Stopped here after a hard day of skiing. We were hungry for pizza and this had the highest rating. There is bar seating,upstairs,downstairs and outside. They have a huge brick oven on the one side of the dining room. The Salad was terrific with a great dressing and roasted potatoes on top. We ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza and a pulled pork pizza . Both were home runs!!! The crust was crispy yet soft inside. The outside was really delicious. They were very busy and it took almost 45 minutes to get our pizzas. Not our servers fault and he was very attentive and apologetic about our look wait. We came here for dinner and was glad we had a reservation. The location is just outside the village and there is a large parking lot. Our large party was seated immediately and this place is kid-friendly. We caught the last few minutes of happy hour and was able to order 2 pitchers of beer at the HH price. For pizzas, there were so many good options it was hard to decide. We got the pepperoni and mushroom, the Kalua pork, and a cheese pizza, all in the 16" size. They came by to tell us that they were behind in making their pizzas so it would be 45 minutes before we got ours. It ended up being less time. The crust was nice and soft and the Kalua was so unique, even though I don't like BBQ sauce on my pizza, The staff was friendly and we enjoyed our time here. read more

It used to be that reservations opened morning of for that night, but when I called to ask about accommodating a baby, they told me there are new owners and now you can make reservations on OpenTable months in advance. Genuinely great pizza made in wood-fired ovens with somewhat different (if not amazingly innovative) toppings done well in a cozy, clearly-local fashion. This place is a good antidote to the typical resort-town food you might expect in Whistler. It feels more cozy and even a but run-down in a good, local restaurant way. It's also clearly not catering to the potentially hoity-toity food scene that sometimes happens, but instead just makes pizza and really good pizza. I love great pizza and even make my own neapolitan pizza dough at home and cook it in a gas-fired pizza oven outside. This crust and the wood-fired ovens are the real deal. The toppings aren't crazy, but they're also different. We got a cheese pizza for the kids, the lumberjack and the pemberton potato pie. The cheese pizza was good and really relied on the crust. My 10-year-old son demolished more than half of the cheese pizza and my daughter (who is incredibly picky about her pizza) picked at parts of it. The lumberjack was my favorite, with the smoked cheese, sausage and bacon. The flavors blended a little better than the super-garlic-forward notes on the potato pie, which was different, but didn't quite work as well. They also seemed like they had a decent selection of local beer, but not necessarily the best beer. On top of all that, they have their own parking lot, so you can actually drive here and easily park, unlike a lot of other places in Whistler and Blackcomb villages. The biggest downside was that there were TVs showing x-games-style skiing and snowboarding everywhere which were really hard to ignore and sort of dominated some of what would have maybe been a family dining experience. read more

5 star pizza on Fridays, 3.5 stars on Mondays - at least they can execute on the most busy days of the week! The first time we came here was on a Monday. The pizza was good but they pulled it from the oven a bit too fast and the toppings/crust were a bit on the mushy side. We then went on a Friday and the pizza was perfectly wood fired and delicious! The salads are just okay... (Especially the use of thinly sliced mushy potatoes vs thicker cut up grilled cubes of potatoes is just weird and out of place.) Absolutely delicious. This is the kind of place that already has a crowd gathering right at opening and for very good reason. The pizza offerings are so original and so so delicious. Drinks are also so well made! The lumberjack felt to me a bit like a very well-made standard pizza topping combo you could get elsewhere. While it was still super good, this is not the pizza you will write home about. All of the meats on it also made the crust quite soggy in the middle, which doesn't hold up quite well for Neapolitan crusts. I was so curious about the potato pie! I've never had potato as a topping on my pizza and it was so surprisingly delicious. The rosemary cream sauce was so rich and savory and the potato provided a nice meaty bite to a meatless pizza. If I could take home that sauce and eat it on other things I really would. Now for my absolute favorite, the kalua pie. Not gonna lie, i had my doubts. I am not at all a goat cheese girl but the idea of all the ingredients together sounded so good I had to try it as the chef intended without any alterations and boy was it worth the try. On paper, all of these ingredients read like a bbq hawaiian pie but that is not at all what it tastes like altogether. It's as if all the ingredients just perfectly blend together to make its own flavor profile. Absolutely must try, i wish i didn't live so far away to get to try this pizza again. Service was great, food came out very quickly even right after opening. Love that you can mix and match flavors on one pie. Came in the summer so the patio with a breeze was a good choice. Whistler is lucky to have a pizza establishment like this. It's not some authentic Neapolitan pizzeria, or even a NY slice joint, but distinctively its own thing. It's a huge sprawling space with a massive wood-fired oven in the middle. The pizzas are gigantic and fairly priced, with two exceptional traits: you can order half-half pizzas and it comes with unlimited house-made hot sauce (not very spicy, but very flavorful, with a hint of maple syrup). We tried the margherita, the community creekbread, the pemberton potato pie, and the lumberjack. The margherita and the potato pie were standouts (fade the lumberjack). Such a great pizza spot close to Whistler mountains! Make sure to get a reservation in advance as this place was packed! We stayed at the airbnb attached to this restaurant so it was super convenient to come here for dinner after a full day on the hills. Service was great and our waitress was so accommodating with my request to see if we an add a candle on the pizza for a birthday. She did it no problem! Thanks! The food was even better! No boundaries salad 10/10 - Probably one of the few times I had potato in my salad but it worked! It was refreshing and i loved the olives in this salad as well. Portion was large and great for sharing with the table. Mopsy' s Kalua pie 10/10 - Smoked pork shoulder with mango BBQ sauce, fresh pineapples, cheese and blend or herbs. This was super packed with flavour and was sooo savoury! Loved every bite of this. Pemberton potato pie 8/10 - Thinly sliced potatoes on top of the pizza with a rosemary cream sauce and tasted super garlicy as well. Definitely get this if you love creamy garlic tasting foods. Creekbread... where do I begin? Hot damn. The tl;dr version is DO NOT sleep on this place! I came here on the recommendation of a friend and I'm so happy we did. Everything we tried was absolute perfection. They make a thin style pizza with a nice crisp to the crust while maintaining a soft doughy centre. They provide knives and forks but we personally all preferred rolling up slices into little burritos, folding them like tacos and two-handing it. The Kalua pork and 4 cheese (not pictured) were our all stars but I'm certain you really can't go wrong with anything here. We also ordered the baked brownie and ice cream dessert, which is warmed up in their pizza oven, and we enjoyed it so much we had to ask for a second order. We also seriously debated coming back the next day for lunch, dinner or even just dessert. This place was on our minds all day. My only wish is that they had extended opening hours - 5 hours a day is simply not long enough! There's absolutely no doubt I'll be back again next time I'm in Whistler. read more

