I love a cool coffe shop and Crema & Vine is just that. Back in the city where I was born, Danville, VA this coffe shop serves patron and gets rather busy. The service is very hospitable and accommodating. I ordered the beet salad because I'm on my healthy wave right now and beets are extremely good for blood flow. The parking lot is huge so you shouldn't have any issues finding a spot. The beet salad itself was great, really loved the walnuts, beets and homemade dressing. The earl grey tea hot is also one of my faves, the way it is presented is very cool. Thanks for an awesome meal/experience.

My mother in law recommended this place. Quick walking distance from the hospital... around a half mile. The parking lot is pretty big. There is a patio for outdoor seating. The bathrooms are single with 1 toilet . They have a huge variety of wines & beers. The place was very packed inside and it's a nice spot to work or have lunch. My husband got a beer salad and I got the turkey sandwich. It was rather bland. I had to kept going up to the counter about 3x to ask for things that was forgotten. They also forgot my husbands tea that he ordered.

What a cute little spot!!! lots of options to drink & eat including a grab and go area! Such comfy seating options as well (inside and outside) -- super homey feeling. Love coming here when we come to town!!

Super cute little cafe that also doubles as wine bar. Ample parking and off the main area in Danville. There's inside seating (tables and couches/chairs), as well as outdoor seating in a covered patio. There's also an uncovered outside area to sit. We went for breakfast. Had Americano, regular coffee, and a breakfast flatbread with chorizo (get this). Very tasty all around. They have several options of breakfast sandwiches, etc. They also have tea if magical bean juice isn't your thing. They have a lunch/dinner menu as well as tons of wine to enjoy there or take to go. They even have the machines where you can pay for a certain oz pour. Very friendly and attentive staff. Nice place to stop for breakfast. I am sure that their lunch/dinner is just as good. Super reasonable prices for the quality of food/drinks.

So apparently Danville is overrun by Starbucks and there's only one " coffee shop" open on Sunday and we like to choose locally owned business. Crema and Vine did not have much regarding coffee and breakfast items; I think they're betting heavy on the afternoon crowd, with beer, seltzer and wine. I did see a good price on a bottle of Caymus. The outdoor area is larger than the indoor area and honestly, this is the only clear exit. As soon as you enter the building, you will be awkwardly standing in line beside full wine bottles of wine...do NOT let children go in this way or feel free to add a few broken bottles of wine to your tab. Items available are listed on a chalkboard above the staff at cash wrap so make sure you make your selection from the online menu before entering, so as not dilly-dally with indecisiveness while people in line roll their eyes behind you. With that being said, my bf saw a small sign advertising their Lavender Matcha so I asked if an alternative milk was available with it and chose almond milk, iced. The lady at the register said it had a sweet syrup already in it. It was definitely not sweet, I sipped the concoction even though it wasn't mixed and had chunks of undissolved matcha powder. I let it sit a while, stirring it occasionally to get some syrup off the bottom; didn't help. 20 minutes later, while trying to add my own vanilla syrup at home, the powder was not dissolved. Guess I'll try their coffee if I'm ever in Danville on a Sunday. But, the eclectic decor reminds me of a dark castle, lots of black and a few oddities here and there. Spotted a few games in the corner and an actual jazz pianist was playing (11 am in the morning). There are no biscuits on the menu, only bagels, English muffins, flatbread or toast. I wasn't impressed with my bf's coffee either; missing the coffee flavor and the syrups they use have too heavy of a density which means it sinks to the bottom of your drink in a layer so stir continuously (if you get iced). Waiting for our order, we sat on a couch that had some furry cushions so when we stood up, the hair or fur was all over my clothes and in the air around us. Maybe we should had stood while waiting but the orders were being placed faster than they could produce them so people were shuffling around. I would like to try a visit here in the afternoon since the menu has charcuterie style platters in addition to a self-serve wine tasting wall.

This place was so great we came back the next day. It's a cute coffee shop / wine and beer lounge vibe with yummy food and drinks. Painted black and mysterious inside it gives a chic, cultured feel. Lots of seating options, rustic comfy leather sofas and chairs, tables and chairs, high tops, and a covered outdoor patio. We tried the following options: Chorizo breakfast burrito, palmetto bagel, Jezebel Sandwich, Langhorne sandwich, and Danvillian sandwich. Our favorites were certainly the breakfast items... the chorizo was so flavorful on the toasted burrito and the pimento cheese is amazing on the everything bagel. Of the sandwiches, we enjoyed the Langhorne the most... I was a little thrown off that it was cold, but the ham Brie and jam complemented each other so well. The service was great and we could hangout here for a while. Even took the opportunity to make cork ornament for the tree. Certainly stop here if you're in the area!

