I did a consultation, surgery, and follow up and it was all very professional. Now, my vision is as good as when I had contacts (20/20), except now I don't need to put them in! Dr. Bindi and his staff are great at what they do and very nice people. As for improvement, I wish they told me the prescription they measured before and after the surgery. I would still get a second opinion anyway but I'd still like to know what they get without having to ask.

After a visit I was prescribed 5 for reading not knowing that it would not work for computer. That pair was too strong. Then requested a new prescription, waisted my time to go to another appointment and got prescribed 4 power. Ordered that pair and it is not strong enough. Now I have to look for another optometrist, pay for the exam and pay for one more pair probably to get 4.5 which should have been prescribed right at the beginning when I told the optometrist that 5 will be too high but she insisted. We have since moved to another optometrist in San Ramon and the prescription was accurate (the doctor said their prescription was wrong) and the customer service is outstanding. And my son now has a better set of glasses and great vision, and an experienced optometrist that knows what he's doing. Avoid this place seriously, zero stars.
