Very expensive but the food was good. The rigatoni was recommended to us, so I tried it and it really was good. Not a huge portion, but the pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. We also shared a few salads, which were quite good. And the lobster rangoon was also tasty.

Craig's was a lovely first dinner for the new year in 2026! I'd heard great things and we were able to get a reservation for two with no problem. Overall, the ambiance and service were great. Our server AJ was well versed on the menu and had great suggestions for us as first timers. We tried the American Chopped salad which didn't wow me flavor-wise, but the ingredients were all so fresh that I was still able to enjoy with some added salt and pepper. The chicken Parmesan was the star considering how gigantic of a serving it was, perfect for sharing or having leftovers to take home. The bolognese was tasty, but not life changing. I'd go back and try something else next time, but overall I enjoyed Craig's. It's a bit pricey for American fare, but with great service and consistency, I can tell Craig's is here to stay. I look forward to giving it another try.

Craig's is everything I had hoped it would be! I have visited several newer dining establishments in Nashville that are well heralded in their OG locations, but miss something in the transition here. Not at all the case with Craig's. It has the same friendliness, comfort and "can't miss" food that is synonymous with the LA location. I love that they don't take themselves too seriously and you can watch sports on the bar TV both upstairs and down. We are lucky to have only the second location in the country here! Be sure to start with the breadbasket with an added side of vodka sauce!

Had a really great dinner here. I was lucky enough to score reservations the night of. When we walked in, the hosts at the stand were sooooo kind! Felt like seeing old friends. The ambiance is amazing. Felt like walking through a posh establishment. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered great suggestions. The food came out quickly and the service was great! Craig was even walking around and speaking to guests. I thought it was very kind of the owner to show appreciation in that way. Looking forward to visiting again and glad it's here in Nashville.

Craig's has finally arrived in Nashville and I was excited to check it out last night ahead of the NYE crowd. Apparently others had the same idea as the restaurant was busy but it came in waves. It's located in the gulch but still tucked away from the crowded areas. There's a paid lot across from the restaurant and minimal street parking but they do offer valet for $18. The valet lot is small when you arrive but the valet attendant was getting everyone accommodated quickly which was nice as it was a cold night. The outside of the restaurant is really cute. On the inside, the restaurant was still decorated with all the Christmas decor. The restaurant is larger than it appears from the outside. We were seated upstairs which had plenty of seating and its own bar. Our waiter was very nice and gave us great recommendations. She got to know our table and made sure we were enjoying ourselves throughout the night. I started with the skinny amiga cocktail which she recommended. It was really good! They brought bread to our table which as someone who is not a big bread eater, their cheesy garlic bread was so good that I had to stop eating it to save room for everything else. We then ordered the calamari for our appetizers which was ok. I ordered the chicken parmigiana but asked for rigatoni noodles instead. I enjoyed it. It was very flavorful and a large portion. I also tried a bite of the ribeye and the jalapeño corn which the corn was really good but not spicy. I wasn't a fan of the ribeye. The menu isn't large but they offer a good variety of options from pizza, pasta, chicken, seafood or steak. They even have some vegan options. I'd definitely come back and try something different. This restaurant is great for a date night, family dinner or just a nice dinner with friends.

Such a delicious meal! Snagged a reservation on a Friday night, the place was packed! The restaurant is 2 stories with the top floor able to look down onto the first. You're served a bread basket while you wait for drinks/food. Our server was so kind and attentive. He ran through the specials, his favorites and gave us an all around rundown of the Craig's franchise. The food was epic, cannot wait to go back!

I've visited Craig's a few times now and can happily share that it is a very good experience! First, I love the upgrades that they've done with the location with a beautiful, large outdoor entry and the two levels feel elevated and a special occasion type of place. (Note they have a lower and upper bar as well). I've sampled a good variety of items now, and can say on the appetizer front that the lobster Rangoon, oysters, and tuna tartare are divine. The tartare had a perfect heat, just a touch without lighting your face on fire. The mini hotdogs tasted the same as the frozen stuff you can get at home, so give that a skip unless you are dining with children or an extremely picky eater. The chopped salad and green goddess are both a hit as well with delicious dressing and enough to share. For entrees the scallops are fabulous with a creamy, delicious mashed potato, and the Cioppino was excellent. The seafood and broth were very flavorful. The jalapeño creamed corn is also a solid choice, but I'd skip the burger. It's nothing special and am guessing is also there for the picky eaters. I have not yet tried the pizza and haven't sampled much pasta, so I need to spend some time there as well. Service has overall been good, with our best experience recently on Mother's Day. I'll definitely be back and am so glad Craig's is in Nashville!

Let's start off by saying I really wanted to like Craig's. I'd heard great things, and I went in excited -- but I left feeling just... okay about everything. There were definitely a few highlights. The pink vodka sauce was delicious, and the jalapeño creamed corn was a standout. Unfortunately, the rest of our meal was pretty average -- nothing bad, just nothing special. Drinks were strong (which I appreciate!), but definitely on the pricey side. What took away from the experience the most was the service -- not the quality, but the frequency. It felt like a server or manager stopped by the table every five minutes (sometimes even more frequently). I know they're aiming for attentive service, but we're pretty low-maintenance diners and really enjoy having a bit of space to chat without constant check-ins. The vibe of the place is undeniably cool though. I'd come back for a drink at the bar for sure, but I'm not sure we'll be returning for the food.

