We were lucky enough to notice Lutz's bay door closing as we passed and quickly pulled in. The shop was closed, but the owner went out of his way to help us. After taking a quick look, he let us know it was a coolant leak and he would work on it the next day. He set realistic expectations and was kind and thoughtful.
