I've been a long time customer and I just had the worst experience I've ever had in this store. I…read morewalk in and get greeted and asked if I want to start a fitting room for the one item I'm holding, I say no, great, now I can shop.. but nope.. the owner I'm assuming, a woman (who I've heard from previous employees is a bad person) greets me again and asks if I want to start a fitting room.. I said no. I worked in retail, I know what they're doing and it's beyond rude and annoying. I'm an adult, with a job, and an education, I do not take kindly to being a suspected thief or being profiled.. another employee approaches me and ask if I need help or a fitting room, no, I'll ask for help when I need it, I say. Then the owner approaches me again and asked if I want a fitting room, I say no, if you guys don't leave me alone I will leave, do you want me to leave? She said yes. So I dropped my items on the floor and walked out. Little does the owner know, because she's never there, that I am a long time customer and have spent quite a bit of money there over the years.. instead, she treats me like a criminal because I don't like to be bothered by people, especially not her. If I want to carry items around because I'm deciding on outfits or want to see how much I'm racking up as I pile things on my arms (I had 4 items), let me. I'm in gym clothes and have tattoos, so I'm being profiled? But fail to acknowledge I am wearing $130 nikes, and you think I wana steal $18 jeans? Haaaaa.. One of the last times I was in the store buying winter jackets (which I bought 2, and jeans, and t shirts, and under shirts, and a purse) her husband I'm assuming was very kind and pulled some new jackets out for me that were in a new shipment that wasn't completely out yet. Thank you for that. With business practices like this from her coupled with the things I've heard about her and how she has treated previous employees, training employees to be annoying and assume every customer is a thief, while disrespecting long time customers as well as new customers I bet.. I think I see where your business is going. I hope you shape up lady. And to all of your current employees who have been super helpful EVERY SINGLE TIME I've come in, thank you. You deserve to be working for a cooler company and have a better boss.

Every rack is so empty! The other day I went on a Saturday I believe and I found so many good and cheap things here! That would be like the main reason why everyone keeps coming to this place it's because of their prices! Way better priced then Ross. WAYYY cheaper. During this time I did find a some good quality clothing for the start of winter. I bought many items around 7 and I only paid $33! That is crazy cheap I tell you. I'll keep coming here no matter if I get a hit or miss with the clothes because the prices cannot be beat. The service on the other hand is pretty bad. nobody really cares about their job. they just kind of mope around so don't expect much from them.

So I went in today to find a pair of boots, and I found the cutest boots!! and that too for such a good price ! Another pro, the boots and their prices are amazing, anyways! so My size wasn't there for the boot that I wanted and I asked a lady who worked there and she was very nice but her little computer said that there is 1 left in my size.....and...! she couldn't find it, which is why I said the store is a hot mess. Then I try to place an order for the boots, as an employee said I could...and they wouldn't let me place it!! why? because it was less then 20$ and because it was 16.98 and not 16.99. Made no sense to me at all. If i am a paying customer and I willing to pay for the shoes upfront. Why are you turning me away?? Annoying! Anyways I ended up ordering them through the website. I didn't match my jacket or smaller pocket zipper on my jacket. I asked the person why they didn't match same color as the older zipper because it doesn't look good. She said they replaced whatever zipper they had. I asked can they replace it with black. She said it will be $42 more. I told her this is disappointing, it's not right and I'm not happy with the service. She just didn't care. It's sad, they don't care about good service. 0 Stars!

So i guess "store policy" is call up the next customer before your receipt is even printed out when you are making your purchase. I can't stand that, but am used to it. On this day I had my bank money bag out and credit card out , the worker calls next customer up . I am irritated by this since my money bag is out. Then she goes even further , while I still am putting my reciept away.... She tells the customer to place her items on the counter with my money and credit card. Really? Have some common sense. I was not taking long at all, no respect for my personal belongings. Im hurrying and drop my credit card as I'm leaving, thank goodness I noticed I dropped it. I ask to speak to management and notify her that I am upset. She gives me a whole speech on how they are timed at the register and I would have to call cooperate. Timed or not, use your head! You don't have the next customer throw thier items damn near on top of your personal items. The table top is small, no excuse for this!
