We tried fried shrimp, red beans and rice, fried okra, hush puppies and Cajun fries, the food was excellent, and the service was very good, thank you Diana! We will return. read more

This is the best crawfish I've ever had, and I use to travel all over the US for work and it is by far the best. The beer I ordered was a little warm, but they were very busy so it may not have had enough to cool down. We did have a little wait to be seated, but I would have waited longer, the food is worth it!! Staff is super nice. Once you order your food it comes out quick, hot & correct. They had a pretty good kids menu for my 1 yr old. They had a Highchair for her to sit as well, which I just didn't realize how important that was until I was eating crawfish and my hands were messy so I needed her secured into her own seat. It's a little noisy, but they had games on and the place was packed so nothing I didn't already expect. One of my very favorite restaurants!! read more

Found this great place in Cypress for Cajun Seafood, we've been here twice and have liked everything we've eaten. The crawfish cheese bread is a must for the appetizer! I've had the Garlic Noodles with Crawfish and I've had the shrimp and grits which was fantastic. read more

Just received my order...and there's clearly an issue with the restaurant receiving to-go orders. As I saw another patron left a review of having an issue as well. I walked in and placed my order. The hostess was pleasant and assisted me with answering my questions. She asked for MY telephone number which I provided MY information. And she confirmed MY name. As the story progresses you'll see why I emphasized MY... I ordered the crawfish cheese bread, salt and pepper headless shrimp, smack sauce, and combo 2. The hostess indicated I would receive a text when my order was ready. I sat and waited.... When my order was ready, she brought me my food. I never received a text. My best friend texts me and says someone from crawfish cafe cypress location placed an order under her number and the order is ready.... I told her I'm at the restaurant and just received the order I placed. Before my response to her, she calls the restaurant to see what's going on.... The hostess is explaining that she can confirm that there was no fraudulent activity as I paid with my card physically at the restaurant. My bestie then conferences me into the call and we are speaking to the manager and explaining there is some incorrect information on the back end that needs to be fixed on their side.... Example being, her telephone number is also linked to my account apparently. Thankfully, the stars were aligned in this case since 1) I walked in, placed my order and waited and 2) it was someone I knew who received the information of my order status as someone can easily come and pick up an order they did not place or pay for... This is why this needs to be corrected ASAP! Update: my bestie just received a text from the automated system thanking ANDREA for choosing Crawfish Cafe and asking to complete a survey. Meanwhile, her name is ASHLEY and she never ordered anything but I am still waiting on the communication to inform me that my food is ready... The hostess did not do anything wrong but the system you have her using did! read more

Crawfish Cafe - 6 Fried Shrimp - Seafood Near Me - Cypress, Texas

Where do we begin?! Atmosphere was great, our waitress provided great recommendations and was very attentive. Ordered the crawfish flatbread and charbroiled oysters that were so good. The best part was the crawfish. Great flavor, size and not dry. Had the beignets and ice cream which was a perfect ending. Not to mention the sink on the way to the bathroom to wash our hands and not have to actually go into the restroom. We definitely found our new spot. read more

What a wonderful surprise to have a black hair in my mouth while eating my smack pack. Absolutely disgusting! Why are cooks not wearing hair nets. Make me wonder about the condition of your kitchen. read more

I've only been to the crawfish cafe located in Bellaire, but the service at this location in Cypress exceeds the Bellaire location. Jimmy was our waiter and he was amazing! He checked on us multiple times and gave us great suggestions when ordering. There was plenty of space to sit, tables and booths, & they had everything we needed at our table from condiments to extra seasonings. My husband and I shared the garlic Thai basil crawfish which was so flavorful and juicy!! We also got the crawfish cheese bread for the first time which I highly recommend, not too cheesy & a good amount of crawfish! Lastly we ended it with some beignets and ice cream! The beignets were warm with just the right amount of sweetness & the ice cream tasted like vanilla blue bell! We'll be back very soon! read more

Great place food is great one of the first places I go as soon I get home from traveling

We had shrimp tacos and shrimp and grits. Both were excellent and the server Hieu did a fantastic job.

