The assistant was very nice and apologized. I told her I needed to know the reason why I was told a lie. Very unprofessional! She said an office manager wasn't there and asked me if I wanted a follow-up. I said yes and NOBODY ever called back!! Obviously they didn't give a shit of my concern! My last visit this week, after finishing up seeing Dr. Severin one of the girls (short hair, young) rolled her eyes when I asked "when is the latest time to schedule a follow up appointment?" She looked so annoyed and unbothered with my very simple question. That kind of attitude was not tolerable! I didn't see her treated Caucasian patients like that. Well, now that Dr. Severin is retiring then this office has no value for me to continue my eye care. I will find another glaucoma specialist who has decent, helpful and friendly staff. Lucia was helpful in getting the Rx faxed over to my pharmacy in a timely manner. Sometimes eye meds aren't covered by insurance or that particular pharmacy. So I needed to check another pharmacy who had a manufacturer's coupon.
