Love Love these wings.... Made a visit with my son whose 27 and we loved it, cooked fresh while you wait. The sweet and spicy More sweet than spicy is my favorite. My son prefers the soy garlic and the truffle fries are delicious. They have a lunch special that comes with fries and a drink that's worth the price. I have been craving wings greatly and this spot did not disappoint. It is a great place to takeout food and eat with friends and family. We ordered three different types of wings (garlic soy, red pepper soy, Thai sweet, and buffalo), which were double fried and boneless. We also ordered two types of fries (sriracha truffle and parmesan), which were all very delicious. I've been ordering from Cravwings since it opened years ago. So happy to have had them because while I went to college in the city, I only swore by bonchon and boka. I know the pain of having to order the chicken thirty minutes ahead. Standing with the others who also waited that time ahead. Hoping that it's your order next that they're pulling up. In all this time, the word I'd give Cravwings to describe it in a nutshell is "inconsistency". Cravwings is that one you fall for in the beginning, they're great because they have a lot to prove, there's a honeymoon stage and then the excitement is gone and you're kind of over them and there's no magic anymore so it feels like they've also stopped trying. In the beginning, the chicken used to he so crispy and saucy and flavorful. I was happy to know that the Cravwings I brought to a potluck party sold more than the Bonchon some other person brought. And now... all I get every time I order when I order is soggy skin chicken with barely any sauce on it. What happened?! I know ya'll can serve it up on the sauce more. Just tried CravWings today for the first time, lunch for a family of three, and we are immediate fans! Deliciously crispy, meaty wings with explosive flavors in the sauces -- or at least three of the four. We loved the buffalo, hot pepper soy, and sweet & spicy sauces. The garlic soy sauce didn't do much for us. BTW, I really like the option to go halvsies on a 10-piece order, 5 each of 2 different sauces. We liked the creamy coleslaw too. We'll definitely try the dumplings next time. Ordering online was easy. One small thing - It would have been nice to have carrot and celery sticks included. I ordered delivery and my Korean Fried Chicken craving was deeply satisfied. This is the best option in the northern Bronx, which means ordering delivery from a store in southeast Yonkers. While a little expensive, it's better than having to go all the way into Manhattan or out to Flushing for perfectly crispy, sauced wings. I placed an order for pick up but unfortunately, it wasn't tasty and the coleslaw was spoiled and I had to spit it out. I find it comical that people who can't tell the difference between an American buffalo wing and Korean fried chicken are leaving negative reviews. Do you also complain that lo mein from your local Chinese takeout isn't as good as pasta from an Italian restaurant? Anyway, Cravwings makes good chicken. Fresh, crispy, and well seasoned. I find the sauces a little too sweet, but that could be just me. I wouldn't say it's quite as good as the great shops in Flushing, but it's still really good. Came here for a late night snack with some friends for the first time. I was very happy with the wings I ordered the hottest they had on the menu. I like spicy food but not to the level where it is unbearable and I asked the cashier if I could sample the sauce and she gave me a taste. It has a nice heat and kick to it. We also had the buffalo wings which tasted great. I like the crisp of the wings when you bite into them and the meat just falls into your mouth. This is my favorite chicken place in Westchester. Crispy and sooo tasty. My family loved it so much that we'll visit soon. I usually go for very spicy wings but these wings had so much flavor... and my favorite one was sweet and spicy. The only one thing that you need to look for is that it takes little long (~20 to 25 min), I would recommend call in for pick up or do online order (saw $5 coupon - photo attached). I'm a big fan of Cravwings! The wings are crispy, juicy, and a perfect complement to Cravwings' assorted sauces. The breading for *both* the tenders and the wings was crispy, if lacking in seasoning (making it an ideal "sponge" for the sauces). Some things to note before visiting: *The wings are prepared fresh...so they take about 20-25 minutes to make. Keep that in mind if you're eating at Cravwings, as opposed to bringing them back to your place. The tenders, meanwhile, only take about 6 minutes to prepare. Both taste great. *The amount of seating at Cravwings is quite small. It only seats about 16, if that. *The Buffalo and Sweet and Spicy sauces are excellent and flavorful. They are spicy and tangy, respectively. Their hottest sauce, however (I think the soy one?), was not hot at ALL. Be warned! *Every order comes with complementary celery and bleu cheese sauce. Dope! *As others have noted, the chicken heats up nicely in the microwave or toaster oven. So leftovers are not a problem! My mom and I did not try the potstickers or the fries, so I can't speak to those. We got one order of Soy Garlic (always good), and the second order half Sweet and Spicy, half Hot Pepper Soy. Everything was delicious. The sweet and spicy was not spicy at all and the Hot Pepper Soy was hot, just like hot in your mouth but still good, not peppery spicy. Unfortunately they do not deliver to the Wakefield area so I can't order it as often as I'd like to. They are definitely a bit overpriced so I save it for indulgent moments. They now have their own app, which is supposed to be cheaper than ordering on UberEats or other third party apps. While the chicken doesn't have the same crispiness that I love about BonChon, I did enjoy their wings and thought their mandoo was ok.
