Excellent gel manicure! The 2 employees I interacted with were very friendly. Helen was my nail tech, and she did a great job. No overhanging base or top coat, evenly applied color. I didn't make an appointment, so I waited a few minutes, and Helen thanked me several times for waiting. It's a good location, too, since you could get a meal or snack from several of the restaurants in the same center pre/post-manicure. read more

Terrible. Had an appointment, waited 30 mins to get started. The gal sat me down, coughed on BOTH of her hands and then started on my manicure. I politely asked her to wash her hands before she began and she obliged. Not only is that disgusting and RUDE any time of the year, this is FLU SEASON. Worst place I have ever been! The shop is dirty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. While some of the employees are nice and helpful, there are a few that are SO rude and nasty I couldn't even believe it! Even the other ladies were apologizing for my nail tech's incredibly rude and nasty behavior and remarks! It took 2.5 hours to get a simple mani-pedi because no one could do anything write - they couldn't even file my nails properly! They looked like they had been done by a first grader, completely uneven (one side really long and the other short and slanted?!) Not to mention they took off half my length when I specifically stated all I wanted was a touch-up file to keep up the shape! After they destroyed my nails, I literally just said, let me do it myself, this is getting ridiculous! At that point my first nail tech just got up and left and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone else to come finish my nails. I only asked for a French tip with gel on my fingernails and a regular pedi - the french tip was terrible. Uneven, not what I continued to ask for regarding width of the tip, etc. And the exceptionally rude tech kept coming up to my new nail tech and watching what he was doing, talking about how that's exactly what she was doing and I was just a horrible customer. They also guaranteed that their polish is so good that it will not chip or scratch, and if it does to come back and receive a touch-up for free. Well, within 3 days my gel polish had chipped AND cracked and looked terrible. I went back and told them to just take it off, I didn't want to waste anymore time there. They took the polish off but didn't buff my nails so I still (10 days later) have uneven nails and remnants of the polish. This was the worst place ever - and completley overpriced, especially considering the service they provide (or dont!). read more

I never write reviews but i havent ever been so disappointed with how my nails were done before. I have been coming here for a while and Ben used to do an amazing job with my nails every time. They used to last me two weeks when he did my dip manicure with fake nails tips. Anyway i came in yesterday and sadly he moved to florida. The lady who did my gel pedicure did a great job. However, the lady who did my dip manicure was an extreme disappointment. First she barely said a word to me, second i assumed the lady who sat me down had already told her to do my nails manicure dip with a fake nail tip. She never asked me what i wanted to do so i asssumed she knew. So she starts putting the first transparent layer of dip on my barely existing nails and i remind her that i want a fake nail glued on. She gets annoyed and starts taking it off for me. Then she says fake nails dont last on dip manicure but i tell her no ben used to do it for me amazingly. So she does it. Then she shortens my nails too much and asks me what shape i want to make them i say i want round she says its 5 $ more per nail. Since when is that??? So i tell her just do square which is the worst shape on my nails. I leave there paying 80$ for nails i didnt even want! Short and squared nails that look too thick and fake! The attitude she gave me made me never wana come back. She took two hours where i had to leave my daughter with a babysitter for a the most useless nail session. And to top things up, one day later and my nail fell off. I will never go back there again. Too bad Ben left this place used to be convenient. read more

I've gone to creative nails a few times because I've herd only amazing things. I've gotten two dip manicures without Any issues. This time how ever I was very disappointed. The nail tech cut every single finger on my right hand when the first finger drew blood all she asked was if that hurt. She didn't stop the service she just continued to use the drill and cut all my other fingers. I don't get tips on my nails because I've been trying to grow my nails out. She didn't ask what shape I would like she just started filing my real nails and did not file them evenly. The dip powder was so chunky and thick she continued to drill it yet again & when she noticed she got the dip powder all over my skin she tried fixing it with the drill cutting my fingers even more. My nails look like press on nails you get from the drugstore & my fingers are so cut up it's to painful to soak them off. I would not recommend unless you have a nail tech you've been going to for a long time read more

Do not go to Creative Nails unless you like throwing your money away. The first time I went there Christine did a fantastic job on my nails, she did the gel dip and they looked amazing. The 2nd time I requested her, they said she was booked so they had someone else do them, the color she put on my nails didn't look like the color I choose, when I told her she said that the color would look right once she finished...wrong! They really didn't care that I wasn't happy but finally one of the guys "Andy" added a lighter color over the top so they looked better. Today I went back and Andy did my nails...I should have known better. First, it took almost 20 min before anyone acknowledged that I was even there, then you could tell that he really didn't care about the quality of his work because it was sloppy, uneven and one had was shorter than the other. When I expressed how disappointed I was they told me that I was too picky. Save you time and money and go somewhere else. They are rude, dirty and they don't care about customer service. read more

