Happened upon this place purely by accident a few short days after my mom took a nasty tumble and ended up breaking her ankle. He listened to our concerns, helped us look at different mobility devices and even helped my mom fix her knee scooter--which no one knew was incorrectly set-up from the beginning! We ended up purchasing a few more things like a cane cap, and some stockings for her walking boot... which I was surprised they had in stock. I have been at this company quite a few times since the beginning of the year, and found them with pretty good services, especially from Ms. Loan Chao. She is very experienced and knowledgeable with a quick response each time when I need her services. Since this was my first time using a CPAP machine, she was very patient and did a very good job in explaining all the details to an unexperienced user like me. I tried various kinds of masks in covering my nose and mouth. I would rate her 10 out of 10. Also, this company has a complete supply of equipment, devices & maintenance items. I have nothing to say but excellence in all aspects. Although it's quite far from where I am living, I'm still sticking to this place. read more

I have been extremely happy with the support services that I have gotten from CPAP Services in San Jose. Loan Chau has been amazingly helpful. When I had an issue with my mask, she responded within a hour or so to my call, and then she followed up with several calls to me to make sure that I was back on track - I wasn't. So she drove to my house in Danville - and in less that 15 minutes had corrected the problem. She is friendly, professional and very punctual. She has arrived on time, every time. It's that much worse when I'm about to head out on a trip. That means multiple days without CPAP. That's why I really appreciated it when Homa got me a new CPAP mask on short notice. I was having a lot of trouble with my old mask, and eventually noticed that it had mold growing in it. I did a lot to try to get it out, but a flaw in the design made it impossible to fully clean. I called up Alto with very short notice before a trip (bad planning on my part), but Homa came through, providing me the mask I needed. I had an older mask for backup, but it doesn't fit me very well and tends to leak and make a lot of noise at night. So getting the right mask in time for my trip was great. I've found that Alto has provided this level of great service very consistently, and I have always been happy with them. They are also good at having the latest and greatest CPAP equipment. This has been a big plus because the newer designs have worked a lot better on me (I must have a weird shaped head I guess!). I've always found their prices to be very competitive too, which I can't say is true in some other places I used to go to in order to get CPAP stuff. Overall, a great ongoing experience. -Tom
