The team at Credo recently upgraded my Windows10 computer saving me time and money. The original hard drive was showing signs of age and the general consensus of the on-line support community was to transition to Windows11 with the purchase a new computer. "Do I purchase a new car simply because the tires are worn?" is my perspective. The level of communication demonstrated by Noah and Cerita was unexpected and refreshing for this first-time customer. I explained what I expected needed attention and received a couple of solid pricing options given the age of the equipment and my general computing needs. Not all of the replacement parts were available at one time, so the team was able to stage the repair such that I had a working system in my possession while waiting for the final item to arrive. Found them 10 years ago, they treated me so great, fixed my computer worked great for years and then my son bought me a new one a few years ago and all was great until recently. Absolutely fantastic people. I own a small business and my computer is basically my livelihood. When water got onto my computer and it no longer worked, I was stressed beyond belief. I called them and explained the situation and they squeezed me in, helped me to get it taken care of when I had to go out of town and got everything fixed for a reasonable price in no time. Eric is a service professional WAY beyond what you might expect. Personable, friendly, knowledgable, efficient... I'm sure he's earned more merit badges than I can list here. But bottom line, don't hesitate. He set up our home wifi network with all the latest equipment, and gave me several options for customizing the system for our use. Updating my review to 4 stars, as after a followup with the Yelp review, Eric (owner) followed up with me regarding some incorrect costs for procedures and exhibited excellent customer service expediting a refund regarding the second transaction that had to be made with my computer that I was not liable to be charged for. While my problem wasn't fixed, the potential solution was provided and the alternative was recommended, while any gripes were remedied. I am a teacher, and when my laptop was stolen midway during the semester, I wasn't sure how I was going to grade my college students' English papers. I had seen Credo Computers on Twitter and Facebook and decided to give them a call. Eric was willing to let me borrow a PC (which he said is something he doesn't normally do) for as long as I needed it and at a price that was more than reasonable. Asked for some very simple fixes on our Macs. Michelle spent 45 minutes on my wife Mac to get it to sync to the cloud. That's all. Last time we had this problem, a neighbor fixed it in 125 minutes. She could not get my email to work and had to look up how to set up IMAP account. Again it did not work. Spent $125 for very little. NOT WORTH THE COST! FOLLOW UP: After this review and a call to the owner (Eric) called and apologized for the mix up. Said he should have been sent out to do the work. Very professional business person. They did not charge me for the service call and offered to make it right. Will give them a second chance. read more

Eric and the staff have, from day one, provided exceptional service. When researching computers for opening my own business, Eric took time out of his busy day to sit down and advise me on which computer system would work best for my company. As usual, he was correct, and I'm more than happy with the system he encouraged me to purchase. Credo is remarkable with IT, web design, and computer repair. We have not even considered using any other service since finding Credo. This is the ONLY service we trust to log in to our computers remotely and repair any issues, or check software problems. Rafael and Michelle were great!! Had an issue with my laptop (of course) and were able to fix the problem after my limited computer skills proved worthless. Labor per hour is very reasonable and I was only charged a half hour of work, which I'm sure it took them longer, and they have a 30-day warranty on services performed. Incredible service and excellent tech support! I dealt with Michelle and Raphael, they were great! There was actually nothing wrong with my laptop, just a Windows 10 glitch yay!!! And they didn't charge me a thing. Raphael said it was like a 5 minute thing, no big deal but, I'm pretty sure it was at least 15 minutes, the usual $25 diagnostic charge. Credo didn't amazing job with customer service, keeping me informed of the progress all along your way. It turned out that my ISP had throttled my bandwidth. My hard drive failed but was still insured with an extended warranty from Amex. Credo Tech diagnosed the problem and waited patiently while my claim was approved. Once I gave them the ok to fix the thing, it seemed as if it was fixed a few hours later and I could come pick it up. This computer repair business is the best I have ever had. They are efficient, friendly and don't charge you an arm and a leg. We have had Alejandro come to our home when we were ready to tear our hair out with frustration with the computer. He treated us so well. We didn't feel stupid, he spoke to us in terms that we could understand. He was quick, friendly and as I said, he didn't charge us an arm and a leg. In addition, we happened to mention that we were technology illiterate and couldn't even hook up our head set on our television as my husband has trouble hearing the TV. These guys are the BEST! I won't take my computers anywhere else from now on. They are professional, over-the-top helpful, very thorough, and personable. They did a "tune-up" on my 7 year old "boat anchor" of a Gateway laptop; removed 2 viruses, backed up my files to free up memory which sped it up significantly, took off the USELESS McAfee "anti-virus" protection I had on there and put on a protection program that actually works (Comodo).
