I requested, if possible, to split the 9 yards as I have a circular driveway and would be easier for my worker. As I attempted to leave my home for a scheduled doctor appointment, to my surprise, I found both entrances totally blocked with mulch! I immediately called the office and explained the situation. The owner, Jerry, clearly stated there was nothing he could do about it. I voiced my concern about not being able to exit my home in the event of an emergency. I suggested perhaps the driver whom was only 10 minutes away could come back and make a path. I was so taken with his "I don't care" attitude especially being an owner. What is more disappointing was his lack of respect. His nasty tone thinking he is superior to everyone else. I wonder if he is this disrespectful to his workers. Jerry, you have alot to learn apparently about customer service and truly you are a poor excuse for a man!!

I tried on two previous occasions with two other landscapers and was disappointed both times. Ken understood what I was hoping to create with my outdoor spaces and made it happen. He used plants and rocks that were different and beautiful. One of the trees that he found for me, he hoped he could find another for himself! It is probably my favorite. Ken oversaw the project with a critical eye. He was not afraid to make changes to his original plan, in order to please me, or his own sense of style as the project progressed. In addition, he did my fencing and lighting. I didn't have to deal with coordinating between companies. Ken took care of it all. He was so easy to work with. Total Concepts will continue to maintain my property going forward. It always looks wonderful and I am confident that it alway will. I am so happy with the results and so happy that I found Total Concepts!

Went in and reserved a box truck on 07/07/26 for the date of 08/01/26 to move my disabled mother…read moreinto her new apartment and showed up at my scheduled pickup time of 8am promptly to be told that not only was my reservation cancelled without my being notified but that my truck had already been rented out to another customer and there was and would be no truck for me to rent. This is after I paid $160 up front for this reservation a month ahead of time. I was told there would be a refund but have still not seen the money return to my account. Everything about this situation and interaction was despicable and horrific business. I will never return to this Home Depot for any kind of business and will take my custom up the road to Lowe's.
