I couldn't be more thrilled with this nail spa. It really feels like a true spa in there. Very relaxing, with fresh flowers everywhere. All new furniture, and decor. The massage chairs are the best I've sat in at a nail salon. I really have to give a huge shout out to Mya who is absolutely incredible. I believe she is one of the new owners. She is unbelievably sweet, kind, and gentle with her pedicure and manicures, and you really feel like she cares about giving you the best experience and full attention. I've actually never had a more thorough set off dip acrylics or pedicures. You can tell she works to perfection and shows a tremendous attention to detail. Nails often broke before I was able to come in for fills (usually 2-3 weeks, but more than often broke after about a week and a half) and even when I had an appointment often they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off to accommodate me. So I needed to get my nails done for a special event for Wednesday and I read different reviews for nail salons in my area. So I decided to give this salon a chance. I called and the gentleman on the phone was very polite. He told me if it was busy etc. I made an appointment for 3:30 but he gave me another call and let me know I could come in now as someone became available for me. The young lady at the reception area was so sweet. My nail technician was so sweet. She wasn't too hard on cleaning up my nails. I came back since on December I had nice experience with this local, I live close by and the person who usually do it for me she wasn't available. I took again the chance and I asked the guy how much was for regular pedicure and regular manicure and he clearly said $45 so then I asked for both gel and he told me $60 for me makes sense to do gel because I don't have to come back for a couple of weeks, the lady who did it was nice and did everything in almost two hours, but then when I went to pay the lady told me $80, I was totally shocked because I clearly asked for both and the men checked on the booklet it was $60, I'm definitely not coming back it's very disappointing the made "bait and switch" be careful with this place. read more

I visited this salon in search of a new beauty salon in Weston, as where I usually go (Venetian) is always super busy, packed and sometimes the services are done in a rush. I was highly impressed with the affordable pricing and the nail technician took her time with my nails, which I love!! I've been coming here since they opened in 2006, the owner was named John. He and his wife were the kindest most honest people. I loved coming here. Very clean very relaxing. Sadly, after my most recent experience with the new owners and receptionist I will be looking for a new place. It looks like most people write very nice reviews, but I've heard stories similar to mine cropping up about this place. I called and made an appointment for the day before. The following day there was a bit of traffic and I was trying to arrive safely. That's when their receptionist called me, 5-10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, while I was on the road driving over, which is quite a distance from home. I answered, and she demanded that I go do something for 45 min because they were running behind. I reminded her that I made this appointment the day before and I was already driving and on my way over. She then demanded to know when I would be there. I let her know it was up to the movement of traffic, but I gave her a guestimation. I am almost there, I receive 2 calls back to back from 2 different numbers, I called it back to be greeted by the same receptionist. Who again demanded to know where I was. I already told her I was driving the first time, how does she expect me to drive if she is constantly calling to harass me? Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing. She was really stressing me out. She threatened me that they could deny me service for being late. Which I honestly think I would have been there earlier had she not kept harassing me. So I show up 10 min late, and then I wait 30 min for someone to be available. Which is fine, I take responsibility for being delayed. I was very upset and stressed out. If I didn't have a gift card I honestly didn't want to be there. Then I noticed the hand written signs explaining they can refuse service for tardiness and how they don't refund gift certificates. The nail tech who did my nails was great, did a nice job. Very kind. But honestly after this experience in going elsewhere. Their prices are exorbitant, this is a service industry you're supposed to make your clients feel cared for, I just didn't get that. My mother who recently went here had a more horrifying experience where they gave her an appointment and when she came in they didn't have anyone available and tried to pawn her off to have their receptionist do the work. I hope this person is a certified nail tech. My mom having already had a negative experience dealing with the receptionist declined and basically left. read more

Came here for the first time today (Saturday) without an appointment at around 3:30pm with my boyfriend for pedis and I have to say that we had an awesome experience. He had his toenails cut and the lady (Tiffany) did a great job. She cleaned his feet thoroughly and he has an ankle injury and she made sure to ask if he was in pain or if it would hurt him if she touched or something. I thought that was great. I had a guy, his name starts with a T as well and he was awesome!!! He did my toes perfectly as well. He cleaned them thoroughly and made sure I had no calluses and left my nails looking great. They don't have a lot of staff, at least at that time, so I would probably make an appointment next time. Bad thing- they're a little pricey compared to Venetian. read more

I love this nail salon. I've been to many since moving to south Florida 2 1/2 years ago, but one day came across Creative Nail right before they were closing the day before my family vacation. The owner was more than happy to take me 30 mins before they closed, but never once made me feel bad. They made sure I had a wonderful experience. A year and 1/2 later I continue to come back and the service is always great. Recently I had Tiffany as my nail tech, and that day I was having a really rough day; she sat there and talk to me and made my day better.
