Couldn't enjoy a pedi because it was rushed to get me in and out the chair. I was seated way after a lady and she was still sitting and enjoying her pedi when I was finished and onto my nails. I am happy to report that it's still doing good work and I love how my French manicure turned out! I made the appointment for 11 am and was there on time and promptly tended to- I just get gel for mi hands and regular nail polish for my feet, so she started with my hands and was very detailed taking her time and doing a great job. Them for my feet we moved to the massage chairs- I did try to get the massage right, but today I was not in the mood- she tried to convince me but nope- I just sat quietly admiring her work as she cared for my poor feet that were in bad need for a pedicure! I was massaged and pampered and left happy with my results. It was a bit more than anticipated, but it's a $10 surcharge for the French mani and then also for the French pedi... but I'm happy with the results! All good! Enjoy

Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase a gift card from this business. I was gifted a $100 gift card for…read moremy birthday, because my mom knew how long I've been coming here and thought it would be the perfect gift.. WRONG. Upon purchase, I received an email letting me know that I had the gift card and that it's been applied to my account. Amazing. WRONG AGAIN. I went to use said gift card and upon completion of my services I go to show the digital gift card (which quite literally indicated to show it at the business) and I am informed that they will not accept the virtual gift card. I ask why not and they tell me they need a business card that they gave my mom when she purchased the gift card, that was sent digitally, or else they can't apply the gift card. The owner confirms she knows she sold the gift card, emailed the digital gift card and literally sees the gift card on my account, but REFUSES to let me use the digital gift card (which by the way even gives you the option to send to someone else who would then only have a digital gift card). After going back and forth for far longer than should have been necessary I end up paying because the business refused to accept and apply the gift card they took the money for and emailed to me. Now, I have to go through the process of disputing the purchase with my credit card company. In a city where there are three nail salons every two steps save yourself the time and headache and go literally anywhere else. Spouses, parents, friends do not purchase gift cards from this location. They will gladly take your money and then refuse to honor them.

Last week, my scheduled pedicure appointment with Kelly was switched to another technician without prior notice. Unfortunately, this technician was visibly upset and, when I politely instructed her on how I wanted my pedicure done, she became aggressive and began yelling at me. To my shock, she stopped in the middle of the service and told me to find someone else to finish. Another technician eventually stepped in and completed the pedicure, but by that point, I was already humiliated. I asked to speak with a manager at the time, but my request was ignored. Three days later, I called and spoke with Sophia, who assured me the manager would return my call, but no one ever did. I find it unacceptable that I was treated so unprofessionally and then disregarded when I tried to address the issue. At the very least, I expected an apology and some acknowledgment of the poor treatment I received. Since that did not happen, I will no longer be returning to the salon. I hope you take this feedback seriously so that no other clients have to endure a similar experience.

Even when they don't cancel, you can arrive on time and still be left waiting 30 minutes or more past your appointment time with no explanation. What is the point of making an appointment if they are not going to respect it? Another issue is the lack of professionalism in the salon. The staff spends a lot of time gossiping about clients, including discussing what people are wearing and talking about them openly while they are there. It creates a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. Overall, the customer service and professionalism are lacking. The staff are all a bunch of Cuban chusmas, and i'm cuban so I can say that! If you value your time and expect respectful service, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
