Our recommendation for employee of the month would be Felipe. He was on his hand and knees brushing the turf to level out the new sand. He then came back on a Saturday with a motorized brush to make sure the job was finished perfectly.

The contract was written with the amount of detail that the customer appreciates, especially with a project that involves so many elements. They took total advantage because we're elderly and know nothing about plants. We just took out the $3000.00 worth of shit They sold us. 1) they sold us tropical even though I said they wouldn't work because our backyard gets too much direct sun and heat. They ALL died within a few months 2) I was told the drip system they installed could be adjusted for each plant to get more or less water. Not true 3) I explained the dirt they were planting in was old and depleted. I was told the dirt didn't matter. They did not treat the dirt or even fertilize what they planted. 4) the drip system they put in had a control that it has a 300 page online manual. Even their installer didn't know how to set it up and was unable to explain it to me. YET he told me it needed to be updated every 6 months when we changed the batteries. Of course we were not told about this requirement until instalation was completed. As I said earlier we are elderly! I asked for a simpler timer and they said there was no option. 5) they are NOT woman owned and operated. Yes, the scamming husband put the company in his wife's name for tax purposes but she CLEARLY knows nothing about plants or landscaping. When I had them come out to see the dead plants she never spoke. Her husband and Anthony did all the arguing and yelling and put all the blame on us. I have never experienced such lack of professionalism in any service industry. All I asked for, and still feel we are entitled to, is a refund. The dead plants have been removed, the inadequate drip system has been removed, and we are starting over. I was duped by a morally bankrupt company. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews on their web page! They have no place to leave a review on their web page and they aren't here so where did those reviews come from?? THEY ARE SCAMMERS! We did a full kitchen remodel in April 2026. Dan was our project manager and he did a great job…read moreorganizing all the subcontractors and communicating the timeline with us. We started with a design meeting and we were able to see what the final design would look like. They took measurements and generated the design on the spot. The renderings matched the final product very, very closely. Throughout the process Dan would check in every day to ensure progress was happening at an acceptable pace. They even worked on one weekend to make sure we could meet our original cabinet delivery date (the city ran later than expected with when they could do their inspection, which put us behind). They worked around all our time constraints as well and were super flexible. From an original timeline of 8 weeks, we were actually able to finish in 5 weeks, even with a full rewire of added scope. This was only possible (I think) because Dan lined up all the subcontractors so well with no wasted days. There was someone working everyday, pretty much all day. I appreciated having input through the whole process, especially in picking all the finishes and appliances. We picked out our own finishes and Dan helped us to find savings where possible, which helped to keep the whole project (including add-ons) under the original estimates (without the additional scope like the rewire) we got from other companies. Overall, everyone was very timely, very open in their communication, and ensured everything came out to our satisfaction (even if it meant some additional work on their part).

The design outline was misleading -- showed more pavers than what was actually on the contract. They planned the drainage the wrong way and then just blamed it on "unforeseeable" issues. We clearly told them we would be planting a tree on the planter, but they still gave us a design with drainage running under the planter. The project missed milestones a couple of times, When I tried to ask for just one day to plant the tree before the next milestone, the project manager turned around and blamed me for delaying the project. At that point I was thinking -- why do I even need a project manager? Overall the quality of the work is alright. The lead onsite manager Fernando who was actually leading the team every day is very good. But the project manager is very incapable and irresponsible, bad at planning, and gave almost no advice. After the project started he basically only showed up when it was time to collect checks from me. For the final walkthrough he didn't even come himself -- he just asked the onsite team lead to walk through with me. At the end he put a lot of pressure on us to close the project and dumped everything that was still not completed onto the onsite manager. We were under pressure the entire time.
