The guy tried to be courteous but failed; I won't go into details. Prices are a touch higher than the nearby place; they include a salad to differentiate for the savory crepes. I wish creperies differentiate how they make the base crepe depending on savory vs. sweet. Savory ones benefit from more oil to enhance the seared flavor, while sweet ones don't. Their base crepe is good, not great. The Food: Merguez, $20 - 2.5 Stars This crepe has spicy Moroccan lamb sausage with onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and peppers. The overall size is modest. Hubby orders lamb often but was disappointed with these lamb sausages. He said they mostly taste like little smokies. Not a complimentary description. Norvegienne, $21 - 3.5 Stars This crepe has smoked salmon, spinach, capers, red onion, and crème fraiche. The salmon didn't taste as smoked as I would like. They are similar to the plain lox variety that might be on a bagel, which is not as flavorful. On the plus side, I thought this is a well-stuffed crepe. The included salad for both is a mixed greens with tomatoes, feta, parmesan, olives, tomatoes, and range dressing. I wish restaurants spill out their ingredients on menus. I came by around 4 PM on a Monday and found the space quiet with few customers, which was perfect for getting a bit of work done since they also offer free Wi-Fi. The staff was friendly and efficient in preparing and serving my food. I really enjoyed my breakfast egg, cheddar, and sausage crepe. Note that they automatically charge a 10% service fee. The food is always amazing!! The prices may seem a little bit high but I feel like after every crepe I leave feeling full and satisfied. My recent visit I ordered the savory pesto crepe and the flavors worked really well together! It came with a large portion of salad on the side as well! I do think the salad could've used less sauce but paired with the crepe it was less salty/sour. The employees are always kind and attentive and they provide indoor and outdoor seating! I hadn't been here for years, but decided I'd get some crepes to take home. The nutella/bananas/strawberries crepe was for my husband who chose to enjoy the taste experience over telling me about it. Sitting there sighing after each bite was enough testimony to how much he liked it. I got a savory crepe, Forestiere (turkey, goat cheese, mushrooms and mozz) that was so good it was worth the wait to get home to eat it. The salad wasn't an afterthought either - crisp greens with cheese and tomatoes. My next one is going to be the Philly which may get eaten before driving home. My boyfriend and I found a Groupon for Creperie de Paris and decided to try them out. What better way to reintroduce myself to crepes than getting them at a discount!? The service was great and super quick. Our crepes were done within 10 minutes (there were people ahead of us). We ordered the Chicken Pesto crepe and the Nutella, Banana, and Strawberry crepe. My one complaint is that I wish the filling of the Chicken Pesto crepe would've been warmer. It was more like room temperature, and I liked the flavors, but it definitely would've tasted better hot. There was a small side salad with it and it was actually pretty decent. The Nutella, Banana, and Strawberry crepe was a winner for sure. It's hard to go wrong with Nutella and fruit, though! The person preparing the crepe used a glove (on one hand) only to pull ingredients from their receptacles and drop on the crepe (which he had touched with ungloved hands, but I figured it would keep cooking so maybe not a huge deal). I don't think that is food safe, though. While the crepe continued to cook, he was using his phone and also grabbing paper towels to clean something off the floor. When the crepe was done, he used a utensil to flip it, but then his (ungloved) hand to flip the final side. This is so unsanitary. Thought about it on the way to the car and ended up tossing it. I like crepes. I think crepes are overpriced in general. I ordered a crepe with apple and caramel sauce with pecan. The portion is tiny. Definitely not worth $6. There are like five tiny bites of pecan and 5 pieces of apple bites. The crepe is warm, which is nice. This crepe place is way overpriced. At least for other crepes I have tried, they are filling and portions are big. I felt like I was more hungry even after eating the crepe here. The portion was small and the flavor was nothing too special. The guy who made my crepe did not seem to care much. There was no greeting when I walked in even though only two other tables were occupied at that time. I paid and the cashier told me there was a transaction error. Then a minute later he said it did go through. Then the guy who was making crepes just came by and saw the order and started making the crepe. When he was ready after several minutes, he just put it on a plate and raised his hand halfway in the air for me to grab the plate. I was surprised he put it on a plate because I was hoping for a to-go order. Since I did not specifically request it, I thought I should just eat in. He said nothing as he handed over the plate to me. If I weren't the only person standing there waiting, I would not have known that he was handing over the plate to me.
