past since when they first opened in Rodeo 39. The owners are French and so you know the food is legit! And friendly. We've enjoyed everything we've tried and it tastes like it was made from scratch, which unfortunately a lot of restaurants don't do. My wife likes the pastries and my kids love their gelato. Definitely recommend! read more

Freshly made crepes displayed with viewing window to oooh and aaahhh. Inviting and eye catching to make you stop and walk in to see what they have to offer. Surprised by a friend with a sweet treat I was able to try these crepes out for myself. Nice and crispy edges which I love in a crepe. A thin light fluffy center was a perfect bite to enjoy with some melting Nutella and fresh strawberries. A delight! Located inside Rodeo 39. From the main entrance head left. It'll be against that back wall on the left side. Service was sweet & friendly. read more

Tried Crepes Avenue inside of Rodeo 39 for dessert. It was solidly average. Side note: parking at Rodeo 39 is chaotic even on a Tuesday night, so come prepared for a bit of a hunt. I went with the Je t'aime crepe (your typical, Americanized banana-strawberry-Nutella combo). The crepe itself was totally fine. It wasn't anything offensive, but wasn't anything memorable either. The staff were lovely and attentive, which was a nice highlight. read more

I was craving something sweet when I stumbled upon Crepes Avenue. My boyfriend and I got the Smore's (Nutella, marshmallow, and cookies) and the Et Voila (Nutella, strawberries, and Oreo) crepe. Both were so delicious! Christopher was so nice and helped me decide which crepe to get. I will definitely be coming back here because of how yummy the crepes were and how friendly and fast the service was. read more
Super yummy ice cream. Every sample I had tasted good. I got the pistachio in a cup. My friend got strawberry cheesecake. Toppings sitting on the ice cream are delicious. The ladies behind the counter are sweet and helpful. Looking at the store itself drew me in. Ambiance chill. read more

1. These crepes were loaded with lots of fruit and Oreo bits! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes as it is located in a public market! 3. There are nearby seatings around the spot! 4. The staff were friendly and timely with my order! It took about 10 mins! 5. Parking lot is huge, but it can get crowded after 11:30 am on the weekend! Note: The restrooms are located SW of the market! Photo: Soda and Et Voila! Crepe read more

We are crepe snobs. We are critical of the thickness of our crepes, amount of fillings, sweetness, etc. and are always on the hunt for good crepes. We were so excited to see a crepe place opened at Rodeo 39 and couldn't wait to try it. Let me tell ya, it did NOT disappoint! The amount of fruits, Oreo, and Nutella were PERFECT. The husband wife duo NAILED the ratio and delivered an AMAZING crepe! It wasn't overly sweet, just perfect. It wasn't dry and wasn't soggy (this is a balance many have an issue perfecting). We can't wait to try to mon amour crepe and the ice creams next time! (Too full this time) The portion was perfect for two to share after a nice meal at the other restaurants. The only thing that would add even more to our dessert experience would be a cup of coffee lol. That would make the place six stars! Reasonable prices, generous portion of fillings, top notch deliciousness. We WILL be back! read more

Je T'aime bland no passion in the cooking burnt on the edges and fast food quality. They charged a $4 service fee and $1 extra for whipped cream. Would not come back here again. $30 for 2 crapes utterly pathetic attempt ended up throwing up as soon as I got back to the car feel sick read more

Had a savory crepe which was the St Tropez but everything was a bit dry for me. Maybe i'll try a sweet crepe next time and re visit this review. Service was good though, they were nice and sounded French which was cool because i love Paris. We didn't sit by their store so i didn't get to really check out the ambiance. read more

While I was at Rodeo 39 I got a little dessert here. I just got one chocolate eclair. This stand was super cute and the desserts behind the class all looked beautiful and delicious. The employee at the counter was super nice and boxed up my eclair very quickly. I took it home to eat after dinner. It was filled with chocolate cream. The pastry on the outside was light and airy. It almost reminded me of a cream puff. It was very chocolatey and tasty and I would definitely come here again to try their other offerings. It is on the expensive side, my one eclair was about $8 but it was worth it. read more
