Got rear ended and needed to take my vehicle to get repaired. Found Creation Collision on google with good ratings. So I decided to call them for a quote. I spoke with cesar, and let me tell you his knowledge and care for what he does is like no other. He explained in detail what was wrong with my car and what it would take to fix it. That showed me how passionate he is about his craft. The process was smooth and easy, they helped me with my rental car and dealt with insurance as well. Cesar went above and beyond to get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. Cesar treated my car like it was one of his with pride, and care, and it showed on his work. Cesar has a costumer for life, and I will recommend him to anyone that wants to get there vehicle taken care of right. read more

Cesar and his team were amazing. Unfortunately for me my car was hit a second time on the same side after being newly fixed. His shop was my second opinion and the best decision I've ever made. Not only did he explain everything to me, he even pointed out things the shop of horror (previous shop that fixed my car the first time) did below good service. He fixed all my damage and their mistakes in a timely manner. He kept me up to date with any issues he thought I should know and even lit a fire under my insurance companies ass so he could start working on it right away. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. He truly loves his work and it shows in how passionate he explains things to you. Thanks again Cesar and shop read more

I recently had my daughter's car repaired at Creation Collision Center after it was involved in a multi car accident. Cesar personally walked me through each step of the insurance company claims process which involved several companies. He stayed on top of the process, providing me timely updates. Once the insurance claim process was completed I scheduled a drop off date and time. Upon my arrival, Cesar already had the rental car rep on site ready to get my rental going. The quality of the work was A+ and completed on time. My experience with CCC was very professional, stress free, up front and honest. I'd recommend CCC, Cesar and his team to anyone needing auto body repair work done. Thanks Again Cesar & Team!! read more

Ceasar was very friendly and went out of his way to help us when my daughter got rear ended. I asked for a reputable body shop on the Nextdoor app and he ended up living in my neighborhood around the corner. He came to my house early morning to check her car and take photos. He then got us a quote and set me up with Enterprise to get my rental car. His wife was very friendly as well when we went to the office. I highly recommend his company and we have to use him again unfortunately; but he is so professional and nice to help us out again. 110% recommend this body shop. read more

Cesar is a friendly, upstanding man who worked with me and took the time to figure out what my problem was, and the plan of attack to fix it. I had a dent in my side skirt from running over a curb. He walked me through every step and explained the cost breakdown of the calculator, as well as the time estimates. It was originally estimated to finish in 4 days - Cesar finished in 2 with time to spare. The side (and entire car) looks immaculate, as if the dent was never there. They went above and beyond - it looks as if the entire car was detailed! Would highly recommend. read more

I was very lucky to find creation collision center because I came from los angeles to visit my family and a women who hit me did not have insurance. I took my car to Caesar who was amazing and has amazing customer servive. After they were done with wife's car it looked brand new and she was so happy with the job they did. I asked for some estimations for paint job and it looks like when I come back on June to visit my family for vacation I'm getting my car painted because they charge twice in los angeles. Thanks Caesar and hope to see you in june. read more

I seldom post review on Yelp, but the owners of this business impressed me which I want to share my experience with others if you are looking for a collision service. Both Cessar and Ingrid took care of car rental and insurance company issues for me. And most importantly, they did a good job fixing my car to make looks like a new car. By the way, car rental agent told me he had heard some good reviews from other renters about creation collision as well. Kudos to Cessar and Ingrid. read more

If you need your car repaired or just need a paintjob. Don't hesitate to bring your car to them. I would give them 10 stars but it only allows me to give him 5. read more