Wow! Such an awesome vibe, experience and service. And the food!!! Soooo delicious. I rarely give 5s but this is my new favorite Nashville restaurant. We had the pigs in the blanket to start. Delicious and such a fun appetizer for an upscale restaurant. Who doesn't love a good classic appetizer like this. I had the honey friend chicken and my friend had the rigatoni. Both were spectacular. The flavors of both were amazing. Just so well prepared. I could taste the care that went into them. We had the chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Warm cookies with a rough of sea salt. I can't wait to come back. Pros: Amazing food Great atmosphere Fun vibe Awesome drinks Fantastic service Cons: Make a reservation but this restaurant was packed!

Coming from Los Angeles and remembering when Craig's first reigned in West Hollywood ~15 years ago, I was truly excited for the Nashville location to finally open. Craig's has always carried a kind of curated mystique where the night feels a little looser and a little wilder. The Nashville space mixes statement art with a blend of masculine and feminine vibes, a fusion of bold lines and sumptuous refinement. It welcomes guests to enjoy the views, start conversations with nearby tables and let the evening unfold however it will. The service is cool, friendly, and not pretentious. Each floor has its own rhythm. Downstairs leans more polished with dark woods and plush banquettes that make you want to sink in, order a cocktail and stay awhile. Upstairs is smaller yet buzzing, bright and open with its own bar and laid-back charm. But the food is what centers everything. The filet mignon was outstanding, tender to the point of melting in your mouth and oh so flavorful. The Caesar salads were a surprise stand out, crisp and fresh with just the right amount of anchovy. The large portion of pasta bolognese arrived with generous bits of crispy pancetta, divine! Drinks were strong, balanced, and made well. The place was packed and the happiness and excitement were palpable. The proprietor, Craig, was there to oversee the opening. It felt like an event. I appreciate the $18 valet and the lot across the street that offers a similar rate for two hours. Craig's is an institution and seeing it rooted in Nashville feels like a gift. Thanks for bringing the magic here.

Ambience is gorgeous. Service is fast but not a true "experience." Food is a 5/6 out of 10. It's just ok. I would've expected better.

Wonderful experience at Craig's! From cocktails, to apps, and mains - everything was great. Service was amazing too. They were super accommodating and reassuring for any allergies. Very nice ambiance as well, upscale. Would recommend for date night or work dinner.

From the moment you walk in, Craig's delivers an elevated dining experience--white tablecloths, warm wood paneling, and a polished, modern aesthetic that feels both sophisticated and inviting. The design is stunning, and the two-level layout adds a unique charm. The upstairs area offers a great vantage point overlooking the dining room, and discovering the second bar felt like a bonus we didn't expect. We arrived around 5 and had no trouble grabbing seats at the bar. Sitting at the bar was genuinely enjoyable--the staff was friendly, welcoming, and kept the energy upbeat. As the evening picked up, the bar did get busy, and this is where a bit more organization would elevate the experience even further. It wasn't always clear which bartender was covering which section, and a few times one bartender seemed overloaded while others were available. A little clarity on service zones--or smoother handoffs--would help. Once the crowd built, a lot of people started standing directly behind us waiting for seats or trying to order, which felt pretty tight and a bit claustrophobic. I'm not sure if there's a designated waiting area near the entrance, but if so, I'll look for it next time. It might also help if bartenders gently guide guests to the upstairs bar, which we didn't know existed until we explored. Food and drinks were a highlight. The calamari was delicious, and the Old Fashioned was exceptional--smooth, balanced, easily one of the best I've had in Nashville. The shrimp cocktail was the only miss for me (a bit too salty), but everything else was impressive. Valet was $18, which is a much better option than the nearly $40 garage across the street. Overall, Craig's is chic, fun, and exactly what the Gulch needed. Even with a few growing pains, the atmosphere, service, and quality make it a spot I'll absolutely return to.

There was no live music available at the time, but they did have a DJ which I thought was spinning the turntable rather well. It's my bad that I didn't also catch on that his is basically a Tequila Bar, rather than a more general craft cocktail establishment. Judging by the well stocked bar and the word of our waitress, other alcohol and their associated craft creations are available, but it's pretty much off menu and not well into our waitress' repertoire. And yes, Cinco de Mayo was just a few days away. One member of our party just wanted a soft drink, which was not possible that night as their CO2 was down. That did make me wonder whether the non-alcohol drinkers had much to chose from here. I suppose we could have then wandered over to the Redemption Bar at Chief's? Anyway, we're not Tequila Drinkers, and since other drink options appeared to be guesswork, we left towards more traditional mixed drinks (and live music) at a nearby Printers Alley bar. This was a rare night that I really wanted a craft cocktail in a smooth environment, and in the end it just wasn't the same.
