I had 2 technicians. One was working on a gel pedi and regular mani. Both were pretty bad. The gel pedi gave me a cut because she scrubbed so hard on my toe when she buffed and she kept insisting there was no cut. I was bleeding? On the mani it's like she barely cared about it and rushed through the whole thing. In both cases I didn't get a massage. That's one of the main things I look forward to getting. Mani was $15 and Gel Pedi was $35. For $50 I think I should've at least had even nails and an even coat. On the upside, the lady who seemed to be either the manager or the owner was really nice and apologized for the cut when I pointed it out to her. I will not be coming back. read more

Tiffany did so good! Very friendly and the nails came out gorgeous! so detailed on the shape and gentle with all the drills. Recommend asking for either tiffany or daniel if you come in. I did witness this other lady come in and on of the workers was giving her a hard time about her appointment. Her nail started bleeding and I saw the nail lady try and reach for her phone to stop her from taking pictures. you could tell it hurt by the way she yelled "oh my god" over and over. I felt so bad. Customer service was the problem this time. I was promised a do over of my nails that did not last even for two days after the service. I use the male technician there because I could not wait for the lady that usually does my nails. I was taking a plane the next day After the job, They looked beautiful, but they didn't last. After a day, they started chipping and during the first week, several broke off. I had to peel off the other ones my nails look terrible on my trip. I called immediately and he said he would fix it. I told him I was away out of state and he said not to worry that he would fix it once I return. When I got back, I reminded him of his promise, and he said that my former technician will take care of it for me. She did a great job. I was charged a full price. In spite of the fact he told me he would fix them for me. As I was debating the issue with the technician, I heard him tell his client that he only fixes nails after 2 to 3 days. I reminded him that I was 5000 miles away and could not come right away to have them fixed. It's not the money that bothers me as much as the horrible customer service and embarrassment I had to go through in front of other customers. He just should have told me that unless I went there two or three days he could not fix his mistake. Instead, I went expecting that he would do right by me and instead, I was humiliated. I even heard them laughing once I left. Not sure who it was because I didn't look back. Honesty and clear communication goes along way and customer service. read more

Unfortunately that was the worst manicure I've ever had. Just so many issues: the gel wasn't set properly so it was still sticky at the end on a few nails. The polish is patchy and transparent in spots. Several nails were not shaped. I had so much polish on my fingers, he had to scrape a bunch off. Another manicurist fixed one nail. When taking off the old nail polish I was burned with the drill. What a waste of money. read more

I live 30 mins away from this nail salon - the first time I came it was because I was in the area, but I came back a second time because of how much I loved my nails. I got Daniel on my first pop in visit and loved the way he shaped them - knowing it comes with risks of them being more delicate, I like my nails to be filed very narrow/skinny and also not very thick. Daniel gave me a polite warning (as they always do) and proceeded to shape to my request but they still felt relatively strong. Unfortunately the next day I literally slammed my hand in some weights at the gym causing two to break, so I came in for a repair. He repaired my nails at no cost and they also lasted me a full month after that. Today I came in with fully grown out nails from the first time and he did another beautiful job. Please save your money. First they told us the "regular" pedicure option was the #1 for $26 meanwhile there is a cheaper option per photos on here. They charge $10 more for dip gel manicure rather than regular gel but still use the UV light and gel at the end. They wanted to charge $5 extra for matte top coat. I was bleeding from several fingers after flinching in pain the whole the employee continued to over file the same cut that she gave me. Would not return and don't recommend. read more

By replying to me and offering some positive resolution, she is striving to deliver excellent customer experience, which is not so common these days. Mi personally takes the time to reply to almost all customer reviews - good or bad. As consumers, we all expect 100% all the time, but that is not reality. When a business owner actually listens and wants to make any mistakes right .. that says a lot. Our pedicures were not perfect the first time, but I know it was not intentional. I sincerely appreciate the time the owner Mi D took with me on the phone to make things right for both myself and my daughter. The waterfall is peaceful and relaxing. I called right before coming. And was able to be seen right away. Mindy listened to exactly what I wanted done. And had some beautiful color choices. She even suggested some different new SNS powder options to me that I hadn't seen before. She paid careful attention to a broken nail. Part 2- My sister called ahead today to let them know she would be coming in to get her nails fixed and they asked her if she could come in another hour, which she could not so she stated "if you can't fix them i would just like my refund." Daniel told her over the phone he would be ready for her the moment she walked in (she was set to be there at 1PM) When she arrived to get them fixed at 12:55 PM by Daniel the guy who was supposed to fix them had just started on a person (literally she walked in and he was gluing tips on her fingers) ... knowing someone was coming in to get nails fixed and told her he would be able to do them and asked her again to wait an hour. After she said no he was able to refund her without his boss there (which is surprising because he couldn't do it yesterday and all it took was a phone call) he then asked her to delete her yelp review. Confused she asked what yelp review? he responded with "your sister left it. can you delete it, it looks bad". I'm so sorry your bad business got a bad reviews that's not our fault ! Please do not go here. So unprofessional, the cleanliness in horrible, and the staff in untrained and unqualified. Was guaranteed satisfaction by the owner via message (included in photos) but instead was harassed and blocked from leaving a second review on my account so i'm posting it on my sisters who got the bad nails :)! don't go here!!! update: owner is saying we are lying but i have came to this salon before and had a good experience with daniel! he wasn't able to do my nails perfect but i still payed over $60 for a FILL and tipped. i even brought other customers with me as daniel requested my first visit. Extremely unprofessional, horrible with respecting other people's time. The owner Miss D called me to come in for an appointment which she promised she could service over the phone. I arrived to my appointment 15 min early and still waited another 30 min sitting waiting. I finally asked how much longer & she said I have 5 pedicures to finish before you. "Either you wait or you can leave" I had previously canceled my appointment with another salon specifically because SHE CALLED ME TO COME IN TO GET MY SERVICES DONE THERE! Wasted over an hour of my time on Mother's Day at that! All I wanted was a relaxing service! Owner Miss D was not accommodating not professional not empathetic at all!!! read more
