I just left this place and I'm very disappointed. Usually I'm treated so well here because this is my usual hometown nail salon. I decided to come back since I'm back in town and I wish I didn't. First with my pedicure Anna made a comment in her language while I went to the incorrect chair that was running water instead of the one next to it. Second for my full set Bill stated that the style that I wanted was for gel only which is very untrue (French tip but in brown instead of white). Because of my job I need short nails and asked multiple times for them to be shorter. After the acrylic was put on, I noticed how they were longer than before (odd I know) so I asked to shorten some. He proceeded to say that I told him that the sizes were fine. I thought to myself well since I'm paying for this service, I should speak up on how I'd like them to look instead of being dissatisfied. As Bill continued with my fullest he was very rough as well. When putting on the clear coat (one coat) and didn't put lotion on my hands like I usually receive and left with very dry hands. i received an important phone call I couldn't miss and answered when he finished with one hand. I just went in to get a pedicure. The service was good as always. However today's receptionist was in a bad mood and decided to be unprofessional. I asked if My nails were done drying and she replied "NO WE DONT DO MAGIC." This elderly lady needs to be retrained and taught business etiquette. As much as I enjoyed the service, she messed up my experience with her ignorant response. She don't belong upfront dealing with customers, put her in the back to sweep, wash rags, wash windows or something else. read more

A friend recommended Creative Nails when I first moved to the Worcester area. I've been a dedicated customer for over 3 years now! This nail salon is very clean and I've always enjoyed my time here. They have gel, regular and dip polish. They have many options for pedicures as well. They now offer a free complimentary glass of wine with any pedicure. I ask for Tam when getting a pedicure. She has always been kind and cares about her work. However, I've never had a problem with any of the staff here. Prices are reasonable and seem typical for nail services. I always call ahead to make an appointment even though they do take walk ins- they can get very busy! I try to go during the week to avoid the crowd. I've only had a hard time finding parking once. Their lot is not huge and if you go when it's very busy it can be tricky. Overall, I'm very happy with my pedicures and manicures! read more

