We ended up getting estimates from three different plumbers, and I Need a Plumber Now immediately stood out, they just had the best vibe from the start. They were professional, quick to respond, and took the time to clearly explain everything. They provided detailed information about the work, walked us through both best- and worst-case scenarios, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Ryan was especially amazing, super professional, responsive, and easy to work with. On top of that, they were able to get everything done in just one day, which was such a relief. I Need a Plumber Now definitely has a customer for life. I would recommend them 10/10!

Once Ryan arrived, he was extremely helpful and clearly determined to resolve the slow drain in our kitchen. He walked us through a few possible approaches and immediately got to work. After some diligent effort using a drain snake followed by his high‑powered water flushing equipment, the clog was finally cleared. Ryan also took the time to leave us with helpful tips on how to prevent future buildup, especially regarding cooking oils that had hardened inside the pipes. That extra guidance was much appreciated. Beyond his technical skills, Ryan was personable, friendly, and professional. In this day and age, it can feel worrisome inviting someone into your home--but Ryan is someone I'd gladly invite back for a cookout anytime. Overall, the service was fast, efficient, straight to the point, and fairly priced compared to the competition. I highly recommend Ryan and "I Need a Plumber Now!" Thank you, Ryan, for your hard work!

That was the main reason I chose them. Unfortunately, the technician arrived about an hour late and then informed me the job required two people, so the same-day installation they had promised was no longer possible. A team of two returned the following week. They were courteous and kept their workspace tidy, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, they handled my quartz countertop very roughly during the installation and chipped it in six different places. What was most disappointing was that no one acknowledged the damage or apologized. I noticed the chips immediately after they told me the job was complete and they had left. They also left quite a bit of silicone dripping and smeared on vanity sink surfaces. After I reported the damage, I was disappointed by the follow-up from the manager. Rather than offering a partial refund or covering the cost of having my quartz countertop professionally restored, their only offer was to use a $15 repair kit. The manager eventually came out to apply the patch, but a cosmetic DIY-style repair is not an appropriate remedy for damage caused during their installation. The repair is still visible and does not restore the countertop to its original condition. While the team was polite and initially very responsive, the missed same-day commitment, damage to my countertop, lack of accountability when the damage occurred, and decision to patch the chips instead of covering a proper professional restoration ultimately outweighed the positives. I wanted to like them, having a reliable trustworthy plumber is an asset, but based on my experience, I can't recommend their services.

I contacted Ars Rescue Rooter Company, picked from the Internet, who early the following morning, Saturday made a thorough camera inspection and temporary clearing of the obstructions at an amazingly low cost. The inspection by Dennis, the company foreman, confirmed that the 1947 asbestos-cement sewage pipe leading to the city system was very susceptible to further root invasion and potential collapse because of age and old material. I was shown in detail on a monitor the shortcomings of the system which furthermore was lacking a code required clean out. We agreed that the Ars Rescue Rooter should return the following Monday, which gave me time to research pricing for various procedures, including application of new plastic lining to prevent any further root obstructions and to prevent a very likely collapse of parts of the four-inch diameter and almost 80-year-old cement-based sewer line. Monday morning Dennis, Joseph and Marcio began the excavation necessary for installation of a two-way clean out and high-pressure jet clean-out of all the roots. Despite the difficult access to the work site, the entire time, all in the group displayed a kind, upbeat and effective posture leading to quality and outstanding workmanship which made my situation considerably less stressful and very much appreciated. Having done my research, the price negotiation was easy and very satisfactory for the only sensible approach of jet cleaning, hot water cleaning and plastic lining and hard packing of the soil to return the topography to its clean and almost original appearance. The entire process and meticulous detailed follow up, including informing me systematically of time and stages, were exemplary and admirable which make it a pleasure to sincerely recommend Ars Rescue Rooter, with especially this outstanding crew, to any homeowner or company which find themselves in this highly stressful and fast action demanding situation. He share couple quotes for repairing or alternatively replacing my existing electric water heater and patiently explained the quote breakdown and work required. His quotes were the most reasonable of all people I requested from. I ultimately decided to try and DIY the fix - replacing the thermostat and heating element myself. Brandon went the extra mile and helped me iron out details like where to get specific parts from and was available to jump on a call and walk me through the repair. That level of support was so unexpected and so reassuring. His advice was critical since the parts I was looking at home depot weren't really compatible. Thanks Brandon and water heater doctor. If my repair doesn't hold and I need replacement for sure I will go with them. Highly recommend.

Instead of just selling me the more expensive or larger option, he took the time to explain the pros and cons in detail and suggested installing a mixing valve as a better alternative for my needs. He was very clear and walked me through a few different options, which I really appreciated. On installation day, Brandon arrived right on time and worked quickly to get everything set up. There was a small hiccup because Brandon didn't have the mixing valve with him, but he was very transparent about it. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of the valve again, and I ultimately decided not to install it at that time. What really impressed me was the follow-up. Patrick called me afterward to check on the job and specifically asked about the mixing valve. He even offered to honor the original price if I decided I wanted to install it later. I spoke with three different vendors, and while their price was right in the middle, the Water Heater Doctor won my business because they were by far the most helpful and knowledgeable during the consultation. Highly recommend!

I'd like to say it all went perfectly smooth but, that would be wrong. there were some hiccups along the way. the A/C didn't play nice with our furnace. they did get it working correctly but, it took an extra day or maybe 2... I don't really recall. communication was excellent through the process and in the end, we were very happy with the work. fast forward a month or so and I officially decided I had enough of not enough outlets in the garage. I got a quote for several things at once (my bad... got serious sticker shock) but, my wife when she guessed at the price was dead on the spot. we had some (not all) of that work done and it was excellent. seriously happy with all of it. next, we got a call from some kind of scheduler so we could get a few things done as part of the [free] contract that was given to us since we had the A/C put in. they came out, flushed the water heater, inspected under the house, faucets, toilets (fixed how one flushes because he was there) and made some recommendations. most of what he was suggesting was serious upsell and I wanted none of that. there were 2 things that I would have agreed to but, we haven't had that done yet. the first item was some leaking outdoor faucets. should be simple and straight forward repair. the other, our dishwasher can create a stinky drain as it is not properly vented. this is where it got weird. we've got custom ONE PIECE counter tops and the part of it that has the sink is L-shaped and pushing 30 Feet long. he wanted to drill it to add the baffle to the drain for the dishwasher. I wasn't comfortable with that really expensive counter top being drilled and asked for some kind of alternative. he refused stating that code stated it HAS to go through the countertop. hum... I need to look into it and see if that's accurate. there were some other little things along that adventure that I didn't appreciate but, not important enough to write it out in this really long review. lastly and most importantly is why they still got a 5-star review from me in spite of that [what felt to me like a disastrous] plumbing adventure. when the 220V circuit was added to my garage I wasn't happy in the least. I called them up, expressed my concern and they made time to come out and look and also to talk to me about it. Need to be really clear that the work was not done in any way that could be even remotely unsafe, that wasn't the problem. they listened to what I had to say, understood my position and then they took care of it right on the spot even though it required removing and redoing the whole job. I can seriously get behind a company that will stand behind their work in this fashion. you could say it was kind of the same thing when the A/C didn't initially work. they didn't give up, and now we've got good A/C.
