So my mom and I stopped by Crazy Quesadilla with high expectations after reading online reviews. First, the Philly quesadilla was amazing perfectly crispy and the flavor was outstanding! I also loved the ranch dipping sauce however, the "queso" that I got for my side was thinner than the ranch and it tasted like water. My mom had the Chicken Bacon quesadilla which was extremely dry and there was no bacon visible to the eye. A good queso would have made it much more flavorful.
