Dubai Cone Crepe with vanilla ice cream and strawberries milk tea. So good!
    Mary T.

Every time I'm in town, I have to make a stop at @CrepeTea_Co for their delicious boba teas and signature cone crepes! This time, I ordered the strawberry milk tea and the Dubai pistachio cone crepe with vanilla ice cream... absolutely amazing. What I love most about their milk teas is how perfectly creamy they are without being overly sweet. The boba pearls are always cooked to perfection.. soft and chewy with just the right amount of bite. So much better than other places where they're often too hard or mushy. I also highly recommend their brown sugar milk tea and Thai tea. And if you're in the mood for something more refreshing and fruity, try the Cosmo Tea... a beautiful blend of mango, passion fruit, and butterfly pea tea. 10/10 every time!

This is my second time here and my crepe was super fresh and tasted so delicious. This is a truck that parks in the dillards parking lot in the corner near ahipoki. They also have boba drinks which I haven't tried yet. If you are in the mood for crepes I would recommend you try this spot out for quick service, I've been the only customer both times I went and never had to wait.

Amazing and friendly staff. Highly customizable menu. Clean truck and very hygienic. Recommended

Was at the flea market and needed a refreshing drink. Seen the cute little truck and had to stop! Tried the Taro with rainbow jelly, which was yummy and sweet! Didn't have the appetite to try the crepes but other people who did order looked so good.

    Opening week!!

Good but a bit expensive. Would go back. Limited outdoor seating. Had the pink one and the Dubai Chocolate which was quite decadent.

Poor customer service. One of the worst boba tea, taste powdery. Unsure if I'll ever give them a second chance.

Really good and yummy boba drinks. They have a self ordering machine and their lounge is very comfortable and full of life.

Parking is street-only, but I was lucky enough to find a spot right in front. FOOD I was expecting a larger food menu, but they only offer 1-2 rotating items for the day/week. I saw their lox bagel from photos and I was bummed they didn't have it that day so I ended up ordering the bagel sandwich (cream cheese, tomato, and cucumber) and a breakfast burrito. Both were decent, though the bagel could've definitely used more cream cheese. 3.8/5 DRINKS Ube White Mocha - 3.8/5: The flavor was there, but it could've used more coffee. Vanilla Latte - 3.8/5: Solid and enjoyable. My overall rating leans closer to a 3.8 mainly because the service was slow and my drink order was initially messed up. The barista did correct it and even let me keep the extra drink, which I appreciated. However, I was also accidentally charged twice and had to get that adjusted. Overall, it's still a nice place to stop by for coffee, and I'd be open to giving it another try.

The front half of the establishment (where the GPS directs you) is a market, while the back half is the coffee shop. But the whole building is connected. Parking for the coffee shop is located towards the back but it is very limited. Sundays are extremely busy here! The coffee & desserts are homemade and delicious! The coffee is from Yemen and every drink Ive tried so far has been amazing. The biscoff latte, Dulce de leche, brown sugar oat & peppermint bark! Looking online they don't regularly update their menu, so I snapped a recent picture of the menu for my fellow Yelpers! It appears they also have a changing seasonal menu for their coffees & desserts. All of their treats are homemade and very delicious! I highly recommend buying a treat to go with your drink. For the non-coffee drinkers, they offer matcha, matcha flights, lemonades, refreshers, teas, smoothies and energy drink mixers. The service is great! They are extremely fast serving drinks & food. The line might be long but you won't be waiting long. The lady at the cash register is usually the same person and she's very patient & kind! She'll explain any of the desserts for those wanting to try new things! The market & coffee shop always smell so delicious upon walking in. This place is truly a hidden gem everyone needs to experience! I read online they will be opening another location in Modesto soon!

There was a handful of people in line before me, all seeming to order some kind of latte or matcha. I was almost convinced but I always steer towards an Adeni Chai when at a Yemeni Cafe. I'd describe it as a black milk tea with spices. Make sure to ask for your preferred sweetness as it isn't sweetened by default. The Adeni Chai was served insanely hot but, I enjoyed it when it cooled down and it was great. I tried the Honeycomb Bread (warmed) and would more than likely skip next time. It was a bit more mushy than the other Honeycomb breads I've had in the past. There's a parking lot which is always convenient and there are seats inside if you want to enjoy your treats there. Keep in mind though, it is connected to a small store.

POG (passion, orange, guava): love the strong tropical flavor and how it didn't overpower the matcha 2. Cookie butter: this was sweet which I like and biscoff is one of my fave flavors of anything, but it won't be for everyone. cookie butter foam and actual cookie butter lining the cup kinda overwhelmed the matcha though 3. Ocean (blue matcha/butterfly pea): didn't know what to expect with this flavor. the blue matcha is actually the base and the regular matcha is the foam, so the matcha flavor wasn't as strong, but it wasn't too sweet at all and the blue matcha was super mild 4. Raspberry: unique and a strong raspberry flavor (cold foam on top and puree on the bottom), but the matcha flavor kinda got lost. maybe this was a ratio problem since the cups in the flight were small, so I'd give this the benefit of the doubt. I'm sure it's good in a standard cup size! I've also tried their banana matcha, which was creamy and refreshing; the matcha quality was decent (although could've been stronger) and I love that they use real banana for their in-house banana cold foam. Tried a few sips of their strawberry matcha too which was also yummy (strawberry cold foam on top and some strawberry puree on the bottom). Overall, the banana and the POG matchas get my strongest rec!