With the prices they hit you with here you would think that more expierenced nail techs would be qualified. I tried to give this place a chance not once but twice. I wanted to get the dip for my nails and both times they didn't come out smooth and you can tell it was rushed. My nails had some what of a dent in it which is not supposed to happen. I have been going here for years. Let me just say that I've had lovely experiences here and terrible experiences. Honestly, it just depends on who you get for a nail tech. The one thing that really bothers me is the fact that they do not accept tips on your credit card. So, you have to take out cash from the ATM with a fee of course. There was one time where the ATM was actually out of order. I understand that tipping is important, but I'm not going to drive around the city to find an ATM. I love love love this place. I've been going here for three years and have never left unhappy. I recently tried the Shrewsbury location to see if it was the same quality and was highly disappointed, I had called back to ask for a gift certificate to go to Worcester location and they yelled at me over the phone. Long story short I called Worcester and asked what they could do and told me to come in free of charge. The experience is so much better here and the quality is outstanding. I went on Monday for a powder dip manicure after I was unhappy with where I had gone before. One nail tech started the removal process and then switched me to someone else which originally made me nervous. I couldn't have been happier with the results! I am extremely picky and Vi did the most amazing job I have ever seen. The color was beautiful, the shape is amazing and the finish is like glass, even still four days later. She was so gentle and made me feel better when I got nervous about the grinder like I always do. She was incredibly sweet and I will never go anywhere else now! Thank you for your amazing work! A beautiful place! Parking is a little awkward, but whatever. I saw Tina for a wax pedicure - they actually put your feet in wax and peel it off. My feet are as smooth as a baby's bottom. Tina put so much care and attention to my pedicure. She took her time, didn't rush, and made sure every toe was perfect. With the wax and extra attention, it lasted about an hour. The place is quiet and peaceful. It's big enough so you don't have to listen to everyone's conversation. I will definitely be back! By far the worst salon I have ever been too! Came in with previous shellac on and instead of letting them soak off he used the drill to get majority of it off! I don't need my nails to be thin. Will never go back here. I went to get my acrylics removed and one of the ladies named Van, started just ripping my acrylic nails off, instead of putting a cotton ball of nail polish remover on them to make it easier. She ended up ripping more than half of my real nail off...to the point where it almost started bleeding. She had to glue it back on and continued doing it after I told her that it hurt a lot. Not a happy client! I went to have a pedicure for my vacation and all I wanted was a pedicure but the nail technician talked me into a manicure! She was a little rough when she did my manicure . I decided to have no nail polish on my nails was trying to give my nails a break to be healthy ! I paid the same price for manicure even tho I did not have any polish put on them ! A short time after I got a fungus in my nails ! I went to the beauty store and the women recommended a product to help cure the nail fungus ! She told me to not go back to this nail salon as they do not sterilize their nail tools ! If u get a fungus then it's because tools are not sterilized properly ! The WORST experience ever. I went Sunday night for a gel manicure and pedicure because they were the only place around that was open until 6. By Tuesday my fingernails were chipping and peeling really bad but I had too much work and couldn't get back until Friday and yes they looked horrible all week. I went in today, was seated and told the girl I would not pay again, I don't think she understood anything I said. Then she was irritated because the color she picked was not the right one I had and they never found it so I had a totally different color that I didn't like. I have the girl a good tip and was leaving and she said"excuse me can you pay now?" And then I was directed to the front desk where she told me they only have a 72 hour period and that I needed to speak to her before getting them done. She wasn't at the front desk when I got there and I told the two women who asked to help me. I pay extra for gel because I don't have time to worry about my nails. I really enjoy their services but for as much as you pay the quality could be better! I got a dip set with tips and the next day my tip broke went back and got it fixed and was still charged for it being less than 24hrs prior . And not even a week later my thumb nail cracked off. This is not the first time this has happened and quite honestly if I'm paying $60 for my nails they should be able to handle everyday activities like wiping things down with paper towels. I wish I could give this place a negative review as a one star is too much for them. I went to have a gel manicure and made the appointment online. Everything was fine until the moment I walked in. The girl that was assigned to me had no clue what she was doing and instead was rushing thru the entire process. She filed my nails with the drill and the tips became so fragile I cannot even do anything because I am afraid I will break them. They are so sharp that I am causing paper cuts to myself. I also had my nails done in Europe so the material they used was harder than just gel manicures to be removed by acetone. The girl tried to remove them and pile it off damaging my natural nails. Then I had the supervisor come in and yell at me because I was not honest on her when making the appointment over the phone when she never had talked to me or bother to call me. I also was told that they had no time for me to put the polish because apparently the incapable girl had other appointments as if I cared. They also started to speak in Vietnamese which I personally find it to be rude. If we're getting yelled at our jobs to speak in English, so should them too. And technicians should know basic English. At the end I was charged still $50. Before going on vacation I went there to do my nails. I had asked before for a quote on how much would have cost the design I wanted and was told $70 maximum but I was charged $125. Double what I was told. My usual salon was closed for construction, so I came here. I get dip manicures. At first, I was pleased, because I was in and out in less than an hour. I got my nails done on a Wednesday night. Friday night, one of my nails broke. I didn't slam it on anything, I just looked down and saw it was broken. I had this repaired Saturday morning. Sunday evening, another nail broke! Again, without trauma or cause. I have NEVER had this problem and I have been getting dip manicures for almost a year at my other salon. I will now have to go to my regular salon and pay for a new manicure 5 days into getting my nails done. It is not worth it to keep having them repair them, as I don't want to break a nail every other day. My advice is to keep driving down Park Ave. There are much better salons out there. read more

Got my nails done here for prom. It was horrible. All I asked for was a set of acrylics with a simple paint job. She made them coffin shape if you could even say that, they were all really crooked and going in different directions. I pointed it out and she tried evening it out but it was just making it worse so I asked her to stop, to paint them, so that I could leave and get them fixed else where. Redeeming this treat...I scheduled ahead for a pedicure - I was so looking forward to this experience....beautiful entry with iPad check in.. the salon was busy . There is a drying station, nail services side and pedicure side. I was taken in by Jessie who sat me at chair 17 which was unable to adjust. I am 5'7" and my legs had to be bent to put in the basin...no jets- just spray hose. I asked for the seat to be moved back so I could be more comfortable. Jessie tried but the chair was broken she said " I'm sorry, it's very busy" realizing the chair was stationary I opted to just proceed. The pedicure was complete in 25 minutes I was too uncomfortable to have more than the basic pedicure. Jessie had a nice touch with the massage, unfortunately this setting is in need of attention to privacy and comfort in the spa experience which the prices are inline with. I've been coming here for at least six months now and I'm thinking today's visit might be my last. I often request a specific manicurist and more often than not, I don't get her. Today wasn't any different, and I think I may have gotten the worst manicurist in the place. Like others have stated, language was a problem. She filed my nails down so short that she nicked my skin on two fingers. When I explained what I wanted for a design, even showing her a picture, and saying that it doesn't have to be exactly like pictured but something similar, with thin lines. Landed up with thick lines, and looks nothing like I requested, and she didn't even ask me what color I wanted her to use for the design, and now it clashes with the color on my nails.
