They refused to correct the charge, leaving me feeling pressured to pay just to leave the situation. There was also a customer waiting in a chair behind me who witnessed the situation and told me that she had witnessed other customers having issues with this specific nail tech on other occasions as well. Not to mention, the polish was smudged when she was finished and she did not offer for me to sit and dry my nails. Afterward, I called the salon to speak with a manager, but the receptionist refused to transfer me. Instead, he claimed I had signed a receipt--which I did not--and referenced security cameras in a way that felt threatening. He said I could return in person to have the charge corrected, but I explained I was not comfortable going back and asked for the issue to be resolved over the phone.
