They never asked how short I like my toenails and just clipped a bit and worked the file over all my nails at once. In the middle of the pedicure a bottle of polish spilled across the entire floor and some landed on my pants. Unfortunately my pants are now ruined since they used acetone to get the polish out which it did but it also left a stain. It wasn't until I started to get up that they put my flip flops on my feet. They forgot the top coat in my daughter's tow and went chasing after her. As far as the vibe, it's a senior center. They never apologized for the polish disaster and still charged full price for our pedicures.

I had my nails done Sunday afternoon, and by Thursday, the polish was already chipping and peeling, as shown in the photo. I'm also not particularly rough with my hands, so I was surprised to see this much wear after only four days. For the amount I paid, I expected both a more polished result and for the manicure to last considerably longer. I understand that not every service will turn out perfectly, but given the cost, quality, and overall experience, I unfortunately would not return or recommend this salon.

First of all, Erica is very knowledgeable about the techniques and all her products. I had the 2nd kind, he started digging around in there like he was excavating a mine. Kept at it until I was bleeding. A lady tech did my hands and she cut a cuticle! They never said they were sorry. I won't be going back.
