On a Sunday, every place closed and he was willing to stay a couple extra minutes late to help us. We could not be more grateful and thankful to him. Thank you so much again Cory.

I would do lower if I could......where to begin....new to the state of NH...regsitered my car - and…read moreneeded an inspection. Sounds easy enough. I was just inspected a few months ago in RI - have always brought my car to the dealer for all servicing and have followed the recommended schedule from Subaru and have done every suggested item my dealer has suggested. I was just at the dealer for 4 new tires (recommended) a wheel alignment, and oil service. I'm assuming the inspection will be a lay-up. Not so fast. The expertise here noted some movement in the rear right suspension - and for $750 they'd be happy to fix it. Having just had the car looked at - and no such problem noted - I opted to go back to my dealer with what they folks at VIP cited. I asked them to fix if there was a problem. My dealer called me and said - we don't mind fixing something that is broke - but you don't have any problems with your rear right suspension. I asked that to be put in writing - they said no problem. I called VIP and informed them. They asked to see it in writing and then I would be issued my inspection sticker. I had to schedule a new appointment fot this meeting - and when I arrived - lo and behold - my Subaru authorized dealer's written word was not acceptable. I had an authorized Subaru dealer with certified subaru mechanics review the car. They stated in writing that the car met all Subaru requirements and there was no excessive wear in any of the suspension. I presented this paper to them. Nope, not good enough - they know better. They imply in words and actions that they know Subaru standards better than a subaru dealer and their certified mechanics. They suggest I find another dealer - a not so nice man in beard just about threatened me and stormed off when I stated they went back on their word. Well - I am opting for a different place to complete the inspection. I will never, ever, ever recommend this place to anyone. In fact - I will go out of my way to share this experience with anyone and everyone. You can't fix dumb - and then toss in stubborn and ignorant. Best of luck to anyone who goes to this place.

I had dropped off my husqvarna chainsaw about 2 months prior to this becuae f and m repairs in north troy closed down and I was recommended to this auto outfitter guy; and was told they were ordering a part and it took weeks after weeks to receive my saw back. Finally after the long wait and endless phone calls I finally receive my saw and when I get home to use it the chain is completely loose where it would of whipped off and the bar was hardly in place with the nuts on a quarter turn and the chain left unsharpened. I thought well that's kind of bad customer service already since I dropped it off in the beginning of summer and missed out on cutting trees because this "mechanic" took 2 months to order a plastic part for my saw and never even installed it correctly.the least they could of done was have the saw ready to run so I can see it test ran. I go back and ask the guy to show me what he did to fix the plastic piece on the saw that makes it engage and stop and he became wvwry unprofessional and argued with me the customer who payed 150 dollars for work that wasnt properly done. This guy has customer service issues big time and should stand behind his work. The guy calls me a liar and says I broke it and he wont fix it or give me a refund and said leave me store before I call the police. He then decided to say the saw works you broke it I cut a piece of wood in the back before it was picked up and seeing cameras all over I asked if he wouldnt show me proof he ran the saw and cut wood. The guy turned red in the face and told me to leave his stow and slammed my saw on his counter and refused to give me back my money or stand behind his product. Overall the guy took over 2 months for a fox f and m would of done in a week and he called me a liar and took my money for faulty work and when I asked for him to male it right he threatens me with the cops. This guy is no good I would totally stay away from this business. Do not recommend anyone to go here unless your willing to take a gamble and see what mood this shop owner is in that day. Best of luck to anyone who is willing to give this guy a shot. I was planning to purchase winter tires there but he lost my business and I'll tell anyone I know stay far away from there! You've been warned. I'm out 150 dollars for a chainsaw... I wouldnt want to trust then with my daily driver vehicle. Stay away from this business!

The issue was promptly resolved by the techs at Auto Outfitters once I alerted them of the problem. I have to give them credit for taking care of the mistake quickly. However, I would like to have seen them go the extra step and provide a small store credit towards my next purchase given I was with a malfunctional system for over a year.
