I really Thought that The service was going to be worth the 109$ they charged me 47 for each spa Pedicure with gel And 1 acrylic Nail removal! Which was 15$ Which were already outgrown and Missing nails already! It was me and My daughter who went to get pedicures done! I had called around to get a prices I had been to this location in the past when MINDY was there and I had no complaints with Mindy! The service and prices were always good and this time let me just say SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE! The gal who did my nails was more focused on her personal calls and checking her cell phone rather than Doing her job! I would understand if it was an emergency Shoot Go take your call but honey personal calls are on your personal times! The service was horrible! I mean horrible! I honestly don't have anything to say I really don't like leaving negative reviews because the last thing I want is to impact their business but If I can save you the money I will! Take your money elsewhere don't go here! We are all having a hard time and yes things have gotten super expensive! Everything is expensive but if you're going to charge an arm and a leg do the service right! Now for my daughter's experience! I went to this place once before and it was great, a guy did my pedicure. The second time is what will make me not return. An older lady did my pedicure, I was informed that her name is Cindy. First, she poured acetone onto a fresh blister which stung super bad. Then, she overfiled each of my toenails down to my nailbed which was very painful. I told her that it hurt, and she continued to file my nails gone. I stopped her before she could put polish on and left. I was still charged $32. See photo, she even left a hangnail on my big toe, left big toe and pinky. Horrible experience and now I'm in pain! I can't get my toenails done now because of how badly they were filed. Went with my mom to get a standard pedicure and they kept trying to force us to get gel. Then when we didn't they up-charged just for scrubbing the bottom of my feet with a pumice? I've had my fair share of pedicures and never have I ever been charged for that. I even declined at first when she asked because I've had bad experiences getting my feet scrubbed raw. Never did she say this will cost extra. I chose the standard pedicure which should be $32. $10 extra dollars? Really? My pedicure is fine, my mom's not happy with the quality of hers. I don't plan on returning. I just want to choose the pedicure I want and not be hustled for more money. We work hard! What's worse, I see a review on here from a couple weeks ago that a person was charged $47 for a gel pedicure. How is gel only $5 more than what I paid for a regular pedicure? They told my mom and I verbally $57 when they were trying to talk us into a gel pedicure. So they just decide whatever they want in the moment? The nail tech I had failed at the gel on my toes... he was messing with it alot too (with a file?) and had to have known it was going to peel off immediately. Instead of fixing it, he sent me off. The first coat probably was not fully dried (needed more time in the blue light) before he applied the second. Plus the scrub could have been longer! He barely wiped it on me before washing it off. I brought my nieces to get manicures and ended up getting new gels on. The polish was perfect, the salon was nice and the gentleman that did my nails was great in the 3rd or 4th chair. I'm new to the area and I was really excited to try this place because of all the great reviews. I was unfortunately very disappointed. I got a pedicure and a hard gel manicure. The person who did my pedicure clipped very close to my skin and it bled. I did feel a little pain but by the time I looked down there was a piece of cotton ball put on it and I couldn't see if there was blood until I got in my car. They also cut off too much on the side of my big toe kind of at an angle and it looks uneven. I have never had that happened before at other places I've gone to. I also do think the cuticle care could've been better. It just looks very poorly done. During my manicure the tech got started and fully removed my old set when another customer voiced out that they didn't have time for their service and she needed someone to get started on her. The person doing my manicure gets up in the middle of my service and starts to work on the other woman. So I was sitting there wasting time. I was very upset that I was pushed to the side. When the tech came back I noticed that the work was very rushed and my nails came out unevenly shaped. I asked for them to be cut and evened out since I had some growth but the tech just filed them however fit. I didn't say anything to either techs because I just wanted to leave since both services were disappointing. read more

One of the worst pedicures I've ever gotten. First time my toe bled. My friend was getting married and wanted to get her nails done before her big day. We chose Creatips because they picked up and we made appointments. I'm all for supporting local businesses and my people. So when they f*cked up, I'm not going to go Karen or take their money. I do want people to know that this is the first time I ever bled. The lady who did my pedicure clipped away my cuticle so closed to my skin and it bled, and she kept going. I felt a short pain but couldn't tell what she wasn't doing and didn't see the blood until after I got home to inspect. At the spa, she had a cotton ball on it. I didn't know it was bad. I usually have trust in these ladies and I have a high pain tolerance. See photos of my right toe that had blood around it. The nail polish job was bad too. And my friends pedicure was bad because they rushed it because they had a walk in and missed many areas. She had to tell them multiple time and show them. Their quality control needs improvement. Or maybe teach their ladies not to cut your cuticles away. Bleeding is a bad sign. Gotta go get a tetanus shot now. read more

The space is nice and the staff is friendly, but unfortunately I can't recommend this salon based on the manicure and pedicure I received yesterday. The attention to detail was really lacking. I chose a polish color from their display, but it turned out to be nearly empty and unusable. They replaced it with a completely different brand and shade--close, but not the same. I could've overlooked that if the actual polish job had been decent, but it wasn't. The layers were uneven, the tips weren't finished, and on several nails, the polish didn't even reach the edge. Same story with the pedicure. Add to that bubbling from the fan. Overall it was just a disappointing experience. I'd suggest skipping this one. read more

Been coming here semi-regularly for the past 2 years. I like the quality of work almost 90% of the time. The staff are friendly and the decor is always very cute and modern. I also like how the place is always clean and there's good working a/c unlike other nail salons. The price is consistent and reasonable as well. My only gripe is that I had to wait numerous times even with an appointment. One time, I made an appointment for my daughter and I, and they didn't start on her for 45 mins! I was excited to try this place since the reviews were great. Sadly I was disappointed. I got a pedicure (which is great) and a full set with gel. I normally get Gel X but they said they didn't have time but can do a full set. Which seemed odd since it's the same thing. The person doing the acrylic dropped it all over my fingers, had to scrape and reapply the acrylic multiple times. And then left it to dry so my skin on my finger is stuck to the acrylic nail. There's left over residue all over my fingers. Some nails are crooked and also none of my nails reach my cuticle causing it to look grown out after just 1 day. This was probably the worst set I've ever had and I left disappointed and Ive been scraping acrylic off of my fingers for the last day. read more

I absolutely love this nail salon. Daniel is my favorite. I can show him a picture of whatever design, shape, or color and he will make it happen. It always comes out better than the picture. But to be fair I have gotten my nails done multiple times from the other nail technicians when he was busy or off for the day and each time they come out exactly how I want them. I've never had a bad experience here. This place goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with beautiful nails. The pedicures are also amazing like I said I've never had a bad experience here and I'm not the easiest client to work with lol I am picky AF especially when it comes to nails and this salon always gets it right. Walk-in at 10am for two people, and they were able to accomodate us right away. I forgot to get the names of the staff, but I had a young man. I think his name was Tommy? I had arrived as a walk in, and in under 10 minutes I was easily assisted.
