This is my second time here enjoying their crepes while spending time in Redmond Town Center. I love the variety that's available here, whether you are into savory or sweet, there's likely something for you. Today I had the nutella with banana - of course given this combo it's definitely very sweet, but otherwise I enjoyed it. There is outdoor seating available too. The place is quite chill and low key, and usually a short wait before the crepe is ready for you. Nothing fancy but a nice treat always.

Yum, yum, yum! We ordered from here on DoorDash two days ago, and it was so good we had to come try it in person today--and wow, it did not disappoint! The place is super chill, clean, and incredibly inviting. The two gentlemen who took our orders were so sweet, and the food? Absolutely divine. This spot needs to be a trend--it's just that good. I've finally found the perfect place for both sweet and savory crêpes. I got the banana strawberry crêpe and finished it in two minutes. My husband had the spinach and cheese breakfast crêpe and demolished his in four. That pretty much says it all.

TL;DR: a bit pricey. Fresh fruit. Generous on the sauce drizzles. Parking: shared public lot, street, or garage. It's closer walking distance to the public parking lot facing BJ's. Atmosphere: ice cream parlor vibe with minimal seating. Service: no public restrooms--closest one is near Starbucks. Order and pay at the kiosk at the front left counter. Tipping optional. Menu: posted on the back wall, storefront, wall, and next to the register. Pretty straightforward with item names. No photos for the visual folk. Fruit is fresh. I watched a crepe being made but it tore during the flip and it was tossed. I'm not familiar with how often rips happen but it seems like a waste--I would have eaten it :( maybe this place should sign up for Too Good To Go for the non-aesthetically pleasing crepes to still find homes (mouths) and not be as wasteful. The crepes themselves are light and faintly sweet. All the flavor comes from the fillings so it really depends on what you order. The sweet crepes have generous sauce drizzles. In fact, I found that there was too much caramel sauce on mine -- it was too sweet for me.

They had a wide variety of offerings on the menu aside from savory and sweet crepes, which included gyros, paninis, and baklava. It's so hard to find many crepe places in Washington and I would definitely come back. The crepe itself was nice and thick, meaning they didn't water down the batter. The portion was large! The other item I got was the chicken pesto, tomato, cheese panini. It was pretty good but would have wanted a bit more sauce to it. It was nice that it came with a side of salad and an adequate amount of dressing. They also had a large array of hot sauces and water that were free to grab on the side.

I recently stopped here for a quick lunch while in the area. And it was a solid option. I loved the extensive menu - sweet or savory - you get to choose. I opted for the chicken Caesar crepe. It came with a very hearty salad (but the way it was served made it a bit difficult to mix up and get the dressing distributed easily). My crepe was good and hearty. I don't love lettuce heated up, cause then it gets soggy - but they did allow me to do some customization. The man working was very nice. I wish you didn't have to order on a kiosk and had more interaction.

THIS WAS AMAZING! Before taking the first bite of the crepe, I had to admire how pretty it was! After I took the first bite, WOAH! It was amazing! Sweet with the Nutella and a fresh with the strawberries and banana! The customer service was beyond my expectations, they were great at communicating the wait times! The atmosphere felt very welcoming as the staff greeted me as soon as I walked in! :)

Ordered the Strawberry, Banana, Nutella Crepe. Yummy freshly made crepe, hearty portion size for 2, quick service. Great place for dessert. They have lots of savory vegetarian options too, will try them next time. (Or might end up ordering the same thing ) Nutella, Banana and Strawberries Crepe

Merguez Savory Crepe and Strawberry Banana with Carmel and custard

This place is very good! They don't skimp on the ingredients in the Crepes, which makes every bite that much more enjoyable and delicious. Highly recommended

Food wise, they are very similar. If I want a bigger bang for my buck, order a lower cost protein. The crepe will be better filled. Both locations have kiosk ordering. The cost is a buck or two more at Me+Crêpe; I don't fault them since Bellevue Square is an expensive location. The fact they survived through the COVID closures is a small miracle. The clientele here is predominately Chinese with a smaller mix of mall visitors. Everything is packaged to go. We stayed in the store to wait for the food; the staff handed us the bag with napkins and utensils. Stepping away is fine, too. The kiosk takes phone numbers to contact. Their little store has two two-person tables and one four-person table. All three were occupied when we went (good for them). We dined outside at one of the mall tables. The Food: Beef and Cheese Crepe, $13.95 - 4 Stars This is one of the lower cost proteins, compared to duck or crayfish. It was plumb and well stuffed as a result. You can see the beef in the photo. The egg-covered batter/crepe, the crispy wonton skin, green onions, and sauce are standard treatment. The menu marked this version as recommended. I agree. The one thing that I raise my eyebrow on is they fold over the two halves of the crepe. Either we our bites through the double stack, or get messy trying to eat each half.

They advertised their crepes to be Russian style; full disclosure, I don't know what that means. In any case, I stood there watching them make the crepe and it looks about the same as every crepe I've seen. I do like their batter/crepe being thinner, similar to Parisian style. There's another food booth that makes theirs way too thick. I ordered the one called Pacific, with smoked salmon, spinach, cream cheese, avocado, and tzatziki sauce. It's very delicious. With these ingredients, I suspect there's nothing "authentic" about it. It's very, very Pacific Northwest style. The crepe itself is a bit soft by the time it's served, lacking that slight crisp commonly found for Parisian style. That's how I make it at home, too. Either way, it was still delicious, and I would buy it again if I see them again. Side note: We went to the fair on the Saturday, hanging out till pass closing time. As we were walking back to the car, two gentlemen were meticulously cleaning every inch of their booth, prepping it for the next day's business. I've seen a lot of end-of-day cleaning at booths, and these guys were definitely above and beyond wiping and scraping at the edges cleaning every bit of crusty crepe remains. I was truly impressed with how much they cared for their equipment. A good crepe highly depends on a good pan/griddle for a good sizzle without the adhesion. I quietly made note of their work ethics and know I will have a good crepe again in the future.

Apparently, it is possible, thanks to Boba Bothell. We stayed at a hotel just right behind where Boba is situated.
