I visited the physical store mainly because I was interested in registering at Crate and Barrel for my wedding. Also, I hoped that by walking around I'd get some decor inspiration. The store was bright, clean, and had fully stocked shelves. All the staff were wearing masks and there was plenty of hand sanitizer stations. My mom and I were greeted by a friendly sales associate named, Abigail. She was excited to hear about my wedding and offered to help me register as well as give us a tour of the store. The Crate and Barrel app was giving me major issues (with logging in, scanning products, etc.) which was a pain, but totally out of the store's control! Abigail provided me the IT customer service number and later on that day I was able to get registered through the website. Mainly looking for dinnerware, I explained to Abigail our home decor style and color pallet. She pulled together a beautiful place setting that totally grooves with me and my fiancé's style (see photo)! Its got an awesome mix of texture (mixing leather and gold placemats) that I never would have thought to put together. I LOVE IT! Then Abigail gave us the store tour which was super helpful, fun and informative. I got a lot of ideas for what to include on our registry. Afterwards, she gave me a free gift (two stemless wine glasses) which was so sweet. I know Crate and Barrel can be expensive, but their service is very good and their home decor is chic.

First time going to the twin cities Crate&Barrel I usually go to the Soho One since its 3 floors More to offer .. This one is actually pretty small .. -and its in a mall .. Don't have a huge selection of things however YES it is EXPENSIVE .. But they have amazing furniture pieces .. I been looking for a slope bowl for salad .. Soup and they had so many colors in which IKEA only had white .. I walked in at the right time since this week it's 15% off any purchase :) Overall I would stop by every now and then :)

For some reason I feel that the existence of certain chains in the Metro Area some how legitimizes MSP as an "important" city. I'm well aware of how superficial that sounds and is, but hey, it's my truth and my review. When C&B decided to move from sleazy Southdale to arrogant Galleria, I really could have cared less--I rarely shopped here anyway unless it was to buy something off a wedding registry. That is until I found out that this move was going to also bring about the first and only C&B furniture store in MN. The new store is nice; it's light and airy--making a fine addition to the Galleria. It's still the same stuff, but with some dressers, beds and chairs thrown in. The stuff looks nice, but since I don't own and C&B furniture, I can't discuss it's quality. All in all, I'm just happy we HAVE the furniture store.

I love kitchen utensils, and wish that, for whatever reason, I needed to spend $300 on some mixer for MY kitchen!

First lets talk about location...its pretty great, not too far off Hwy 100 and Excelsior…read more There are plenty of other stores in the area, but they have their own parking lot so you don't have to try to scavenge for street parking. I came in specifically to look at Joybird sofas as they are an authorized retailer and have sofas on the sales floor. Its scary to make an online purchase (and such a large, custom purchase) without touching and feeling an item, so I was thrilled to learn this store was so close to home and had what I was looking to purchase. I had a great time working with Kristin. After countless emails and a couple visits to the store I ordered my sofa, and also ended up with a chair and lamp. Kristin was great to offer her designer opinion while listening to mine and helping me make the big decision based on my existing home design. They offer financing (OAC) and 'white glove' delivery (they take all the packaging stuff with them when they leave, set the item in the room of your choosing) just like Joybird, but they will for other items you purchase there, too. The kicker is the 2 week in home trial period. Keep it for two weeks and if you decide you hate it they will take it back to the store and offer you store credit to replace the item. This really eased my worry about spending 2K on a sofa I may not like as much in person. I can't wait until it arrives! They also have home decor items here, like pillows and lamps. Its a super fun place to just look around and get inspiration, or fall in love with a custom fox lamp which would totally look amazing on your nightstand. Or maybe that fun mounted anatomical model of a heart on your desk. Or maybe that chair with acrylic arms. You get the idea... Inventory is changing constantly, so visit often. See you there!

I immediately knew I was going to be at home in this store. There was furniture and accessories, for you neutral people there was plenty of that. For those of us who like color, plenty of that too. My designer Billie was super sweet and let me browse but also let me know that anything can be custom ordered and that this is just a small sampling of what they can get for me. I wasn't sure if I could afford it so I had her price out a chair for me it was $1100 but they had a 20% off sale so it would be $880. I'm new to furniture shopshopping so I went to another store later (La-Z-Boy) and it was comparable to that. I walked in at 20 minutes to closing on a Sunday night, but Billie didn't seem rushed at all. I was the one saying "let's just wrap this up. Can you give me something to look at online?" And she gave me two websites she thought I would like based on our conversations and looking at what they have to offer. I will see where our furniture shopping journey takes me but I plan to be back!