Twice recently they took a reservation from me the day before and then made me wait 10-20 minutes once I arrived. I requested two pedicures at the same time which they assured me they would do. However, they didn't follow through and we finished 20 minutes apart. They do not listen to requests (strength of massage, color suggestions) and focus only on talking to each other. First visit for a pedicure. They are remodeling the back to add a wax room. Okay that explains the extra dust and not so "sterile" environment. But as I sat there looking around it wasn't just the remodel. The place was dirty. When my pedicurist was done with my toes, he just threw the instruments back in the drawer along with the nail file he used to file the nails. Talk about gross and unsanitary. I won't be back and am considering filing a report with the BBB or health dept. read more

I showed up an hour early he told me to just come back at my scheduled time. No problem. I show up. No one says a word to me after standing at the counter for 13 minutes I approach the so called manager Andy. The whole staff is always talking in their own language. Most of the time the conversation is loud and sometimes they laughed together. I have been going there for two years and getting my nails done. In the past, I just ignored the loud taking from the staff in their own language. Each time I go back, it's getting more and more annoying. So loud.! I just want my nails done, relax and enjoy the massage chair. I have finally decided to find a better nail salon with better service and where I can enjoy and relax while getting pampered. I think it is very Rude to be talking in your own ethnic language especially when you engage in a very long conversation with the presence of non-vietnamese talking clients. If you think you come here because you like their services, trust me you can find a better place in the area where the staff even Vietnamese are more respectful and in a more relaxing atmosphere. Not a very good experience overall. I went there because I had a gift certificate. My nail tech spoke (loudly) on the phone at least half of the time she was working on me. This did not make the experience very relaxing for me. My nails looked beautiful at the end (even though they were cut a little short for me). However, it is a week later and now the polish is already chipped. Should mention these are my toes and I've never had chipping after one week at any other nail salon I've gone to. Loved my pedicure. She took her time in cutting the cuticle, my massage was great and the Polish looks very pretty. Awesome selection of OPI nail polish too! The only downside I guess is that since they do take their time it wouldn't work for someone who is in a hurry. read more

Well, i am really upset. When one pays 25$ for a pedicure one expects a nice experience! Instead i had this grumpy woman (by grumpy i mean really grumpy) working on my feet and rushing to finish me up (there were only 2 other clients at the time and no one was waiting). It took her exactly 30 minutes (it usually takes me at least 40 to 60 min if i am lucky with my technician). I am there to do pedicure, meaning work on my toe nails mostly, clean them up, make them nice, the massage is always a plus but mostly she was supposed to work on my feet, scrub the bottom of my feet and do cuticles, which she didint do. she scrubbed the bottom of my feet for exactly 7 -10 seconds lazily (not reaching the toes or sides), just bc she had to and massaged my legs in awkward and unskillful way! It hurts! and she forgot to put a hot towel at the end on my legs like they do at that salon .I wish i didn't give her a tip! Darn it what was i thinking? read more

I've never written a review but I feel I need to in this situation. I've gotten my nails done for 10 years and have never had an incident. I visited this salon 2 for a full set and fill. I noticed a nail was lifting yesterday so I decided to remove this set. As I was removing my nails I looked down and one nail was green!! After a lot of research, turns out it was a type of bacteria that comes from improper sterilization and/or not cleaning the tools between patrons. While the staff is very nice, I will never return to this salon. After 10 years with no incidents to my nails...I have 2 visits here and I get a bacteria from lack of proper cleaning...that's not okay in my book. read more

Went to this place because it had fairly good reviews and really close to my house. Had an appt for gelicure. I had gel polish already on and they did a horrible job taking it off. Instead of filing it down first and applying acetone to each nail with foil, they brought me a large bowl full of acetone and told me to dunk my hands in there while I was getting my pedicure. The smell alone was terrible and when I complained, they put a towel over the bowl. Then the lady doing my nails came over and scraped the old gel off, filed my nails down, and did the fastest and sloppiest gel manicure Ive ever had! She didn't bother wiping my nails so there were little bumps all over the top of the new gel manicure. My nails were all different lengths and shapes and most were crooked. My nails are short so I don't know why it was so difficult. And she didn't put any kind of lotion/moisturizer so my hands were super dry and flaky, especially after they were dunked in a vat of acetone for 30 min. read more