My "gluten intolerant" boyfriend demanded me to take him to pizza. And pay.. Luckily enough, they had that good GF zaza!! And it was great price ! Friendly staff. They don't have egg whites for my whiskey sour. Met the coolest dog, my boyfriend wanted to adopt it but owner said no. Not the restaurant's fault, but hope this will get addressed soon. I cannot remember the name of the dog, but it looks like a Winston or a Graham. Maybe a Percy. Wish I had the cheese, I can't drink milk. If I could, I would be 5'2 not 5'1. We love the pizza at Creekbread, and have eaten there many times over the years. Great pizza, nice, laid-back ambience. Great for families, too. But their current reservation policy is very frustrating. Their website says "our dining room is by reservations only at this time". So if they're going to require it, why do they make it so hard to get a reservation? We tried to book online a week out, but there was no availability at all except that night. So we phoned, and were told that you have to book the day of. However, on the day of, there were still no reservations available online -- not just after midnight, not at 7:30 a.m., not just after 9 a.m. At 9:30, the times finally appeared. Make it easier to get a reservation if it's required! Turn on reservations a week out, maybe? Or at least disclose on your website what time you post the reservations on the day of. Something -- anything to make it clearer. read more

Awesome pizzas! Their crust is the star of the show. It was light, soft and chewy on the center but with a crispy crust. Who knew potato can be a good pizza topping, it is! The Kahlua Pork pie was also very tasty. It was unfortunate that we could only do take out the day we went. They are short-staffed like many other places in Whistler. Super delicious pizza at quite a reasonable price! We stopped by Creekbread after hiking up Wedgemount and it was exactly what we needed. The servers there were very friendly and luckily, we got a table right away. They have quite a few tables outside which I prefer these days. There were also lots of pretty flowers in their little patio space that made the space super charming. The menu is digital and there's a QR code to scan at the entrance. They also have hand sanitizer at the entrance as well. The servers all wear face masks. The paths inside the restaurant are clearly marked with direction arrows and there are social distance markers measuring out 6 feet for waiting for the washroom. Overall, it felt like a very safe experience. We ordered a half-half pizza to share and it felt like a good portion. We got the garlic olive oil which made the pizza even better! They had some specials for the day too, and I was amazed that the server listed off every topping on the special pizzas by memory! Super professional service. We also got their fresh lemonade which I'd recommend as well. Definitely a fantastic restaurant and I look forward to visiting again :) read more

The pizza itself it pretty thin and droopy which usually like but some parts were too thin and got soggy. They also interestingly cut it into rectangles instead of triangles. I loved the combination of the sweet bbq sauce & pineapple with the savory pork and cheese. Whistler Community Creekbread - carmelized onions, mushrooms, mozza, pecorino, garlic oil, herbs. This was a classic mushroom earthy tasting pizza enhanced by the carmelized onions. I enjoyed this one quite a bit but probably should have eaten this one first before the full flavoured Kalua pie. 8/10. The staff member was very friendly and spent some time giving us advice on where to go explore after our meal. Covid related: no one in the restaurant was wearing masks, though the server stayed 2m away.
