Exceptional Service, Incredible Kindness, and Above-and-Beyond Care!…read more We cannot say enough wonderful things about Willie's Village Auto! Our 22-year-old daughter was traveling solo through New England when she found herself stranded on a remote back road in the Vermont forest. She had stopped to go hiking when a sudden downpour sent her running back to her vehicle, only to discover that it wouldn't start. She called us in a panic. We're all the way in Wisconsin, and trying to figure out what was wrong with her vehicle over the phone was difficult, to say the least! I called Willie's Village Auto and explained the situation to the receptionist, who immediately put Willie on the phone. Willie personally called our daughter, assessed the situation, and ultimately DROVE OUT TO HER LOCATION to help her. It turned out to be a dead battery, thank goodness! He got her vehicle started and had her follow him back to his shop, where he installed a new battery and ran a diagnostic test to make sure there weren't any other problems. But here's what truly sets this business apart: Willie even found an Airbnb and made a reservation for our daughter, just in case her vehicle needed additional repairs and she couldn't continue her trip. Thankfully, everything checked out, and she was able to get back on the road. He also made sure she arrived safely at her destination. WHO DOES THAT?! The answer is someone who genuinely cares about people, not just fixing cars. The charge was incredibly reasonable considering the time, effort, and personal attention he gave her. We live hundreds of miles away, and knowing that someone took such good care of our daughter when she was alone, frightened, and far from home means more to us than words can express. Willie and his team didn't just fix a car. They gave worried parents peace of mind and showed our daughter kindness and compassion when she really needed it. If you are anywhere near Willie's Village Auto, PLEASE give this business your support. Businesses like this are rare gems, and they deserve every bit of recognition they receive. Willie, from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! We will never forget what you did for our daughter. You went far beyond what was expected, and we are forever grateful. The world needs more people like you!

The auxiliary battery in my jeep needed replaced. We were over 600 miles from home and I showed up…read morewhen the shop opened the next morning. They got me in immediately and by the time we walked around a little and had breakfast the car was ready. Our road trip to taking us even further so we were so happy that Willie's was available. They are very nice and good at what they do! Thank you guys!!!

Just had the best car service ever. Finally, an honest, decent repair place. :-)…read more To back up a little... My husbands car had a flat two days ago. He took it to the local place that's known for tires, but that I had issues with in the past. The next day, the tire was flat again. Later that day, he took it back to see if they could fix it. Within 3 hours the tire was already down to 16 PSI. This morning it was completely flat again. Today, we took it to Bournes. Within 1 minute of arriving, the leak was found and shown to us, and we got to watch them fix it. Cheaper (cost not quality) repair than the "repair" from the other shop, and faster...and paid for by the other shops dime. In addition, I had them take a look at something rattling on my car. They fixed it for free because it was just a few screws needed to tighten the heat shield back in place. Definitely will return for any future servicing needs.

Well, the place is off the beaten path, so you have to look for it when you're driving there for…read moreservice. I dropped my car off for an oil change around noon and they said it would be ready in a half hour. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I told them to take their time and left my car for the afternoon. A little before 4pm they called to tell me my car was ready, but they were closing at 4 that day. Uh-oh. But since the Shell station on the corner is Bourne's as well, they told me they'd leave my car there and I could pay for it there also. Cool. Walked down there around 5pm and my car was waiting, with the doors locked. Good. I paid, a reasonable amount for an oil change. Some places are a rip-off, but not here. And when I got in my car, the steering wheel wasn't all dirty and grimy from dirty hands. Bonus! I hate having my car serviced and the steering wheel all grimy when done. That's the worst. Also, when I dropped my car off, the guys were just what I was expecting... dirty coveralls, beards, dirty hands from working on cars. Good stuff. I'll try Bourne's for other auto repairs when necessary. It's good to have another repair place within walking distance of Morrisville.
