It's a little shop that spoke of its history just down the street from downtown Princeton and Princeton University. There is street parking, but we had parked in a parking garage near the downtown shopping area and walked over. It only took just about 7 minutes. Maybe less if you're not traveling with kids. There are two doors but one is exit only. Go through the one on your left. They have a steady stream of customers and I spotted these huge waffle cones with gigantic scoops of luscious ice cream. I honestly had no idea what I was getting into since it was an unplanned visit. Though there was a line, it went by quickly and by the time we got up there, there were more people behind us. We were definitely the odd ones out because it seemed like everyone else knew what they wanted and I was still trying to digest the menu and what they offered. I could feel the impatience as I asked my questions. The good news is they're pretty knowledgeable about ingredients! One of my kids has food allergies and though he was okay with getting soft serve, which was clearly not a popular option, they were nice enough to call out a manager to answer questions.
