After getting quotes from three companies, Benpro was the most reasonable and transparent, so we moved forward with them, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. They even added gravel over the drain area and cleared extra soil around the dwelling to prevent future issues. Things we didn't even know we needed, but they took care of proactively. Alfred came out to explain the whole plan, and he was amazing. He walked us through every detail, clearly and patiently. During the work, one of our sprinklers was accidentally damaged, but they fixed it perfectly on the spot and made sure all the post-work cleanup was done thoroughly. You can tell Alfred takes real pride in his work and genuinely knows what he's doing. Highly recommend!

Chris the project manager was always in communication with us and his foreman Ivan was always on site and answered any questions we had. We did not have a concrete idea of what we wanted at first but Oscar was great with helping us plan by guiding us and asking about how we wanted to use our space. He also created documents to submit to our HOA for approval, and he was able to make changes quickly when needed. Victor and the crew were on time, efficient, and timely with the work. It was greatly appreciated that everything was washed down and cleaned by the crew at the end of each day. They were also able to make quick adjustments when our neighbor had some concerns with the hedges we wanted to plant. The scope of the work included adding a concrete pad, extending our concrete patio, planting privacy hedges with drainage and auto watering system, installing artificial grass with paver walkways, and adding pebbles along the exterior wall of our house. Since we have a soft watering system, we also had them install a separate line from the main. Overall, Caliscapes OC was professional, friendly, and accommodating. We even had one of the hedge plants not doing well. We reached out to Caliscapes OC to advise us on how to revive it, and they said they would replace it. We had a good experience and would recommend!

We have had Newland Landscape come out to our house for several different projects over the years…read moreand we have been happy with the outcome each time. Roland was our contractor and he gave us very reasonable estimates and stayed within budget and stuck to the timeline. They did artificial turf in our front yard and added a concrete step pathway to our front door. We were extremely happy with the way it turned out. They also did a waterfall feature in our backyard which did have a few issues, like the motor going out several times. However, every time we reached out to Roland, he followed through and sent his guys to resolve the issue. He stands behind his work, and even when the motor stopped working after a year, he sent one of his guys to buy us a new motor and get it installed without charging us for it. We were absolutely impressed with the way this company takes care of their clients and does not give up until the customer is 100% satisfied. Last month, we contacted Roland asking if he could do a small job for us; we wanted artificial turf installed on the small strip of dirt on the other side of our driveway, and even though the job was super small, Roland agreed to take the job. We had gotten another estimate from someone else and Roland's quote was far more reasonable. He sent his guys and they got the job done in two days. Overall, we are impressed with the quality of work, the very reasonable pricing, and integrity of standing behind their work. While landscaping companies are a dime a dozen, good ones are hard to find. Roland and his team at Newland Landscape are pure gold.

We've used Landscape Locators the last few years for bi-weekly yard maintenance. Both the front and…read morebackyard has turf and no grass so there really isn't that much to do. There is a hedge by the neighbors wall that needs trimming every few months and there are also some palm trees that need the dead leaves to be stripped once in a while. The service was decent at first but has gone downhill. The property is a rental so we are not there very often to check if these tasks are being done. When we went down last week we noticed a very overgrown hedge on one side while the adjacent wall was trimmed and there were lots of dead leaves left on the plants. We ended up cleaning up the dead leaves ourselves and I emailed Kevin and sent him pictures of the overgrown hedge. When the gardener Nicolas came the following Monday I asked if the hedge was trimmed. Kevin said no and said it's because it's by the pool equipment and it was too tight for him to go in and trim it. This is BS as the overgrown hedge was on the outside of the pool equipment area. Even if he had to go inside the pool equipment area there is a lot of space and not tight at all. Instead he asked for $295 to remove the hedge which is ridiculous. My neighbor also told me he has observed the gardeners don't do much. They just walk around with the blower blowing dust around instead of doing any real gardening. I don't think I am very demanding but if you don't do your job and ask for more money to do it then it's time to find a better service elsewhere.

The side yard drainage issue I had is no more! That alone was worth a lot to me. The only hang up was the patio cover. We had to get a permit, and the city took forever because of limited appointments due to COVID. Carlos did his best to keep things moving along. It also took some time to get the materials. I think the price was reasonable for all the work that was done. Carlos checked in regularly, and made sure the job was progressing.
