Ivan and his team help my family with our 2500sqft One story home and the surrounding walls of 10500 sqft. It is a big size project and take a about 1 week. We repaint basically every thing! Garage, all doors, all metal gates, metal fences, light Pilar, chimney, bbq pit, shed. They actually finish 1 day ahead of schedule! Ivan is very patient and walks us through the whole process. He gave very good advice and doesn't push or rush you. He always checks in with us to see if anything changes. The whole process is smooth and easy. I got four estimates to paint the exterior of our 2,900 sq-ft 2-story house. IVE Line was the least expensive, and his estimate wa basically just the price, whereas one of the others gave me a 20-page estimate filled with photographs, etc. The low bid and brief estimate made me apprehensive, but I talked to Ivan and he was very easy to communicate with and he supplied the details I wanted, like proof of insurance and paint type in writing. Ivan had clear knowledge of how to paint a house and was an active part of the crew -- doing some of the painting himself. Three colors were used plus enamel for the garage door and another enamel for the iron work. The majority was done with Dunn Edwards Evershield and Aristoshield -- top quality paint. The low price is due to the lack of overhead since this is a small company of family members and friends. A crew of between 1 to 4 (usually 2 or 3) was at our house continuously for 6 days to finish the job. All members of the crew were very courteous, hard working, and experienced. There were a few iterations of go-backs and touch ups, but Ivan was very accommodating. I have no regrets in hiring IVE Line Painting and would recommend them to a friend. read more

I have a loft with walls nearly 20 feet tall, and I wanted to go from a dark blue/greyish color scheme to a lighter pearl/teepee color scheme. They responded quickly to my request through Yelp, and I was lucky enough that they were able to do a walk-thru the very next day. Their quote was reasonable and beat the other bidder by about $500 (two other bidders never even showed up for the walk-thru). The owner and his son are reliable, hardworking, and professional. And they make great recommendations when little things come up during the project. I highly recommend giving them a chance, you will be pleased with the results. I hired IVE Line painting for my job because I liked their reviews and they seemed like a good local business that I wanted to support. I wasn't disappointed. Their bid was reasonable for the work performed. Ivan and his team showed up promptly and had a no-nonsense approach to the job. The original project scope was to re-paint the entire house! In addition to that, we asked Ivan to replace baseboards, re-case some doors and windows, re-spray kitchen and hallway cabinets, he applied patches in the house due to a surprise medicine cabinet cut-out behind a bathroom behind the mirror and due to some work caused by electricians that were adding appliance drops in the kitchen. The list goes on I am sure I forgot a couple things because they really did so much... Ivan and his team worked well with schedules of other contractors. They also worked well with our schedule as we were up against the wall to finish all of our house upgrades prior to moving into our new home. Ivan's communication was great and he had a good molding supplier that I could directly procure material from for a reasonable price for them to pick-up and install.
