Impeccably neat and clean. The environment is geared towards kids and tweens. Nitrogen chilled ice cream is now one of my favorite types of ice cream! I have seen many photos and experiences of this new ice cream shop and knew we should visit! The process is simple, pick a base, premium, organic, coconut milk and one other I can't remember. Pick your flavor, we had mint, and pick mix ins like Oreos, chocolate curls, fresh strawberries, etc. then choose toppings. Into the machine it goes, in which you can stand close by and watch the magic of the liquid nitrogen and also feel the somewhat cold gas cloud surround you. Our daughter enjoyed watching it and feeling it. I will say, for 3, rather large cups it was over $25. The ice cream wasn't anything spectacular, but I suppose it's about the show. Everything was great, but would suggest ice bags for those with extra ice cream to take home, like the froyo places offer. There are a variety of flavors; for example, there's matcha, taro, Thai tea to name a few. Since we were still full from dinner, I split a regular cup of matcha and coconut milk with a friend. I regret it took me so long to visit. I'd heard over and over the pricing was steep but it was near my dinner spot so I decided to finally try it. The concept is really neat, my 9 year old was just as amazed by the liquid nitrogen as the younger kids in line. $6 for a regular size with no mix ins was 100% worth it. When I came in a customer had to tell me where the line started and there were 4 or five people working. Cute concept, cute decor, they even offered vegan and dairy free options.
