I walked into the salon and was greeted right away by Chanh. My wait was 3 minutes and I had no appointment. I went in to have a french mani and pedi done and I was recommended by the tech Lee to try the gel nails. I tried it and I loved it. For over 2 weeks, I had no chips or scratches. My nails are still looking shiny and simply fabulous. Lee did a really excellent job! I am glad I finally found a nail salon that has excellent customer service from everyone at the salon. First off I want to say WOW! This place not only is it impeccable but the service was OUT OF THIS WORLD! The minute I walked I in I was greeted warmly and the staff was so aattentive. Please note, that what I came to do was to remove my dip nails and I was going to possibly get a manicure. I also cane with both my Kidd', ages 8 and 4yr old. From the moMent we walked in the staff was so warm and polite, and attentive! What stood Oort to me is that they actually spoke to You, and asked what YOU wanted. WOW, just WOW! The staff offered myself and my kids water and one of the staff members and I wish I had his name offered my kids a snack, because I came after work and school and I was worried that they might be a little hungry. And the best Part about this place??? THEY'RE CLEAN! I can't tell you how many places I've been too in the past where the staff was doing my manicure and they pulled out their tools from god knows where, but the staff at Creative Nails, man oh man were they on they're game! What can I say about this wonderful nail salon? You will not be disappointed. This is a hidden gem in Weston. Train at the front desk is beyond sweet and Tony is super nice too. They do flawless work when it comes my nails. All the staff is friendly, they get along and they do quality work. They aim to please and are very professional and CLEAN. I'm going to start off by saying I have never left a review in my life so this should say a lot. Just now it was myself my sister, mother, husband and daughter. I had called earlier and asked for a specific price for a basic pedicure and a dip gel manicure. I was told the basic was $25 and the dip gel manicure was $45. When we walked in a lady named Kristine greeted us and was wonderful! She was so nice and personable. She did my moms toes which turned it great! The lady who did my toes also did my husbands pedicure and my daughters toes (she's 3 years old) my mom was sitting in the chair for over 20 mins waiting for her nails to dry after Kristine did them and accidentally bumped them the lady who did my toes looks at my mom and says "you should have let them dry" and never offered to fix it. After I asked her to kindly fix it she had a horrible attitude about it and then didn't even fix it. Kristine came back over to my mom and fixed it no problem. Then my sister who got the dip gel manicure paid $55 when we were told the price was $45. We turned back around went in there and I asked why she paid $55 when the price is $45 and the response was "well she needed a manicure too so we charge an extra $10" wait what?!?! I have never heard of that if you ask for a price of any type of manicure the manicure is included in the price. We also didn't get our eyebrows waxed due to the fact we felt like we just got ripped off with the manicure and we felt like we were an inconvenience with the nail situation. If this place was solely based on Kristine and another lady I didn't get her name this place would be 5 stars but because of the two incidents that happened I would never come back her again. I'm very disappointed especially since this place has such GREAT reviews. I had much higher expectations. read more

The sweetest people. They're so welcoming. Tippy did my pedi and did a wonderful job. She was talkative but not chatty which I loved because I still enjoy going for the tranquility of it all and relaxing a bit. My friend got a mani and pedi and the owner did her services and he is hilarious and very patient. They'd been closed for about 15 mins when he'd finished up my friends mani but didn't rush thru and was so kind while doing it. I definitely WILL be back. Clean! Courteous and Great Work! I walked in without an appointment and was taken right away. The male nail tech was friendly and chatty, however he cut my cuticles on three fingers to where they were bleeding a lot. One cuticle was cut pretty deep. It was my first experience with gel nails and I needed them to last at least a few days for a trip I was taking. On the 4th day one of the nails lifted off and after that a few more started lifting at the corners. I was under the impression it would last at least a week or so. My pedicure, which was not gel, has lasted over 10 days, so I'm happy with that. I came here because of the favorable rating on Yelp, but was disappointed in the quality of the service. I came in with my daughter to get her first mani-pedi done the day before her 8th grade dance. Her nails turned out beautiful, but she chipped the polish on 1 nail when we got home. Warning..do not go here. I NEVER write bad reviews and always give people the benefit of the doubt..everyone has bad days...but I've been multiple times and every time it gets worse. The LAST visit I had an acrylic set put on and (even though I had an appt) the girl was so rushed on the job I knew it wasn't going to turn out well. Sure enough..they looked "so-so" and I was willing to accept that but two days later three of the nails had popped off. And when I called and politely asked if I could come in and have them fixed they were more worried about figuring out who to blame it on. They acted like it was so much trouble to fit me in for a fix on THEIR shoddy work. I decided not to go back for more crap and just go somewhere else. First timer at this nail salon. Went yesterday, looking for "My New Nail Tech". came in about 7:00 they close at 7:30 me and my sister were there to get gelish mani's and pedi's so lots of work to be done. Noone complained. They took us right away both my sister and I had two people each working on us, Didnt like my nails being done while trying to enjoy my pedi, but other then that my nails look good. Wish the guy that did my nails took a little more time on the fileing, found myself refileing once home (very crooked) However, the polish was done very nicely! Also, ambionce was very nice and soothing, EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN!!! thats what i personally look for. All tools where sterilized. They even have personal kits for returning customers (Awesome). Id recomment this salon to others...Just be on top of them about the fileing or youll find yourself with short crooked nails...mine where very long and almost looked like acrylics before he got a hold of them.
