We were lucky enough to notice Lutz's bay door closing as we passed and quickly pulled in. The shop was closed, but the owner went out of his way to help us. After taking a quick look, he let us know it was a coolant leak and he would work on it the next day. He set realistic expectations and was kind and thoughtful. Apparently tires are one of the commodities that are in short supply due to Covid. We called several places and Lutz's Automotive was able to order a tire for us and have it there the next morning. They were super helpful and very friendly. Their service was outstanding and we felt like they really cared about our issue. After waiting for a kind soul to give him a jump start, he unfortunately arrived 15 minutes late and wasn't able to take his exam.
