They were respectful of our home and busy schedules and handled the install in a timely manner. They cleaned up their workspaces and were sure to leave our home the way they found it. From start to finish, Garrett and his team was professional, fairly priced, and clearly cared about the quality of their work. What stood out most was their commitment to making sure everything was done right. Garrett even had this cool tool that analyzed what size unit we would need based on the size of the house, orientation of the sun, ups and downs in the weather during the day, and the temperature we like to keep our home set at. I've never seen anything like it. Any time we had questions or concerns, they were responsive, patient, and willing to help. Even when there was a small project miscommunication along the way, they completely stood by their work and made sure everything was corrected and handled properly without hesitation. That level of customer service and integrity is hard to find these days. The quality of the installation and follow-up support exceeded our expectations. I called Rocklin Heating & Air who immediately responded to schedule an appointment. Mark deployed to my home and went straight to work, quickly absorbing the situation and what I had learned thus far. Mark was followed by some of his teammates, when it was determined this would require troubleshooting from multiple points in the home simultaneously. I was fearing the worst, running through expensive possibilities in my mind. Throughout the entire troubleshooting process, the team was highly communicative and never tried to upsell me on anything that was not short of necessary. As the team diligently narrowed it down to unusual behavior from a culprit wire and elegantly solved the problem, I was certain I picked the right HVAC company. I believe they found a problem other techs may have missed, had I picked the wrong vendor. I thank Brandon and his professional team and highly recommend them.

What really stood out was how helpful and honest they were. They went above and beyond to help us with the Go Green loan program, even though they weren't directly part of that financing program. That meant a lot. We also really appreciated Jay's honesty. Our original quote included a list of recommended work, but after the HVAC was installed and running well, he told us one of those items wasn't actually necessary and saved us money. That kind of integrity is hard to find. They're genuinely nice people, and our Hisense HVAC system works amazingly well. We're very happy customers!

Upon a thorough inspection of the AC unit and the Heat Pump, he found out all the problems in both the AC unit and the Furnace which was not letting the house cool down below 78 degrees. Upon approval of the work order, Brian and Ryan provided a very professional and exceptional customer service and took care of the additional problem of cleaning the furnace with genuine kindness. First issue - they scheduled an appointment without even contacting my husband or I to see if the time worked. When I was finally able to connect with someone from their team I was greeted with aggression, because I had legitimate questions. For example: I was repeatedly cut off, told they are so busy they don't personally communicate with any customers, which I find odd, when I asked that we schedule a different window, as my husband works nights and sleeps during the day - she got more upset and aggressively asked, "does your husband need to be home??" Well, no duh, you just told me we have to be home! Then I was yelled at and told "you chose to use a home warranty and not pay for this out of pocket so you have to follow our rules!" When all I did was try to understand how it worked with this company. Im a renter and would personally never use a home warranty. I know exactly how they operate!!! Cheapest repair and zero integrity. I've seen it for YEARS in my industry and can't imagine the HVAC side is any better. What boggles my mind the most is - people purchase home warranty's for issue like this. If you're going to bully and speak down to them for using them - I think you're in the wrong line of work. I will admit at the end of our call after being bullied for 10 minutes and told that I had an attitude repeatedly - I lost it and did get an attitude. I'm sorry your receptionist had to answer my call today. She should really try to answer with kindness instead of irritability. After my experience, reading reviews and responses from the owner who's clearly a bully himself - I am thankful we dodged a bullet!

We called yesterday morning when we noticed our AC was not kicking on and they were able to get a tech out today! Butch arrived on time and was friendly as could be. He wasted no time jumping in and trying to diagnose the problem. He went through everything he could think of, figured it out, and advised us of best solutions. We never felt pressured or unsure of the decisions we were making. He also pointed out things to keep an eye on, as they appeared to be going bad or outdated, but again, never once did he push for us to buy or do anything now. He was also honest with us about replacing the unit altogether (yes, you're thinking he wants us to spend the money and they make it), but the unit is 32 years old with a life expectancy of 20, soo he's not wrong. Beyond suggesting a new unit he priced out different components that we could replace, as we wanted to, in order to squeeze as much life out as we could. We were already considering replacing, so he helped us set up a no obligation consultation later this week. And honestly, if not for the service and respect we've been shown, we'd consider shopping around more, but this family owned company has earned our business and trust for years to come! If you need service or repairs, do not hesitate to reach out and use Good Guys, because they truly are: Good Guys!
