If I was able to give half a star I would! The only good thing about this place is their açaí bowls. Legit waited 45 mins for 3 breakfast sandwiches and 1 açaí bowl. And it doesn't help that the waitress gave one of us the take out menu. And didn't tell us until 15 minutes later after we had ALREADY ORDER That we needed to order something else. Mind you we were the only ones in the restaurant!!! If you're looking for just 6 breakfast sandwiches and 6 açaí bowl than this is your place. Love this place. We live near by and drove by it all the time, finally decided to try it out today. I'm glad we did. The food is awesome, the staff is friendly. My egg Benedict is almost perfect (almost cuz the fries that come with needs a little works, but that me being critical). Got to try some sample of smoothies too and it was a bomb. My only complaint is the restaurant is so small and cramped. But they do have a nice patio, it is just too chilly to sit outside today. read more

Absolutely love their açaís! The consistency is what makes them so much better than most places. I am so so so so happy they finally changed their "small" to a bigger small. Just read they were under new management. Any reviews before November 2017 are not for these people! We walked in and ordered two shakes and bacon fries to have there. We watched the takeout driver come and go three times. Finally one shake gets delivered. It's wrong. We asked for things to go because we had lost our patience. They gave us one shake to go. We complained about the screw up (supposed to be two shakes and fries) and about how we had waited a half hour at this point. They started to argue behind the counter. One person agreed with us. We walked out empty handed and drove to Kelly's on the beach. Had our food in 5 minutes. read more

The food at CGK is delicious. My favorite is the chicken sandwiches. The service is DEPLORABLE. Rude is an understatement. Ownership appears to be on board with this behavior. I would strongly advise that you order in person, ordering online is a nightmare, if you are relying on what you are quoted on the invoice. Do not come at the time that the website states it opens, the staff arrives when it's convient for them. Thought I would stop in this morning and try it out. I was the only one in the place, Waited a good 5 mins before the waitress who was literally standing right next to me in the tiny place to say something. The food is great. But it seems like recently they just can't handle the volume of customers. We recently had to a cancel an order after waiting an hour. For 2 burgers and an order of fries. Absolutely insane. They need to figure out the wait time estimate on their online ordering app. If I had seen the food would take over an hour, we wouldn't have ordered, but the estimate was 20 minutes! The owners are super sweet! I loved that they asked for our names so when they checked on us they could address us by name. It made the visit feel more familiar and comfortable. The food is delicious. We ate there twice during our weekend visit to the Boston area and would recommend the chicken and waffle and the eggs Benedict. I knew his place was tiny inside, no tables. Only counters and stools. I went for breakfast and to my surprise they only have breakfast sandwiches. No omelets, pancakes, waffles or egg plates. They do have lunch and dinner options but I wanted breakfast. But that's fine, I ordered an egg, bacon cheese sandwich $6.00. At first look the sandwich seemed great. The bun was toasted but the bottom bun was cold. Instead of a fried egg it was a folded flat omelet. The waitress never asked how I wanted my egg cooked and I didn't ask. The cheese tasted generic, I didn't like the taste. This sandwich did however have a generous amount of yummy bacon. I was given a sample of their homemade açaí cup and it was delicious. Good food and attentive friendly service but the place is EXTREMELY TINY and when u can score a stool it is quite uncomfortable seating. Menu pricing and what's included with your omelette is MISLEADING. Dont get burned by thinking your meats are included in your omelette price as it states in the menu and then get charged an extra $8 for them! They need to either reword the menu, explain your options better or compensate you for their mistake. Too bad because the meal was quite good. read more