We had 3 dance parties in the private bathrooms because she just couldn't get enough. Food wise- it's ok. You can't go wrong with burrata. The lobster roll was a little disappointing. A smallish roll with a bit of lobster resting on the top. Sides are a la cart. I forget which steak we ordered but it was decent. It was cooked nicely and had good flavor. The menu is half fancy half diner. You can get a burger and chocolate chip cookies or steak and affogato. The value is in the aesthetics and not the food. Don't expect the best meal of your life or you'll be disappointed. Catch the sunset for a lovely glow around the fountain and chandeliers.

You are definitely paying for the vibes here! That said, the food left a lot to be desired. The menu was pretty limited, which was my first issue, and the food itself just didn't live up to the price. I had a burger that tasted like it came from a frozen patty rather than something freshly made. Overall, the flavors and quality just didn't match my expectations. Overall, the location is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and engaging, so my experience was great. My food just wasn't as equally great

Nothing lasts forever... Over 25 years, I've probably spent $20K - $30K on Room & Board furniture,…read morebut that's done now. R&B has essentially decided to end that relationship over an $800 purchase of picture frames that they never delivered. Here's how it went down: In late December, we ordered $800 of photo frames and received an expected availability date of 4 March - 8 March from R&B. Based on their estimate, we planned a trip overseas for early February. On February 6th, with no advanced notice from R&B, we were advised by UPS that the frames had shipped, 2 days before we were scheduled to leave the US. Not wanting my frames to sit on my front porch in the snow for 3 or 4 days, I requested that R&B inform UPS to hold the delivery. That didn't happen. Instead, R&B recalled the order and set up a delivery for March 3rd, again without informing me. When I returned to the US and discovered what they had done, I gave R&B 2 business days to either get the order into UPS' hands or to refund my money. Guess which they chose? R&B essentially helped themselves to an $800, 6 week, loan and in the end, were too lazy to even bother shipping our purchase to us. At every stage they failed to communicate. And if those lapses weren't enough, I had 2 R&B customer service representatives disrespect my disability. (I am severely hearing-impaired, and both R&B reps hung up on me when I instructed them on how they were to communicate so I could understand them--as I am entitled to do under the ADA.) Long-story-short: R&B threw away a 25 year relationship because they're lazy and don't know how to do their jobs. Shop elsewhere. I will.

It is a little expensive but unique enough I don't mind. I'm normally an online shopper, but I love browsing this store for the light, airy atmosphere and variety. The only negative feedback I have is with the sales associate. She helped me order my lamp since they didn't have it in stock. As we wrapped up the purchase, I mentioned I had to get across the street in 10 minutes. She looked up at me and said, oh, do you work there, with judgement in her tone. I was on my way to a nail appointment, so I was wearing my cozy sweats for a self care day. While I would be proud to work there, I found her assumption and judgement rude and snobby. I always thought the store was a little snobby to begin with, and this was the exact reason I had avoided it. So if I ever see something in this store I want moving forward, I will order online to avoid judge mental employees from getting commission -- I'll tip my manicurists more instead.

I will NEVER shop at any of their stores, and if you get a peice you are not happy with, send it right back when it is delivered. *Long story* We initially ordered in store to ensure all the details and get that personal touch. Everything seemed fine until delivery date a month later. The bathroom pharmacy cabinet we ordered came with no handles/knob hardware for the doors. We were asked if we wanted to return it, or just have customer service send those pieces. We chose poorly to have customer service sends us the hardware. After calling and following up with their customer service branch, which is separate from the store. They mentioned the hardware is from another vendor outside of the country and they would send follow up information. They never did, I had to call them again and finally got a tracking number. When the hardware was delivered, we thought this was finally over. WRONG! They sent bolts, nuts, and washers and no handles/knob. We finally decided to go in store and get this figured out. We spoke with Leroy, who is supposed to be the customer service manager. He mentioned he would get this taken care of and just spoke over us. At this point, it has been 3 months since our delivery and we have not been able to utilize our $1k furniture piece. I receive a message from Leroy that the handles are in, I go pick them up and go home. And, they are the wrong color and there was not screws to attach them. I had communicated what we wanted since the beginning and to multiple people. The frustrating part was that they show the handles in stock on their website. We decided to go back for that last time, to see if they would handle this or we would just order our stuff and never go back. I discussed this with Leroy and he seemed frustrated with me and just said, "yeah, let's just order this for you then." He asked me to show him the pieces online, and then asks for payment. This was the last straw, no effort to make this right after 3 months of the going back and forth and them saying different things to us. I was even told by somebody from their customer service branch that they would see if they could either give me a credit or compensation. To add the cherry on top, somebody from their customer service department called and left a voicemail and sent an email. They apologized and said they would do a full replacement for the defective piece. I replied saying that we just need the handles/know which I had already ordered and that if they send a new piece. We will be right back where we started, a cabinet with no hardware, since apparently it does not come with any and you have to order those at an additional charge. For what they charge, you would think there would be better support and customer service. Additionally, by shopping in store you would think they can do more but that does not seem to be the case.
