Main offerings are between-bread - i.e., sandwiches, so limited options if you have dietary restrictions like having to eat gluten-free (soups contain gluten; I didn't ask if any of the platters could be made GF though), but their iconic fried cheese is still available as an a la carte side. Ice cream flavors include seasonal highlights like pumpkin chocolate chip, and their shakes are generous and delicious. I recommend asking what additional flavors they have available that are not listed on the wall menu. The only resolution they offered was a small gift card, which did not make up for the inconvenience or the impact on the event.
