I loved how they make a good Asian x Mexican fusion and the examples are their signature coconut prawns and Thai burrito. Sauce is the highlight of everything and they perfectly mixed everything altogether in the burritos. Didn't actually like the only protein option for Thai burrito is prawns as a vegetarian. Turns out the burrito ingredients are mainly rice with basil and vege. The wet burrito was perfectly saucy. Welcoming service as well.

I would definitely come back if I were in the area again.

I think I ordered a Campari spritz, but they did their Verona version which I didn't much care for. It was ok though. Crab cakes and creme brulee were both good but I would pass on the tiramisu. It seemed like the whole town was closing down around 5 PM, which happened to be right when Cucina Verona was opening for dinner. We were looking for somewhere to eat and, more importantly, somewhere we could relax and unwind after a long day. The moment we walked in, you could feel the warmth of the room. Everyone was incredibly friendly and greeted us with genuine kindness. The service was wonderful, especially our server, Giovanni. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and personable. His service really matched the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. We ordered quite a bit: Antipasti di Formaggio, Garlic Bread, a bowl of Minestrone, Wild Mushroom Risotto with added Salmon, the Surf and Turf (lobster and steak), and the Pizza la Carne, which we took home. Yes, that's a lot of food! Everything was prepared and presented beautifully, and the portions were exactly what we expected for what we ordered. More importantly, the food tasted as good as it looked--which, believe it or not, isn't always the case. My wife and I enjoy ordering a variety of dishes so we can experience different flavors throughout the meal. We usually end up taking quite a bit home because we rarely come close to finishing everything. This time, though, we ate almost everything at the table. The only exception was the pizza, which we intentionally ordered to take with us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and Giovanni had a lot to do with that. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was excellent, and the food was both well-presented and delicious. I don't like to focus too much on pricing because there is a lot of context that goes into how restaurants price their meals. If that's an important consideration for you, I'd recommend checking out their menu online before visiting. For us, it was a great find, and I'd definitely recommend giving Cucina Verona a visit if you're in the area!

There is special seating outside of the cafe if you have a dog. The food was fresh and from their gardens. The service was good, you order and then come back to pick up. We didn't have to wait long for our food. I got an orange cream float (it was a warm day when we went and this was refreshing). I got the half salad and sandwich (you have the option to do soup instead of salad as well). I got the spinach salad and the turkey pesto sandwich and my husband got the BLT. The spinach salad was not baby spinach but real spinach leaves that were cut for the salad. It was amazing. I loved the pickled onions in it as well. The turkey pesto sandwich was equally as delicious. My husband said his BLT was good. He said that you could really taste the tomatoes that were very sweet and juicy.

Disappointing because I really loved their 'The Bleu Ribbon Rebel." The regular lemonade is good. Too much breading. A bigger oyster gives a juicy, warm ocean explosion in your mouth. The Princess fish portion was good, but the slider was overwhelmed with sauce, bread, and salt. As we entered the lobby, no one greeted us. We stood there and checked out their menu. The lady at the front desk of the inn finally said someone will be with us shortly but no one came out. This same lady later realized that we were still standing there so she went into the kitchen and Rose came out to mention that they ran out of pizza sauce and they were making more but most likely, not in time for tonight. We decided to stay and order salads and focaccia but after we were seated, Rose mentioned the chef said they had enough sauce for one pizza. Yay, our lucky evening! We also ordered the arugula salad and hubby ordered an Anderson Valley pale ale, which was one of his favorite drinks during our trip to Mendocino. There was a woman playing guitar and singing inside the restaurant when we first arrived. Definitely a nice touch. The interior was clean and organized and there is patio seating available too. The salad arrived promptly. It was fresh and had bread crumbs and grated cheese on top. We ordered the soppressata and hot honey pizza. Our pizza looked so pretty when it arrived at our table. There were dollops of creamy ricotta on top, and the soppressata slices added a nice flavor to the pizza. It is not your typical type of pizza with stretchy cheese and lots of sauce. It tasted fresh and clean. The two of us happily ate the entire pizza! Stopped by again the following day (Friday), to check out the llamas. They are on the far end in a field with a view of the ocean. I thought I wouldn't mind being a llama here. You could see them in the field, one liked to lay down and roll around. Inside the lobby, they offer tiny bags you can fill up to feed the resident chickens that are housed next to the llamas. It's a fun, quick stop. Parking can be challenging as there are reserved signs for the majority of the parking spots for guests staying overnight.
