Portions are insanely too big. They just keep pouring things on, the end game is somehow it means everything is wet. The bowl is like eating mush. Gauc is ass, salsa is ass, queso is mid. Wanted to leave a quick review after the fantastic experience we had ordering catering for our kid's bday party. We ordered the "taco party for 10," and added trays of black beans and rice, and that was way more than enough to feed a pack of hungry post-soccer boys, while having tons of leftovers. The order came with the little taco trays and the kids all made different variations of bowls or tacos, each with their preferred ingredients. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. Ordered on the app and pickup was so easy. We've been in a couple of times since (using points from our big catering order for fun extras) and can't say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone is and how much we enjoy the food. The curly fries are even made fresh to order. Love it! It's so nice having a locally-owned burrito place in Pennington and we're looking forward to continue visiting! read more

When we got home and opened the package, we found missing ingredients in both the tacos and salads--worse, they didn't even include the dressing. Extremely disappointing. I can not stress how excited I was that a burrito place was coming to Pennington. I love me a good burrito. Perhaps my standards are a little too high but Bubbakoo's has left me seriously disappointed. First the good: the ingrediants seem fresh and the menu options are creative. But 1. Food is always cold, even when I come pick it up myself. I believe staff needs to prioritize orders better. This most recent order, I went to pick up my food. The first burrito was already in the bag. The second burrito didn't get made until 15 minutes later. By that time burrito #1 was stone cold. As for burrito #2, I watched as the hot ingrediants for the second burrito sat unattended for 5 minutes before it was completed... enough time for it to settle into unpleasant room temperature. Burritos need to be stuffed, rolled and wrapped while theyre still hot and put directly in the bags at the same time if they're part of the same order. Don't just think you can get away with blaming it on the Doordash driver. 2. Nearly every order has some kind of mistake. Ingredients get left out. Pinto beans get mixed up with black beans. You ask for white rice -- you get brown rice. This most recent order there was no salsa on one of my burritos. Maybe you can get away with that if you're ordering a burrito with protein but when it's just a plain bean rice and cheese burrito and there's no salsa... it makes a big difference. 3. Tortillas aren't being cooked long enough so they taste like refrigerated Mission tortillas fresh out of the package. Yuck. You could have something good here but staff needs to hustle a little more and put a little more care into making the burritos. As as now I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The food is greasy and nothing special at all. And every time I order a bowl the rice is never fully cooked. I prefer chipotle 100%. We have ordered take out a few times and trying to order on their website is impossible. I've tried calling in a Togo order and they won't take any orders over the phone.
