The interior is small, though they have additional seating outside. Many diners got to-go orders, which is surprising since crepes get soggy easily. Anyway, service was fine. The guy tried to be courteous but failed; I won't go into details. Prices are a touch higher than the nearby place; they include a salad to differentiate for the savory crepes. I wish creperies differentiate how they make the base crepe depending on savory vs. sweet. Savory ones benefit from more oil to enhance the seared flavor, while sweet ones don't. Their base crepe is good, not great. The Food: Merguez, $20 - 2.5 Stars This crepe has spicy Moroccan lamb sausage with onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and peppers. The overall size is modest. Hubby orders lamb often but was disappointed with these lamb sausages. He said they mostly taste like little smokies. Not a complimentary description. Norvegienne, $21 - 3.5 Stars This crepe has smoked salmon, spinach, capers, red onion, and crème fraiche. The salmon didn't taste as smoked as I would like. They are similar to the plain lox variety that might be on a bagel, which is not as flavorful. On the plus side, I thought this is a well-stuffed crepe. The included salad for both is a mixed greens with tomatoes, feta, parmesan, olives, tomatoes, and range dressing. I wish restaurants spill out their ingredients on menus. I don't like cold cheese; I could have saved them some money and tell them to skip it on mine. read more

I came by around 4 PM on a Monday and found the space quiet with few customers, which was perfect for getting a bit of work done since they also offer free Wi-Fi. The staff was friendly and efficient in preparing and serving my food. I really enjoyed my breakfast egg, cheddar, and sausage crepe. Note that they automatically charge a 10% service fee. The food is always amazing!! The prices may seem a little bit high but I feel like after every crepe I leave feeling full and satisfied. My recent visit I ordered the savory pesto crepe and the flavors worked really well together! It came with a large portion of salad on the side as well! I do think the salad could've used less sauce but paired with the crepe it was less salty/sour. The employees are always kind and attentive and they provide indoor and outdoor seating! The place is super chill, clean, and incredibly inviting. The two gentlemen who took our orders were so sweet, and the food? Absolutely divine. This spot needs to be a trend--it's just that good. Menu: posted on the back wall, storefront, wall, and next to the register. Pretty straightforward with item names. No photos for the visual folk. Fruit is fresh. I watched a crepe being made but it tore during the flip and it was tossed. I'm not familiar with how often rips happen but it seems like a waste--I would have eaten it :( maybe this place should sign up for Too Good To Go for the non-aesthetically pleasing crepes to still find homes (mouths) and not be as wasteful. I recently stopped here for a quick lunch while in the area. And it was a solid option. I loved the extensive menu - sweet or savory - you get to choose. I opted for the chicken Caesar crepe. It came with a very hearty salad (but the way it was served made it a bit difficult to mix up and get the dressing distributed easily). My crepe was good and hearty. I don't love lettuce heated up, cause then it gets soggy - but they did allow me to do some customization. The man working was very nice. Found our new go-to place for lunch at Redmond Town Center. Why settle for a sandwich when you can luxuriate in a freshly made crepe filled with delicious meat, cheese and fresh veggies accompanied by a large crunchy fresh salad? We tried both the turkey and chicken versions and will definitely try some others. Paninis and gyros are also on the menu and sound equally tempting. Needs food safety training. The person preparing the crepe used a glove (on one hand) only to pull ingredients from their receptacles and drop on the crepe (which he had touched with ungloved hands, but I figured it would keep cooking so maybe not a huge deal). I don't think that is food safe, though. While the crepe continued to cook, he was using his phone and also grabbing paper towels to clean something off the floor. When the crepe was done, he used a utensil to flip it, but then his (ungloved) hand to flip the final side. This is so unsanitary. Thought about it on the way to the car and ended up tossing it.
