I'm giving 5 stars because of: - their Lo Mein was easily one of the best I've had (being Asian, rest assured I've had tons in my lifetime lol) - generous servings! They packed my rice container to the brim, which definitely wasn't just one order. - speed of getting my food ready. I ordered thru door dash and in 10 minutes my food was ready - extra. I'll start by saying I have never given anyone a bad Yelp review. Never really had to. I come here merely out of convenience. I've patronized them entirely too long and too much to still receive poor customer service. Their food is just decent, yet prices consistently go up. And to add, they charge tax, which I understand but should be included in the disclosed price. I'm new in the area and I'm trying different places to find "that one". Well sad to say this place isn't the one. We ordered the Young Chow fried rice, house special egg foo young and chicken wings. The rice tasted fresh but everything was so bland. I don't eat much salt but everything needed salt or soy sauce. Even the chicken wings. The egg foo young did not come with the gravy it's suppose to come with, instead it came with some brown ginger type sauce. So my search continues. read more

If customer service and getting the correct order is important for you- this restaurant is not it! Unfortunately after ordering from this restaurant and paying with my credit card, it wasn't easy to just give them back their food. I ordered a chicken and broccoli with pork fried rice no vegetables in the rice and they sent me a plate of por fried rice with just the chicken from the chicken and broccoli. When I called back to ask them to exchange it they said it would take 40 min and then she threatened to take all of the food back because I told her it was ridiculous for it to take another 40 min. I wish I can give here negative star. Even the word "star" I don't want to use. What a joke. First of all the lady who takes order is rude as hell. Second of all, they took an hour to get the food delivered. lastly I ordered more than $30.00 worth of food and still tried to charge me 50 cents for the dumpling sauce. She was yelling at me on the phone be like 50 cents NO FREE FOOD.