Of the places I visited in Danville Crema & Vine was my favorite. Starting with the ambiance, you could tell the owner really took the time to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The coffee came out super quick and had a nice balance of espresso to milk. Which can be tricky to nail. I would have loved more alternative milk options, but I'm from Richmond so maybe I'm a little spoiled with the options there. Food was directly handed to me, and staff seemed super friendly. Definitely didn't go unnoticed. In terms of the avocado toast it really could've used seasoning or sauce. It lacked overall flavor but the texture and freshness of ingredients were nice. If you find yourself in Danville definitely check out Crema & Vine first!

I stopped in to Crema & Vine every day while on a work trip and I still think about it many moons later. The coffees in the morning saved me, the wine, cheese platters and pizzas after leaving the racetrack revived me. I enjoyed everything about it. It's cozy inside with plenty of options for seating and the ambiance is fantastic. I hope to visit again soon. Great live music, and I really enjoyed talking to the owner.

This is our favorite restaurant to stop at in Danville when we're headed back to Charlotte from Northern Virginia. The flatbread pizzas are delicious, my wife loved the avocado and turkey sandwich tonight. We also love that they are dog friendly, we were able to eat on the porch and our golden retrievers. The dogs enjoyed it, there's water for them and even treats from the owner. There frequently is a big poker game going when we are here, and it's great to see all the lively interaction. This is a busy place and packed, a great community place with super food and great drinks. Highly recommended, five stars again!

Wonderful, wonderful spot for coffee, wine, beer and food! I stopped here on the way to a football game and I was so glad I stopped. It's a cool cafe in Danville, not far from Averett University. As soon as I saw cafe on the sign, I immediately slowed my car to a crawl and turned right in to the parking lot. We walked right past a couple with a cute little dog (I think it was a poodle?) sitting outside and having coffee. Immediate good vibes! I'm so happy I haven't been dieting lately, but there are actually some really good keto snacks here! We ordered a couple of sandwiches plus the sweet snacks from the front. Food was out before we could settle into that comfy sofa. The employees are all so friendly that I couldn't help but smile with gratitude. If I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely stop back in!

Crema and Vine is a cool place for a drink, some food and great conversation. Say hi to Chloe.

Friendly neighborhood hang-out. Food rocks. Customer service great. And, often, there is music both inside and out. Enjoy Danview's most beloved sit soon.

Charming little place. The ambience was nice. I can't say much about the food as we didn't order anything, nor did any of the others in the building. Would be a great place on a summer day. Pets are welcome on the outside patio. Service was Eh... you have to go order for yourself. A cozy heater or fireplace would have been nice for this time of year. Not much for a beer selection.

    It was just sad really.

We decided to get the chicken pesto and filet entrees and split them. For starters the risotto and broccolini is so good it melts in your mouth. The chicken pesto is cooked perfectly and very moist. It's stuffed with cheese and pesto which is flavored nicely. Now the steak. OMG!!! The steak was better than Ruth Chris!! It was cooked medium and came perfect!! The au jus sauce that came with it rocked my taste buds!! I dipped everything in it. The fried okra was absolutely the best I've ever had. The mashed potatoes were good also. Needless to say the $51 dollar steak meal was delicious and absolutely worth it!! We appreciate Ashley for serving us and offering recommendations for our next visit. She also made our Golden Rum Punch and Mistletoe Martini. The venue is established in an old building with a really cool set up inside. Absolutely the best place to eat in Danville!

Ok, gonna be a mixed review. I am going to say that I hope I'm back in Danville to try them again…read moreso I can up this rating. I think they have great potential but it depends on what they do with what the customers tell them. I want to commend the manager/owner guy who came out and talked with us. I gave an honest opinion to him directly and will here as well. The restaurant was very clean, and decorated nice. Comfortable! The staff were friendly. Our waitress was precious, bless her very pregnant heart. She was very attentive. We both ordered the 2 egg breakfast, that we upgraded the signature dragonfruit pancake and signature croissant French toast to. I got the chicken sausage links and hash brown casserole. Casserole was ok. Could have been fresher. It was 11:30 and tasted like it was made first thing in the morning, but still edible. I would like it more cheesy. My hubby tasted the base most. I'm just picky with my hash brown casseroles lol. Chicken sausage links were FABULOUS!!! Highly recommend!!! Hubs got the turkey sausage patties and they weren't good. I didn't try them because I don't eat turkey. Both of our eggs were cooked perfectly, mine being over medium and his scrambled. The signature items. I told this exactly to the manager/owner guy. The dragonfruit pancake: the pancake was not good. Idk if they messed the batter up but it tasted/texture was like it wasn't cooked, yet didn't look undercooked. It was just weird, like the recipe was messed up. I hope that is all it was. The dragonfruit compote on top was delightful!!!! It had the potential to be fabulous, just the pancake wasn't it. The signature croissant French toast was good but the middle was not cooked. You could see the wet custard. I think the griddle was too hot. Outside was slightly charred, not too bad, but inside not done. Just need to make sure they are cooked. My mocha latte wasn't mocha. It was a good latte, but zero sweetness or chocolate flavor. The hubs caramel macchiato was warm and dreamy! Again, I see so much potential in the place, just some tweaking and it would be amazing!!!
