As a frequent customer of 4 years, yesterday afternoon I got a manicure at the nail salon and have…read morebeen in pain for several hours since leaving. This was the absolute worst manicure I have ever gotten in my entire life!! The nail tech was obviously annoyed when I sat down and was a bit aggressive removing the old nail polish. All of my nails are very sore and uncomfortable. Cooking dinner last night was torturously painful. Sleep was also uncomfortable throughout the night. My cuticles were over cut and my nails over filed. Mai did my manicure it was the first time she had ever done my nails since Jimmy and Jay were both unavailable. I am in severe pain and discomfort. Spoke with Rosie the Manager of the salon who offered complimentary services next month with my habitual team as a resolution. I have soaked my nails in warm salt water for 10 mins increments and using antibiotic ointment to assist with pain releif.

Viviana was wonderful. She took her time and didn't rush my services. She offered me water and even wine. It was one of the best manicures and pedicures I have ever had. This place was quiet and very relaxing. Instead of the regular polish I wanted to upgrade to the gel (on my nails only). My only negative is this place is more expensive than the other places I have been to. My total when all was done $56....and of course a 20% tip. I guess you get what you pay for??? 1. I made an appointment 3 days ahead of time. My appointment was on a Wednesday. 2. They close at 7pm. My appointment was 5:30pm. I was there for about an hour with barely any wait time once I walked in the door. 3. No massage chairs (however I didn't mind) 4. When I arrived there were 3 techs and each had a person in their chair. 5. Very quiet, spa music playing

My nail technician was Sana or shaniah, not sure how to spell her name. I was hesitant to try a new pedicure spot because I am particular when it comes to my nails. Sana was gentle and has great attention to details with the polish. Her massage was phenomenal, I just got done working out & my legs were shaking!! So the massage felt so nice. She took her time with every little step and was gentle with the filing. I really enjoyed my experience here and definitely will come back. I did a gel pedicure usually ranging from $50+, prices are fair. The only thing that I would recommend is to put cuticle oils on the toes and the heel area after the pedi. The place was absolutely beautiful from decor & everything, it felt very Luxurious. Love how the sage green complimented with the white and gold, and the nail polishes displayed on the wall. They have DND & OPI colors to choose from. Plenty of parking and local shops to grab a bite or coffee.

DO NOT GO HERE! I…read morewent in for a gel nail appointment and some cool designs. I paid $130 and the very next day ALL of the designs were chipping and an entire corner of my nail was broken off. I was shocked. I didn't even wash dishes, nothing! The nail shape was horrendous, lumpy and lopsided. The products they use are extremely low quality. The owner was not apologetic at all about me having to return, she kept saying that I must have been the reason they are all falling apart (which was insane). She said that the chrome has never chipped on anyone and then minutes later admitted that it does chip and it would likely chip again. I finally said okay please refund my money because I don't feel comfortable. (They keep offering to add more of their low quality products) they refused to refund my money. The owner was extremely rude to me and after going back and forth with her for like 20 minutes I decided to remove all of the horrific designs and just take the loss. This salon is NOT non toxic. The owner has lacks class and intelligence. At one point I told her that the only thing I did was float in the pool and she said "oh well you can not go in the pool after nail service." Never in my life have I felt so angry and insulted. My cuticles are destroyed. What a terrible experience :(
