I explained what I expected needed attention and received a couple of solid pricing options given the age of the equipment and my general computing needs. Not all of the replacement parts were available at one time, so the team was able to stage the repair such that I had a working system in my possession while waiting for the final item to arrive. He is excellent at capturing every moment without feeling like the camera is on you. He is reasonably priced and did an amazing job on our wedding video. He gave me all of the footage from our ceremony and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
