    I've really been debating leaving this review because I did enjoy the painting (for the most part)…read more We (my husband and I) went for the very first time a couple weeks ago to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We made reservations ahead of time and when we got there they were assigning tables to sit at. We got shown out table and then we got moved. We were shown the other places to sit so we started looking for the pieces we were going to paint. We returned to the table and another lady started telling us to move again, we would be better off sitting somewhere else. So now we've been moved twice and we end up at a table with little kids who have zero interest in painting. They are on their phones and pushing/knocking the table and my husband and I are having to stop continuously so our painting doesn't get messed up (it did when the kid hit the table and we needed assistance fixing the piece-and we complained at that time). I should note-when we first arrived we told them we were celebrating our anniversary (they asked) and we were told "oh, you need to do a tile!." We didn't think anything of it at that time. When we were almost finished painting the plate we had picked out, a tile was brought over to us. We never asked for it and honestly forgot all about it. It was given to us and we were told to enjoy it. We finally finished the plate and tile so we brought them up to the front. There, we were charged for the tile we never asked for and to be perfectly honest had zero interest in doing - we didn't even put much effort into painting it because at that point we wanted to get out of there. The girl checking us out had no desire to follow up on it so we left, mad. I was told "give us 2 weeks" for the pieces to be ready. No other instructions. So I go yesterday to pick up the pieces -2 weeks and 3 days later. I walk in and tell the desk I'm here to pick them up. "Did you call first?" Ummmm, no, I wasn't told to do that and it's been longer than the 2 weeks. Then she can't find my stuff in the computer, both by phone # and name. I tell her the date we were there and she has to go find the actual paper slip. Then she can't find the pieces and there are now 2 people looking for the items. They finally find them after about 10 minutes of me standing stupidly at the front. Did I enjoy the actual painting? Yes Did I enjoy the overall experience? No Was the customer service good? Not great Will we go back? Probably not, I might give them a 2nd try by my husband will definitely not.

You paint your piece and pick it up 8-10 days later. It will come back glossy and beautiful. Don't forget to check upstairs for more paintable pieces! Will definitely be back for more!     Having done business with Cre8 on three occasions I can solidly recommend against using their…read moreservices or even walking in the door. This is a local business and although it's easy enough to use a remote or online vendor, I figured we'd keep our company's purchases close to home. Unfortunately, the business is run poorly and the output is marginal at best. When the owner is not in the shop the employees cannot answer questions about pricing or capabilities of the machines. Even with the owner in the shop the employees are ill informed. On the most recent visit someone told me that a device I brought in could not be etched right in front of the owner, who then said it could be done. I was told that my piece would be ready the next day but I never received a call or email, as promised. A email arrived late , the etching was weak and when I said I wasn't crazy about how it looked the owner said, "well I think it looks good." Our prior experience was with a much larger order and the quality was poor and the process was painful. Our business partner (a large bank) also commented to us how unprofessional the business was and recommended never using them again...even before viewing the work, which they (and we) considered sub-par. Lastly, I know two other people in our community that have had negative experiences with either work done by Cre8 or with some aspect of the people or process.

Over the past five weeks, I struggled to rectify the order I placed. The manager, Brian, was more that attentive. Brian exercised every avenue and option to make the order right. Turned out it was a technology glitch that Brian could not fix. However, his willingness to work with me was above and beyond customer service. Brian called, texted, emailed all updates and progress. In the end, I ended up with a beautiful custom print 12" X 12"....just not the size I wanted, 16" X 20." Initially, I went into the store to pick up the online order I placed only to discover it wasn't what I ordered. Michael's associates Nina and Myrna spent over an hour trying to remedy the situation. No luck. Finally, I ended up working with Shawn and Brian. I was refunded the complete purchase price of both prints. The photos are absolutely beautiful. It is without hesitation that I recommend the management and staff at Michael's, Northborough Crossing. To this day, when I enter the store, Nina goes out of her way to say, "Hello" and inquire about the final outcome of my dilemma. I have always used Michael's for all of my stationary, crafting and custom framing needs. I encourage anyone to find better customer service than my recent experience with the attentive staff of Brian, Nina, Myrna and Shawn!

    Owner who says has been in business for 40 years needs to learn some phone and people skills . Have…read moreused them for 3 or more years now for bouncy houses with no problems until this year. Was told when this booked that the bouncy house would be picked up the next day which was a Sunday , perfect because I don't want that behemoth sitting on my lawn for longer than 24 hours ! So when I didn't hear from them on Sunday I called and they told me it would be first thing Monday....ok ...not really acceptable but I understand. Now they are 2.5 miles away so when I called at 9:00 am Monday and the owner said they are on the way I say great . I did a couple of errands and came home around 10:15 to find their equipment still on my lawn . I called back and talked to the same "rude " so called 40 year in business owner to ask why it wasn't picked up yet and he went off on a tangent about this being the busiest weekend and 200 other customers and no help , and then went on and asked me if I was one of "those guys " who sat around and watched my lawn all day ! WTF ? Who does this guy think he is ? So .....I had to do a face to face with this arrogant so called business owner . Sure enough....just what I thought....jumped up in my face and proceeded to tell me I'ma "Kenny" .....ya know a male "Karen"....not once but at least five times ! He is a lucky man.... I would not recommend doing business with this man unless you get a written contract for drop off and pick up times . Very unprofessional.

Are all these people teachers grading this company?? And this stuff they rented....is it all necessary? or is it something they want for their spoiled little brats? If this is all they have to do is complain about shit, they are in for a very disappointing life. You can't satisfy them all, however people should think twice about writing a bad review....most of the time, it makes THEM look bad and not the rental company....just because they were dissatisfied .....grow up.