I was traveling on business and love poboys so I got carry out. I ordered a fried shrimp poboy with Cajun fries, a side order of the garlic noodles and an order of the Cajun fried rice with crawfish. The food was amazing. The poboy was probably the messiest poboy I've ever had because it was so loaded with shrimp. The fries were absolutely perfect. I highly recommend both. The garlic noodles and Cajun fried rice rounded things out perfect and was enough for a couple meals. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again. read more

I love this place, I used to go to your restaurant on Bellaire (China town). Now you are so close to me that maybe a good thing depending on who you ask. The staff here is friendly and engaging. The menu is all good except the MP items (market price). I will stay clear because your next to HEB and I get can those item for less. Yes, crawfish cafe has the flavor, but for that MP, I will do my own the pop-pop (Dan-O's reference). I like this place is kept clean and the restroom is clean and just have a nice vibe to chill and eat. See you all again soon. read more

the crawfish was soo fresh, sauce was sooo good and our waitress cindy was the best!!

First time to eat here and the food and service was fantastic! The cajun/asian fusion flavors are really complimentary to one another. We had a bit of a wait being Valentines Day but once seated it was all great. This will now be our go to for Cajun! read more

This is the second time I have tried Crawfish Cafe and I believe that if you want crawfish you are at the right place possibly. I came back to give them a fare shot! Wonderful food coma right now! We had the Crawfish Egg-rolls & Crawfish Cheese Bread to start- SO Good!! After having a cornacopia of food I was largely disappointed, not by the quantity but by the quality. Although I did leave fuller than a fat woman's pantyhose, it was not as nice as it seems. The mud bugs were undercooked with no taters, the cat fish was dry and tasted like my ex, gritts were too watery but in the bad morning on the toilet way. Service was wonderful however. I tried the oysters and was disappointed when I saw something slithering around, while I'm all for natures ozempic, I would like to not ingest a parasite unknowingly. Now the boudin balls were bigger than swollen you know what's and were MOIST just how my date wanted them. Overall I'd give this place a 5/10 due to the service and viewing the wait staff provided. Food was ight but not something an Ethiopian child would willingly eat. read more

I usually go to the heights location and love it! I was in the area and wanted to try this location out. I ordered my go to crawfish order. The crawfish meat came out grey and mushy. Not sure if it was over cooked or old. Will not be back to this location unfortunately. Service was okay. read more

Crawfish are great. I highly recommend this restaurant. Good food, good service, good location.

I am an avid seafood lover, but not so much a crawfish lover. I had the Boiled Shrimp with mushrooms and the empanadas. Great food. Service was fast and efficient, and it was a great atmosphere. read more

Excellent! Service was great! They are very nice and food was fresh and prices are reasonable. The happy hour list was great as well!

The food was good. Ordered the crawfish, shrimp, and crab legs. The pasta was ok. The fried rice was ok. The crawfish was ok. The shrimp was great. It took forever to get the crab legs - a really long time. I ordered unsweetened tea and got sweet. The wait time is much too long. read more

Delicious!! Definitely will be back to visit. Best viet cajun crawfish I've had in a while

Everything on their menu is delicious! The service is great from beginning to end, every time!

As someone who used to work in restaurants and who never writes reviews, I feel the need to actually say how bad the service was. My husband and I, with our daughter, waited 20 minutes before having to grab a server and ask for service. The server who we talked to was sweet but it seems like the hostess forgot to assign our table to someone according to the server (and which I could've guessed). It's like the servers don't have assigned sections? Forgetting to assign a table as a hostess happens but then we sat there for 20 mins with no water, nothing.. it was blatantly obvious no one had been by our table and no one seemed to notice or care so we left. The food smelled good tho :') will probably just stick to Bellaire location lol read more

9/1/2024. This salt and pepper shrimp was either old and they just threw it in a skillet to warm up or someone doesn't know how to cook it. I tried to eat them but every piece was old, dried out, and hard. There were probably 10ppl in there including staff and my food took forever. The staff was in a corner giggling rather than helping the ppl at the counter. I do NOT recommend this place. Just watered down version of Lotus. read more

The food was spectacular, best place I've tried yet. The service was so friendly and the food was prepared fast.

Was craving some crawfish and garlic noodles and this was the perfect place to go! The food was very seasoned and delicious and I will definitely be coming back. The food and ambiance was really good! We ordered the crawfish eggrolls and calamari for appetizer. Then we ordered the crawfish which had really good flavor. The service was ok. Our server only came a few times and then there were times where we had no refills and had to wave down the server. Overall food was good! read more
